I've been living at Hylyfe with my dog Snoopy for almost a year now and I have to say, I'm extremely happy with everything about this flat. The flat is well equipped with everything I need and the staff here are absolutely fantastic. Roxie, the manager, is not only incredibly friendly and approachable, but she's also become a great friend because we both have cockerpoos! Whenever I have a problem or need something, Roxie is always the first person I turn to and she's always happy to help me out. Her love for cokapoos is evident in the way she treats Snoopy and other dogs in the building. In addition to Roxie, Shanna and the rest of the staff here also go above and beyond to make sure that Hylyfe is a great place to live. They really care about their tenants and their furry friends, which is something that means a lot to me. I would highly recommend Hylyfe to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. The staff here are top-notch, and the fact that Roxie and I have bonded over our shared love for cockerpoo is just the icing on the cake. If you're looking for a great place to live, look no further than Hylyfe!

Nice,except the living room.had no curtains and I had to buy cleaning supplies my self( brushes and parkers)loved my stay though. Nice locations close to most malls

Nice place to live but I have some complaints, I came in on holidays ,the living area has no curtain and I cherish my privacy,no brush and dust panq to clean up had to go buy with a mop and bucket.Alll these should have been provided and a curtain or blinds put up in the living area.But overall nice place .

Highly recommended! Fantastic location, amazing facilities, living spaces are really well sized and beautifully maintained, but the staff are what make it so special. Shana Panesar in particular is extremely professional but also very friendly - nothing is ever too much trouble. An absolute joy to deal with!

No oven! non of the apartments have an oven, just a microwave / grill to cook with. Not what you expect when paying a premium for a 'luxury' apartment.

We love living at Hylyfe, it is the complete package. On-site restaurant and bar sans patrie offers room service to residents, gym with cardio and weights options mean I can keep fit in the comfort of my own building. Security is great, fob only entry and security guards on-site in the evenings. The interior of the flats is modern, rooms are very sound proof and residents are very considerate and the building is quiet. The concierge, Shana, is amazing and helps with any issues swiftly and manages the building extremely professionally. A great option for students and young professionals looking for modern and vibrant city centre living.

When first advertised, I was still living in the states, but the managers were very helpful and I was easily able to secure my place even while we were communicating with an 8hr time difference between us. I have been here for almost 6 months now and it is a very ideal place for me as a student. I was able to get a furnished flat that is close to all the public transportations and stores I need, and having a Sans Patrie Cafe and gym just downstairs is such a great bonus! The staff and security have been helpful and I'm enjoying my stay here.

Hylyfe is a great place to live whether you are a student or not. It is around 5 minutes walk to the lace market, full of bars, shops and clubs and around 15 minutes walk to Nottingham Trent university. The place is very modern and finished to a high quality standard, with a rooftop terrace, gym, cafe and concierge. Staff are also lovely and helpful. Highly recommend

Love it, great location, good facilities and friendly staff

The Hylyfe Building is new, beautiful, relaxing and everything nice you can think of. The security is top notch as well. And the bar…is everything! Imagine living in a building where you can get “room service”! The food is amazing as well and they have the best cocktails!

As a third year university student, this place is such an ideal location with the city centre, university, bars and restaurant being close by. the interior is very modern and beautiful, with friendly staff & security and overall a nice place to live. It also has a really nice restaurant inside, with good vibes and nice music. would definitely recommend

I've been renting for years and landlords that accept pets are so hard to find these days, I couldn't be more thankful of Hylyfe as they have finally provided me with that. My puppy Simba also loves it here! It's already by far the best accommodation that I can remember in the past 6 years of renting. It feels so clean and fresh, and everyone I have met all seem so kind and welcoming :) I must say a massive thankyou to Shana who has done so much for myself and Simba since being here, any questions or worries I had were cleared up within next to no time at all. For anyone looking to move into Hylyfe I highly recommend it.

So far so good. First month done and I'm looking forward to many more here. They're not the cheapest apartments, but you certainly get what you pay for. Beautiful apartments furnished to a high standard. Great city views, parking and very spacious balconies in select apartments. Gym, cafe and rooftop terrace all opening soon. It doesn't get much better than this surely? On top of this the apartments are in a fantastic location. Central, but not so central that you'll be kept awake at night. You're around a 5 minute walk away from bars, restaurants etc - extremely close to the action but far enough away for some peace and quiet! Everyone I've had round has been very impressed. Lastly, special shout out to Shana who is incredibly helpful; nothing is ever too much trouble for her. So far I love living here and I would highly recommend it (that's if you're fortunate enough to get an apartment - they are very popular so don't sleep on it if one becomes available!)

Superb spacious living, with a modern design and fitted with the best up to date appliances. My apartment came with stunning views of Nottingham Castle. In addition it caught the sun right until the end of the day, making for a more brighter and long lasting day. The apartments are 5 minute walk to the centre of the bar scene in Nottingham, as well as a short distance walk to the train station. There are great facilities available such as a gym, rooftop seating area and even a cafe for an easily accessible morning coffee!! Finally the staff are on hand to help you in anyway, and are truly nice and friendly people who make living here very homely and welcoming.

I am settling in really well to Nottingham and the staff at Hylyfe have made the transition really easy for me. Shana the manager has been extremely helpful and has promptly resolved any issues ive had. Excited for the onsite gym to open as well. Would definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone looking

Cannot wait for the bar resturaunt to open here, the move in went really well and the building manager was really helpful. I definitely will be staying here for the foreseeable! 10/10 👏🏽
