Ice Burg in Manchester

It's first time been in and ordered burgers meals takeaway, the guy who i ordered with i gave him 5 star he was very polite and friendly and helpful, the rasturant was impressed very well done, and of course its been a very looked after and its clean. The burgers really so delicious and definitely deferent than others burgers places so far to me it's the best burger I ever had to be honest, and i would give them 5 star if not took so long to get my order and plus they forgot the chips with each meal which is was 5 meals in total so I came home and my kids were very disappointed and not happy because no chips. I didn't mind the high price but at least make it right for what are u charging this price for then!!?, I called the shop to explain they were very sorry and apologisd but they said we can't do anything about it and we are closeing now which was about 6:30 pm or 7, anyway just called to let them know that they should deliver me the chips but obviously i felt they wanted just to apologise and that's it. I think i should get full refund because they destroyed my family and children enjoyment and dinner time. So 3 star for that reason and I will try to make sure next time if will go back again to check my order before I leave which shouldn't be my problem, because i trusted them.

Food was delicious and our waitress Jasmine was particular lovely and accommodating. I would go again.

Absolutely amazing place, the service is incredible would highly recommend the chicken burger, the drinks look and taste incredible too, will definitely be back again.

Must go to restaurant. The burger, the bread and sauce are so delicious, no other burgers can beats it. Definitely going back with the family

Okay seems to look nice when you walk in staff are friendly. I came here with my 3 children and my daughter's friend. We was really hungry after shopping at The Tradford Centre. We was the 3rd table to be served after waiting for a very long time. Our food came it was cold. Personally I wouldn't be going to eat here again. We was expecting the burgers to be amazing sorry to say they was not at all. 2 of the burgers was under cooked the chicken was under cooked. The cheese fries had hardly any cheese on them. Felt like the cheese was from a bottle. Food was average nothing special. Our food came it was cold. The bill was £60.00. It is a total shame. Come of guys. 🤷🏽‍♀️😩

Being from Sheffield and seeing plenty of this type of places the look of the place was really appealing so me and my wife gave it a try and we both loved it. It was really busy and packed but the service was attentive will defo be back

Although most reviews here were negative, still wanted to try and now we’re all addicted to it! We’ve tried most things from their menu apart from desserts and have been totally impressed! A must Friday night takeaway

I was really looking to coming here as a gourmet burger lover. The restaurant looks amazing. Every effort has been put into the design and aesthetics. Unfortunately the same can’t be said about the food. It wasn’t particularly bad but it just didn’t have the X factor that you expect when your paying a premium. I would put the quality of the burgers at the same level as Dixy. Archies and Players both have far superior products. Also they don’t do a kids menu which is just poor. Best avoiding this place.

I ordered a large order from here for collection over 6 weeks ago. They missed out 4 items from the order, for which I emailed them (on 2 different email addresses - 1 was the one listed on its website). I've had no response and no refund on the missing items (3 large fries & 1 Wing It). Their customer service is crap. They also don’t read order instructions, even when ordered from its own website. Other than these issues, the food is nice, but the prices are a little expensive & the food portions are quite small. If you’re ordering from here, use a food app, since at least they refund pretty quickly.

Went to Wilmslow Road Brand In Manchester, newly Opened. Same Regular Burger Menu, staff was Clumsy and Clueless, served us Totally wrong Sides and Sauces, appetisers were Served Right at the End After we Finished our Mains. Never Going again. Overpriced too.

Placed a pick up order of a peri burger and an italian burger and a portion of peri fries. Got to say all the food was cold which is suprising as we ordered at the shop at collected within 10 minutes. My boyfriend went back to complain about the chips at first as we hadnt tried the burgers just yet and they replaced them which took over 5 mins. By this time of trying the burgers they was look warm and seemed as if they had been pre cooked and just slightly heated. I made a complaint but they refused a refund and said they could offer 1 free drink. I found this obsurd as i spent £16 on food and the most expensive drink is £4 and doesnt compensate for not being able to eat the food. In the end my boyfriend also complained but was offered a £2 refund and a oreo cheesecake which is £4. I am absolutely appaled at the service and quality of food. The staff member who served me was very rude and condesending and insisted i was wrong. Never returning again and appaled i wasted money and had no dinner in return.

This was a new joint we hadn't tried out so we decided to visit it at the end of September 2020. There was a slight queue outside but it was not a long wait. Upon being seated, I immediately felt the cold, it was absolutely freezing in there, hence the title reference 'an Iceberg!' Our waitress, was a bit clueless regarding the menu as was the lady behind the bar... instead of serving Sprite, we were give tonic water/sparkling water not once but twice! It was not very nice. Service was slow. Our food did not come out together, when we had more or less finished the starters, came out another which was really irritating. The portion sizes were small too especially the halloumi. The food was not piping hot rather lukewarm, but how could it be hot when it is cooked at the front of the restaurant where the door is constantly being opened and closed and then sat at the food pass until your waitress notices. The food was nothing special, not hot enough, the portions were small and the place is overpriced. (See pictures loaded). We even had to pay for condiments like ketchup! The see through dividers separating the seating area is bizarre as you literally feel the strangers next to you are at your table and are dining with you... it's very awkward. There are much nicer and less rip off places to dine in Manchester.

The food was nice, service was good as well. Didn’t have to wait too long for food. Originally I wanted to order the create your own burger but they weren’t doing that for some reason. I also felt a bit awkward that the dividers which separate tables are see through, so it seems like you are sitting with other people which was uncomfortable.
