There is nothing wrong on the plane , but there customer service really bad.. last year i travel i booked my flight 7 months before my flight and purchased my seats. And after a few months my flight has change. Then they change my plane and they told me i have the same seats.. but then i called just to make sure they said i did not purchased the seats. So i spoke to the manager and find out i pay double for seats.. and now im asking for refund.. after the 5 months they have never refunded me. They keep saying next week and over and over again. I hot tired of asking.. now its a year.. i never got refunded.. so this will be my last flying quatar airways..

I have been wanting to visit this place for sometime and I managed to visit for brunch last Sunday. I had to google the location because this place is tucked away in the railway arches. We arrived at around 1pm and sadly they had run out of hot chocolate!!. The response from the staff was it was cold that day and they had run out. I personally dont like responses like this. Its November you should have hot chocolate in abundance. with cheese and pickles and a generous serving of a mix of beetroot salad. This looked good too. The desserts looked good but sadly there was no hot chocolate so we opted to go elsewhere for dessert and hot chocolate. What I liked about I Will Kill Again was the staff were friendly, lots of vegetarian and vegan options and the food were good proportions as well as tasty. I WOULD GO BACK. Warning: on a cold day wrap up warm because the place is not well heated due to probably the location.
