Took over 2 hours to arrive. Food was freezing.

Best desserts in batley. Got recommended the strawberries and kunafeh cup. Thought it was better than anything else ive tried. Top service from Ammar.

Over an hour late than the original quoted time. Just kept getting messages saying order is delayed and extending the delivery time. Took 2 hours from ordering to receive the order. This will put us off ordering again.

Ordered quite a few ice creams for takeout and missed out more than a couple ice creams. Got home and phoned in to see what they can do. Did absolutley nothing about it

Best milkshakes we've ever had, couldn't recommend more, things turn up warm and in good time. kind and friendly service. Great place to grab a sweet treat!

I believe a picture can speaks a thousand words! Just see if you can find anything more than the strawberry and Kunafa in the picture. Finding a Hair half way through the cup cannot be attributed to “ it’s happened, can happen, not much I can do init” (as stated by Bobby - Staff) . Clearly poor hygiene practice. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Better safe than sorry!

The driver was a minute early and was very friendly

Had to call them as they totally missed out items on the order, so had to wait another 30mins or so to get all the items, but overall the milkshakes were not of great quality in end and had to throw them in bin

Ordered the Matilda cake for a birthday, they really went above and beyond for my order by adding a note and candle. Really enjoyed it and was a good moment for us all.

I haven’t been here for years and the fact it always seems empty has kept me away. Recently someone recommended the Kinder Matilda cake so I thought I’d give it a go. It is in no way a Matilda cake. It tasted like a standard choclate cake from a supplier with sauce added on top. Furthermore the cake was really stale. For the price it is not worth it at all. Customer service could really do with being brushed up.

Food was good, delivery was spot on and despite an availability problem, they contacted us and dealt with it prompty.

If there were an option for negative stars, this place would deserve it. The staff’s rude and dismissive attitude made the entire experience unbearable. It’s shocking how little they care about customers or providing even basic service. It’s clear that the millionaire owner doesn’t care about feedback or improving the customer experience, and it shows in every interaction. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place until they overhaul their approach to customer service.

All of the deserts were cold apart from the cookie doughy and then French toast was soggy

Ordered a few items both that was supposed to be warm was cold, the snicker cookie dough was really crunchy and had very minimal snickers on it had 5 small pieces might as well of been a plain cookie dough. Normally is nice disappointed to say the least

We ordered a tango ice blast but it never turned up.

We asked for strawberries to be prepared away from our order as we are very allergic to them and called just to double check and the man on the phone was so sweet about it and said not to worry he will make sure it’s done correctly. The desserts were amazing, I would recommend this place to anyone. Will be ordering for here again for sure

Absolutely not impressed the donuts with sugar have very very very less sugar on it it was so dry the chocolate cake on the other hand impressed it was amazing but they really need to work on the donuts

Tiramisu was frozen from underneath their cookie doesn’t even look like a cookie looks like a flat pancakes with lots of sauces to cover up the burnt edges worst take out ever!

If I could give this a 0 I would, ordered 3 chocolate cakes with custard, they came absolutely rock hard and so dry and stale they were absolutely vile! Tasted like they had been sat on the side for two weeks, never again!

The Matilda cake was so dry, the custard wasnt so much as custard but melted chocolate which was not nice at all. Very disappointed as this is not quality I expected

i ordered my daughter a waffle as she was at her boyfriends. The order was supposed to arrive at 21.40-22.00, it didnt arrive until 22.50. The waffle was missing from the order. when i called the shop they were very unhelpful, they did not seem interested that we had paid for things that did not arrive. They only offered refund once I told them that was what i wanted. very poor customer service. will not be using again or reccomending to anyone!

The waffle was disintegrating on a molecular level, powdery and devoid of texture, like something left in the freezer for far too long. The crepe was like chewing on a rubber cleaning glove. The whole thing was topped with a disgusting, sickly sugary mess. I repeat, a disgrace, a danger to your health, and an insult to your taste buds. Avoid like the plague.

Really bad quality my shortbread strawberry sundea had no shortbread inside icecream was cheap the mango one had shards of ice. Never ordering from them again there’s better choice in Batley.

The food was cold and the portion sizes were tiny, I rung them straight away and asked them why my cookie dough was a quarter of the box. They said to ring ‘Uber’ and complain, when I stated I ordered through just eat they put the phone down on me

Service was poor and slow staff just looking at each other waiting for other person to get food ready we got some stuff packed to take home and they put it upside down so all topping was all over the paper bag a 6 year old can do better job... Been on toilet 3 times since being here. not pleasant review but true .. Apple crumble how old was that to make me feel ill Waffle cold couldnt even be bothered to reheat that ..there was nobody in but us ..make it fresh ..!!! 3 of us £30 for 3 desserts 1water 1 soft drink 1tea... Thought for the price it would be at least nice ...DO NOT WASTE your money .... awful experience should be ashamed .. My fault should have read the reviews ..

I ordered and the delivery driver put the order at someone else’s house on the street at their gate not even their door and took a photo saying it was delivered. We contacted ice stone, although it is not their fault they didn’t offer to redeliver the same order and didn’t offer a refund they said it has to go through Uber. All of this because of the delivery driver not bothering to ring us or find the right address!!! The order also required a pin to confirm it was the correct address which again wasn’t given to him as he didn’t even come to our door!!! So this ruined my sons birthday evening and the dessert shop were also very little help as-well as the driver been NO HELP! It was also a £30 order and we are unsure if we will receive a refund!

Best desert place in Batley, Javed bhai always makes it special for us and never skimps on our Hot piping custard.

Came in for a dessert with the family and kids, amazing staff, especially Abdul, who looked after us well and more so the manager, Raja idrees, of this place, and to witness how genuine and polite he is with his staff and a man of good values rare to see. Well done.

They’re very stinger with the amount of toppings they give you. I ordered 2 banana and strawberry waffles and there was hardly any chocolate sauce drizzled on top and there were about 5 slices of banana and strawberry. The waffle also tasted a little stale, I don’t know why as I assumed they would be made fresh, but this is an honest review. The milkshake was very nice though!
