If there were an option for negative stars, this place would deserve it. The staff’s rude and dismissive attitude made the entire experience unbearable. It’s shocking how little they care about customers or providing even basic service. It’s clear that the millionaire owner doesn’t care about feedback or improving the customer experience, and it shows in every interaction. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place until they overhaul their approach to customer service.

Rubbish service, things are given not as they are shown in the show fridge. Bunch of liars. Please do not go there for any reason.

Not only was the delivery early, the guy delivering the food was polite and chatty. We ordered the Dubai chocolate bar and pistachio cheesecake. Both were delicious. First time trying the Dubai chocolate bar, I'm glad I bought two bars or I wouldn't of had a piece. Everyone enjoyed it. Give it a try.

Ordered a few items both that was supposed to be warm was cold, the snicker cookie dough was really crunchy and had very minimal snickers on it had 5 small pieces might as well of been a plain cookie dough. Normally is nice disappointed to say the least

Took 2 hours for delivery and the company just fobbed us off saying delivery driver had broken down .

We asked for strawberries to be prepared away from our order as we are very allergic to them and called just to double check and the man on the phone was so sweet about it and said not to worry he will make sure it’s done correctly. The desserts were amazing, I would recommend this place to anyone. Will be ordering for here again for sure

Absolutely not impressed the donuts with sugar have very very very less sugar on it it was so dry the chocolate cake on the other hand impressed it was amazing but they really need to work on the donuts

Tiramisu was frozen from underneath their cookie doesn’t even look like a cookie looks like a flat pancakes with lots of sauces to cover up the burnt edges worst take out ever!

If I could give this a 0 I would, ordered 3 chocolate cakes with custard, they came absolutely rock hard and so dry and stale they were absolutely vile! Tasted like they had been sat on the side for two weeks, never again!

The Matilda cake was so dry, the custard wasnt so much as custard but melted chocolate which was not nice at all. Very disappointed as this is not quality I expected

i ordered my daughter a waffle as she was at her boyfriends. The order was supposed to arrive at 21.40-22.00, it didnt arrive until 22.50. The waffle was missing from the order. when i called the shop they were very unhelpful, they did not seem interested that we had paid for things that did not arrive. They only offered refund once I told them that was what i wanted. very poor customer service. will not be using again or reccomending to anyone!

The waffle was disintegrating on a molecular level, powdery and devoid of texture, like something left in the freezer for far too long. The crepe was like chewing on a rubber cleaning glove. The whole thing was topped with a disgusting, sickly sugary mess. I repeat, a disgrace, a danger to your health, and an insult to your taste buds. Avoid like the plague.

Service was poor and slow staff just looking at each other waiting for other person to get food ready we got some stuff packed to take home and they put it upside down so all topping was all over the paper bag a 6 year old can do better job... I got the honey comb ice cream it hurt my throat it was old and ice creams have used by date you clowns ...

Been on toilet 3 times since being here. not pleasant review but true .. Apple crumble how old was that to make me feel ill Waffle cold couldnt even be bothered to reheat that ..there was nobody in but us ..make it fresh ..!!! 3 of us £30 for 3 desserts 1water 1 soft drink 1tea... Thought for the price it would be at least nice ...DO NOT WASTE your money .... awful experience should be ashamed .. My fault should have read the reviews ..

I ordered and the delivery driver put the order at someone else’s house on the street at their gate not even their door and took a photo saying it was delivered. We contacted ice stone, although it is not their fault they didn’t offer to redeliver the same order and didn’t offer a refund they said it has to go through Uber. All of this because of the delivery driver not bothering to ring us or find the right address!!! The order also required a pin to confirm it was the correct address which again wasn’t given to him as he didn’t even come to our door!!! So this ruined my sons birthday evening and the dessert shop were also very little help as-well as the driver been NO HELP! It was also a £30 order and we are unsure if we will receive a refund!

Best desert place in Batley, Javed bhai always makes it special for us and never skimps on our Hot piping custard.

Came in for a dessert with the family and kids, amazing staff, especially Abdul, who looked after us well and more so the manager, Raja idrees, of this place, and to witness how genuine and polite he is with his staff and a man of good values rare to see. Well done.

They’re very stinger with the amount of toppings they give you. I ordered 2 banana and strawberry waffles and there was hardly any chocolate sauce drizzled on top and there were about 5 slices of banana and strawberry. The waffle also tasted a little stale, I don’t know why as I assumed they would be made fresh, but this is an honest review. The milkshake was very nice though!

ordered deserts cost me 35£ for litrally two items,the smallest amount barely any ice cream and cold. What has happened to the portion sizes ??!

We have been quite a few times as a family and have never had any issues. Javed is always very accommodating with any requests we have if you are looking for any extras. Would 100% recommend all the various cakes with custard in this cold weather.

I ordered waffles and I was pleasantly surprised by how soft and mind-blowing they were. The ice cream was the cherry on top - really bringing this treat to higher heights. Truly made my day even though the order was slightly late, I believe it was an order worth waiting for. I would definitely order again and I appreciate the hardwork and effort put into creating these desserts. Thank you for making such incredible and outstanding desserts.

I really should have read the reviews before ordering from this place because the customer service is appalling! It’s the second time they’ve sent a dry cake with no cream when I’ve called up and specifically asked them too send cream with the cake before placing the order on Uber eats. I was told that it wasn’t a problem and they would send it this time round. No cream was sent and when I called up I was told that I asked for ice cream & not cream and they don’t send them on deliveries because they usually melt! I’ve never had this issue with any other dessert parlour .. whoever I spoke to on the phone was just making excuses and kept asking me ‘ what do you expect me to do ‘ not even an apologise. Will not be ordering from them again 👋🏽

We love ice stone gelato and have been thier customer for a long time. However this time waffle order was not up to the usual expectations- base was soggy and no strawberries and also were disappointed with size as well. Milk cake was excellent as always. Kindly look into waffle again so customers come back again for what they love about it !

Took my 12 year old son for a treat, the desserts were ok, nothing special. My main issue is with the staff, their attitude and aloofness towards us was unacceptable. Nobody to greet you as you enter, stand about wondering what to do for a bit, then get your own menu, and seat yourself while the staff sit around doing nothing. We were made to feel quite unwelcome, which was a bit sad. It did work though as we won't be back.

The service and desserts were disgraceful. Came inside and was asked to get my own menu from the table at the front and seat myself, while there were staff around doing nothing. I ordered a cornflake tart and questioned beforehand if it was fresh, the staff member said yes they came in today so I was expecting a decent dessert. Dessert arrived and pastry was breaking, soggy and looked really old. The cornflake was not crispy at all and made it very chewy and unpleasant. It was very disappointing as I was really looking forward to dessert after a long day and this is what I got. Overall won’t come again for dessert and doesn’t even deserve one star in my opinion. Very poor service and quality of dessert, would not recommend.

At first the manager was rude and kept and looking at us for absolute no reason they watched through out the whole way and when we ordered the chocolate cake it was so dry and out dated and it tasted like bubblegum which didn’t taste very good
