Don’t buy mutton biryani. It’s a mix of lamb curry and rice, and it’s very spicy. No one can eat it. I wasted my time and money

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hyderabadwala. As regular customers, we have always expected decent service, but this time was completely unacceptable. 1. Cold Food Delivery: The food was delivered cold, making the dining experience unpleasant and far from what we expected. 2. Missing Free Item: We ordered Chicken Dum Biryani, which clearly mentioned a free item offer. However, despite repeated reminders, we never received the free item. This is misleading and unacceptable. 3. Poor Food Quality: The food quality was the worst we’ve ever experienced. The biryani was bland, stale, and lacked the authentic taste Hyderabadwala is known for. 4. False Promises on Discounts: Despite being loyal customers and previously being promised a discount by the staff, we received no discount at all. This lack of consistency and false assurances is frustrating. The combination of cold food, missing offers, poor quality, and broken promises made this experience extremely disappointing. We expected much better from a place we have supported regularly. Fix these issues or risk losing loyal customers.

We really loved the food, and that chicken 65 is one of the best things I’ve tried and biryani was on point. We’ve been served by a young guy pemba who was really sweet and welcoming towards us.I hope your hardwork is been recognised by the management and see you again soon

Service is horrendous, food is stale, I was served ice cold chicken biryani, and they charge £1 per every 200ml of water, you end up paying more for water than your food, all the other reviews are too reviews are free mango lassi ones I believe , steer out folks ...

Worst food ever I had in my life. Especially chicken used in chicken lollipop is spoiled. Grilled chicken is just served cold with red food color added on to it, no taste at all. Literally came out without eating anything, and did not even think about ordering the main course. We travelled 30miles to this restaurant with an expectation that we will get good hyderabadi food. Being a hyderabadi, I felt this restaurant is spoiling the reputation of Hyderabad. Fully disappointed 😞. All are fake reviews. Not suggested at all !!!

The food is excellent , but when i tried to call them for additional things in order wantedly they are not lifting the call. Bad customer service. If you don't wanna answer the call they why did you keep calling service for orders. Don't try to b over smart guys. Be attentive to your customer you are doing your loss not ours.

All the Food is very tasty especially The Gobi 65 and Paneer Biryani. I never had this type of Biryani in Leicester till date. Subham was very helpful at picking delicious dishes and provided us a great service. Sweet dishe is extraordinary. We recommend everyone to visit Hyderabad Wala.

What a find! Love their grills, the chicken 65 and other Indo Chinese offerings. The currys are irresistible. And some authentic Masala chai to end with. Definitely worth a try.

Hyderabad wala has always been our go to place for eating out. We are from Nottingham and travel Leicester for every special occasion to gave their food. Haleem is just amazing. We have tried almost all the starters and they all taste amazing. Definitely try this place when you visit Leicester ❤️
