ibis Brighton City Centre - Station in Brighton and Hove

Had a fantastic day at the Ibis hotel. This day was made even more enjoyable by the good service and hospitality offered by the manager Jakub. I highly recommend this hotel for good quality service wonderful clean rooms and great hospitality

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Ibis! From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was handled with the utmost professionalism and genuine kindness. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast spread – it was nothing short of amazing! The variety and quality of the food were top-notch, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into each dish. A special mention has to go to the general manager, Jakub who made my experience truly exceptional. Their attention to detail, personal greetings, and commitment to ensuring that every guest had a memorable stay were evident at every turn. He truly set the tone for this wonderful hotel, making it a place I can’t wait to return to. Thank you to the entire team at the Ibis – I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone I know!

We had a wonderful stay at the ibis hotel in Brighton,it’s just a 10 minute walk from the station & short walk to the sea front. Breakfast was fantastic,lots of choices.They even cater for people’s food intolerances. Room was lovely,had a great view of the sea & i 360 tower. And I must mention the kind and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay welcoming and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again! It’s even dog friendly x

Due to some trafficaccidents on the road we arrived very late. Just to be sure we called the hotel. They were very friendly and made sure we could check in after regular check in times. The locations of the hotel is perfect, close to the railwaystation, shops and pubs. The rooms are clean and the beds were very good. The breakfast, despite enjoying it in the past, was not as good this time. Still acceptable, but the eggs were tasting weird, one of the knifes was not cleaned properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay. thank you.

Thrill less, very basic hotel. Will not be staying in the future unless desperate.

Room not clean toilet not flushed on arrival sofa dirty bed very uncomfortable two old mattresses on a base with an uncomfortable topper on. Sink in bathroom discoloured dirty. And only plugs miles away from the bed and very dark in the room. The hallways were very undress and smelt awful. The staff were helpful but a very big place and needs better housekeeping.

Good budget hotel, very convenient for the station and local buses. Good choice at breakfast both hot and cold. All in all a very satisfactory stay.

I was put on the tenth floor, where the room layout is cramped. The bed was so close to the door that when I returned one night I walked straight into the corner of the bed, gashing my knee open! The power sockets were inconveniently placed and the USB sockets did not work at all. The bathroom wasn't entirely clean - I had to wipe something sticky off the floor and things generally felt a little grubby. The soap dispenser beside the sink was broken. The worst thing about this hotel is the location - I chose it for the convenience of being right near the train station, but it actually feels incredibly unsafe late at night. Avoid the cash machines in this area as you will be approached by persistent beggars. Expect to hear fights on the street below in the early hours. My friend experienced difficultly in getting a taxi directly outside the hotel - we think it's a known "no go" area past a certain time. The buses run all night and are very noisy, and I could also hear the diesel engines of the trains. I didn't get an opportunity to sample the food, but I saw two meals that were available 24 hours and could be ordered to the room, neither of which were vegan.

I loved my stay from start to finish! Your staff went out of their way and even helped with sightseeing suggestions that turned out to be absolutely amazing. The room was clean and had a view over brighton which looked great at night. Breakfast was another highlight of mine. I always like hotel breakfasts but those little chorizo sausages you offered were to die for. I might have gained 1 pound or two :-) Thank you Ibis Brighton! I can't wait to return! xx

Great location, comfy room, clean hotel

Spent like to 30 mins to make reservation on web but was unsuccessful as it reflects sth wrong! It didn’t allow me to book the reservation that was offered. Then room was the disappointment as it didn’t reflect what was described on the web. The final disappointment was found during breakfast. It needs to take care to revise it with a fresh food especially your hash brown.

Beautiful area. The Service is nice and polite and the rooms are clean.

I have been at the Ibis Brighton City Centre with a group of students. We all enjoyed our stay, the staff, the rooms and breakfast immensely. We're most definitely will be coming back. G M. Réti

Great place, clean, central and reasonable price. Daniela provided excellent service.

Great value for money. Location is central. Food terrible. Staff disinterested. The biggest point in its favour is location. Train station is minutes away and the bus stop is at the hotel S’s door step. Many eating options close by. We arrived at 10 in the night after a long flight and there was no food nothing. We had to order from Deliveroo. Coffee is good.

The staff is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, making you feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Highly recommended for the outstanding service alone!

The location is great right in front of the station. The room was not clean and the shower drain was clogged.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was decent. Room had issues, but we're only there for one night so wasn't unbearable. Aircon was intermittent, after about an hour it started pumping out boiling hot air even though being set to 20 degrees. Not what you want on the hottest day of the year. The toilet flush was broken (one side). The extractor in the bathroom was broken which made it very steamy, smelly and hot in the room. The shower didn't drain very well, luckily JUST enough not to flood the entire bathroom.

Was a good stay plus they do chicken sausages at breakfast so plenty of options. Staff were very helpful. Close to the station

A bit dirty, stained curtains, dust on floor. Lightbulb wasn't working had to tell maintenance to replace. Curtains don't adequately block out the light so kept waking up very early.

Arrival by train. Concert. Then departure by train. That was the whole point of this hotel.

A nice stay at your hotel, it was fair priced, a good size room which was clean. We had welcoming staff on arrival and the room was ready when we checked in. It is based in a good location to, would definitely stay again.

The walls are super thin, i can hear neighbours convos and loud noises, the AC makes loud noises when I switched it on, i struggled to sleep, i asked if there was any room with a bath tub and the response i got was its a 3 star hotel and that no 3 star in the UK has a bath tub which was unneccesary and an unhelpful remark, the first person that checked me in was kind and polite, the other staff wasnt so polite, they did change my room although still heard noises, location is convenient, i wouldnt recommend to light sleepers

Lovely staff. Very affordable. AC as well in the current heat. Tho the beds are a little firm and did find some unusual bugs in the room some how.

Very friendly and helpful staff .we got before check inn time our rooms was ready so we could check inn . Hotel in a great location . went for the football .I will be going back again next year.

Very Standard Rooms with everything you need, very clean and very friendly and helpful staff and the food is really good when you come back after a night out in the town. Train station quite close by but a little walk to the beach. Definitely would stay again if I'm visiting Brighton

1 min walk to the station, 10 min walk to the shopping area, 15 min walk to the seaside, outstanding staff, good clean rooms. What else can you ask for!? Thank you. Especially to the reception staff on Sunday morning. They're sense of cooperation made our morning.

A family member was admitted to hospital as an emergency and I came to stay in Brighton to support them. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful, for example in finding an accessible room, and in working through the changes of stay as the hospital situation evolved. I'd like to particularly mention Ana Ghelbet, Guest Service Manager, who combined kindness with efficiency. Thank you!

I just wanted a quiet return visit and was pleasantly surprised and delighted to have a personalised welcome letter and thoughtful amenity in my room. Thank you so much. My room was quiet and had a nice view. It was brilliant to have opening windows for fresh air.

Stayed for one night not really the standards I would expect from an Ibis especially given the elevated price we paid for the room over the Easter holidays. Room was dirty. Loads of dust around the room and piles under the bed. Coffee tray and shower were both dirty. Just felt unclean all weekend. In general the furniture was tired and partly damaged. Thin sheets and mattress. Only one lift in service so kept having to wait to get to and from room. Good location but that is the only positive.

Expensive but basic. Clean. Noisy. Central. Comfy beds though.

Super nettes Personal, Lage unschlagbar, Bett sehr bequem. Einzig das Bad war echt eklig mit Haaren vom Vorgänger und es hat an eine nachträglich eingebaute Nasszelle erinnert.

Excellent location for Brighton station and a short walk to city centre. My room was surprisingly quiet, considering the hotels siting in a busy area. I ate out, so cannot comment on food and bar facilities. My only disappointment was the total lack of a USB socket anywhere in the hotel to charge my phone.

Ich war zwei Nächte in Brighton. Wenn keine Ansprüche vorhanden sind, ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl. Das Zimmer und Bad war sicher nicht sauber wie man es gerne hätte. Das Schlafsofa sollte man meiden. Aber für max 2 Nächte sollte es immer gehen.

Right next to the train station. The best service I’ve had the whole time in Brighton.
