A really great place to eat. Food is amazing, service friendly and professional. Owners work so hard and are very nice. Loved it.

Outstanding food and service - again. Consistently great food. In my view, the best vs similar restaurants in the area. Had the spicy prawns (colossal shrimp), lamb shish, mash (mixed) and sucuk. Patient, engaging and friendly service. Thanks for another delicious meal.

I really love this restaurant. Great food and service and drinks! I visit regularly but something that really puts me off at the moment is the photography. The staff take photos and upload them on social media, I don’t mean photos of a group smiling for the camera, I mean random photos of everyone eating at the restaurant, I find myself ducking at the table with a mouthful of food dodging the photo something about it just feels uncomfortable.

I had rib eye and was perfect. Quantity was plenty. Everyone else really enjoyed their meals too. Nothing was cheap, but was well worth it. Will go back for sure.

Great food and would visit again BUT we won't be ripped off with extortionate drink prices. How can £5 for a mint tea be justified? - boiling water 2-3 mint leaves and a small peice of lemon! Small water £4.20! Loved the place but never again!

we shown up to the restaurant, we were given great customer service until we had to pay. We had all the money ready for the amount we had to give, one of the waiters told us we had to pay service charge, explaining that we had to pay £3.50 for each individual (there was nine of us) we calculated ourselves that it would come to £12.50 which would not have been a problem, we then looked at the bill and it showed £23.10 and then asked us to pay them £27. We then asked the waiter mutltiple times what this meant and with no explanation kept on repittedly saying £27

First visit, but it won't be the last! The restaurant is welcoming and quite spacious. The menu has plenty of choices and the food did not disappoint. It was excellent! Portion sizes were great and it tasted amazing. Struggled to finish it all. Good choice of drinks. Service was good. Quick but not rushed and staff were friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again.

This restaurant never disappoints. If you are a meat lover, this is your heaven. We’ve been here a few times and loved it. If you are in the area, don’t miss it. Don’t miss the baklavas either.

We’d never eaten here before and really went in on spec… a spur of the moment thing… and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Their set lunch menu is really very good, the service friendly and efficient, and the ambiance/feel just right.we’ll defo be going back and soon!

Just wanted a light bite and have walked past this place many times, but today the 2 courses for £13 drew us in. A really good decision, the starters and main were both delicious and fresh. I thought with the offer they would be small portions, but we both left full and I even took some home. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Will definitely come here again.

I asked 2 young women, waitresses, if I could take my 2 year old grand daughter to the toilet ( in the process of being potty trained), both girls refused and told me there was a public toilet over the road!

We ate twice in this restaurant. We’re surprised of everything: staff, food, drink. We feel in a family! The managing was perfect. We recommend the IBOSS !

This is our 10th visit at least!! .... Never disappointed, the food is always tasty & fresh. I am a meat eater, tend to always go Chicken Shish as its the best I have ever had anywhere and whatever they marinate the chicken in is delicious. Last visit I opted for Halloumi kebab, then when my sons huge prawns came out I thought, Oh I wish I had chosen that, however, the Halloumi kebab was mouth wateringly, delicious and I would 100% have that again . Also music, or belly dancer at weekends so a great atmosphere!

The atmosphere and food is amazing, very tasty BUT not good for gluten free. They have a gluten free menu- which says that dishes are served with rice and salad (standard for a Turkish restaurant). However their rice isn't gluten free. I don't know what they do to it to make a naturally gluten free food not gluten free. Chips aren't gluten free either and they are no alternatives. So meat arrives with just a salad whilst everyone around has rice/chips etc. They could easily offer plain rice to go with their amazing meat.

Absolutely amazing. We just walked in off the street by chance. So glad we did. Firstly the vibe was great, the place has a real buzz about it. Service is excellent, friendly helpful staff who were working hard. The food was excellent, hot freshly cooked to order with king size portions! Love it, great place we will be back.

The best Turkish spot in hitchin! My go to place to eat, highly recommend this restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive too!

Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience, but some of the staff could do a bit better to look after the customer as opposed to sitting, chatting and eating at a table. I appreciate it was quiet with few guests, but their focus should always be on those that are dining with them. On arrival, I was warmly greeted, but had to ask for a drink from my table, having not been offered one when seated. Once my food was served, I was not asked if everything was okay nor offered another drink for quite some time. I appreciate it's difficult to know when to leave a person to enjoy their meal and when it can become overbearing with constant interruptions, but staff should know what would be a happy medium. The price charged for the wine is more expensive than I would expect, especially as they only serve 175ml glasses at £8.95 per glass and £32.50 per bottle, 50% more than what is generally charged in a local pub/hotel that also serves food. That said, the food was perfectly cooked and I have to say this is the first time I have had a well-done steak that was still juicy and full of flavour. I couldn't finish all my food and the staff were more than happy to put it in a 'doggy bag' for me, asking what I would like to take home with me. Whilst waiting for a taxi, I was offered a complimentary coffee which unfortunately I couldn't accept, but the offer was very much appreciated. Despite the negative comments, there were more positives in terms of the quality of food and portion size. I would therefore return in the future as it would make for a lovely birthday celebration or other event.

I came here on recommendation with a friend and the food didn’t disappoint! Squid for starters and mixed grill huge portions just couldn’t finish it ! Really friendly service from female front of house / manager, complimentary tea lovely .I will be back
