Burgrill Leicester in Leicester

Took my family here on a visit to Leicester, food was very nice but there was no atmosphere and the toilets were so bad we had to go somewhere else to take our children to use the toilet which is a shame as the food was good and the young lad behind the counter was friendly and helpful

Normally we have a great experience coming Burgrill unfortunately today this wasn’t the case. Ordered over the phone for a collection, when my husband got there they had set it up for eat in even though I clearly stated order for collection. When the food arrived it was lukewarm at best, when I called to let them know. The guy on the phone then insisted I said order for collection and that’s why he plated it? He then proceeded to tell me the food was cold because we took too long to arrive to collect the food. I put the order in at 16:32 and arrived at 16:49, they told us the food would take 15 minutes. The chicken was dry and has no sauce in the box They then also didn’t have any sauces which is a shame as it is one of their staples and something that really impacts the meal. The young lad taking orders generally was rude and unapologetic in his mannerism. This is such a shame and this is literally one of our favourite places to eat

Chicken strips and rice are a really good combo.. their chicken strips are flavoured nicely, and of course, you get to pick the spice level. I prefer chilli and garlic as it's both flavourful and has a slight kick. The staff are really friendly too. Parking varies, but you'll most likely use the side streets anyway. Fully recommend for a quick bite.. oh and the milkshakes are 10/10.. well priced and good flavour. I prefer the cherry or the coffee one.

I visited Burgrill and had their Thunder Fried Chicken Sandwich, along with mozzarella sticks instead of fries, which they kindly accommodated. The sandwich was fantastic – the chicken fillet was piping hot, fresh, and clearly made to order. The sauce was flavourful and really elevated the taste. The mozzarella sticks were also perfectly crispy and delicious. Overall, a great meal with excellent service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying chicken sandwich!

Been there few times and never let down. Tasty food with friendly staff. Recommend to give it try. Won’t be disappointed.

I recently discovered Burgrill, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for a satisfying meal. The wraps and burgers are simply outstanding, packed with flavor and freshness that keeps me coming back for more. Their fries are easily some of the best I've ever had—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, which adds to the overall great experience. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I’m now a regular, and I couldn’t recommend Burgrill more highly!

Staples were found inside the Burger, would not recommend this place unless ur into that rough life.

Oh God this is the best food ever! The chips seasoning is killer, the staff are super friendly this place is like what macdonalds claim to be but actually is godlike food. I wish I knew of this place before its soooo good. The food is cheaper than macdonalds and better value for money. I HAVE to go back. This food is eye-wateringly good.

Friendly and clean, kindly explained the menu and recommendations to us. The grilled chicken strips were my favourite. Really nice flavour and the chips had a nice seasoning on them. Worth the price and would definitely return. The chicken was tender and juicy, not dry and chewy like breast can be sometimes.

We had the pulled chicken Nunchuk burger, a double beef patty burger and some Buffalo wings with fries. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best burgers I have tasted. Good portions and prices. The only issue was the food was a bit slow to come. After we were served, it got quite busy and some customers were waiting a few minutes before the order was taken. Hopefully management will sort this out, there should always be someone serving the customers.

The food was hot, fresh and tasty. We were served by a really polite gentleman called Saahir who was very clued up on the menu and was spot on with his recommendations (thank you). The place was clean and inviting albeit a bit small. However, would definitely re-visit and recommend :)

Worst and very harsh service by the staff

Plz try to attend the calls for takeout and we are near by and daily customers but we try to call more than 20 times after that we went and order the food and they said 20 mins but it take up-to 55 mins it’s not good for plzz try to do order fast you know that time has so much value …

Decided to check this place out after seeing the reviews- and it definitely lived up to the hype! Food is fresh and delicious, I better be careful so I don’t gain weight haha

Friendly staff and owner food came out quite quickly for unexpected group of 17people. Everything was perfect. The place is abit small but still worth a visit!!

Did not know what to think but thought I'd pop in and give it a try. Chicken was the opposite of dry and bland. Everything was seasoned to perfection. Fries were delicious and the sauce was to die for. The value is amazing here definitely come and give it a try if you like peri grilled chicken etc :)))

Wow....What Amazing food. Could not fault the service or cleanliness of this place either. Best Burger I've had in a long time with Peri Peri fries and the Lemon and Herb Chicken was spot on. Can't wait to work my way thru the Menu. Would recommend to everyone. Loved It xxx

Lovely chicken, rice, chips and drink. Chicken and rice was cooked to perfection, well seasoned, amazing taste. Chips were perfect, crispy outside soft and fluffy inside, well seasoned with house seasoning. Would recommend for a clean and tasty meal!

Waited over 30 minutes for burgers and chips. When our order finally came it was wrong but we were too hungry to care so we ate it anyway. Burgers are very small, chips were overcooked. Stomach upset afterwards. Terrible experience.

Great food and service from the team working there. Lovely blueberry and orange crush drinks. The only downside was the fries were left out from the kids meal, and I only realised this once back home with the order.

Tried their double cheese burger, peri strips and strawberry milkshake. Double cheese burger was very tasty and filling. The peri strips were good. The fries that came with the meal were fresh and crispy. Strawberry milkshake was one of the best I've had. Parking is a bit of a problem, as its residents permit around the area. There is made up parking at front of shop, however its quite tight. Service was really good and nice seating inside. Would definitely recommend. They have a large menu of burgers and Peri chicken. Would live to try out other items.

Food was great, did not hold back on the seasoning and made sure that everything had really good flavour. Chicken was cooked well too, highly recommend the wings. Service was 10/10 - the staff were friendly and welcoming. The owner took time to speak with us and also allowed us try some of the drink flavours. Thank you very much, we will be back:)

Honestly, the food is delicious! The drink selection is very unique and creative as well. The service was 10/10. Will be seeing me again for sure. If you’re in Leicester this is a must-go.

Tried their burger and chicken for the first time and oh my god, the food is amazing, juicy and full of flavour. The flaour of the chips are just as good. I will definitely be ordering from them again and I would definitely recommend Burgrill to anyone and everyone. The staff are great and super helpfull.

I ordered the 1/4 chicken in mild , piri piri wings with "Hot" spice level, curly fries, spicy rice and the red and blue machine dispenser drinks. The Hot wings were very flavourful and I would definitely go back for these. Soft and tender, spicy enough to keep you wanting more but not to the level where it's unbearable, which is exactly what I wanted. The 1/4 chicken was soft, tender, flavourful and juicy. I'd probably order this again but in "Hot". Curly fries were nice with their own version of peri salt which adds another level of flavour. Most importantly, the owners were so friendly and polite. We decided to eat in and they took care of us. I'll definitely be back to try something different from their menu

Most definitely my new fave burger spot in Leicester! Food was delicious, service was outstanding and the vibe was immaculate! The interior was fun and quirky and the staff and owner were so friendly and took time to talk to us! We really enjoyed our burgers, chicken and rice, lemon and herb chicken and our wraps! Not forgetting the peri chips and our drinks given for free on the house! Will deffo come again and recommend to all my friends and family!
