Food was more than 1hr later than originally said, delivery driver was rude and threw the food at me. only positive was food was still warm when it arrived

pizzas are alright but when you order a mixed £9 kebab you expect salad and pitta. all I got was meat in a foild dish that looked like a £5 worth. £3.50 delivery. This place used to be spot on. won't bother again.

I ordered some pizzas and sides to be delivered. Pizzas and sides are delicious and cooked properly with all fresh toppings. The chips were fresh and you can tell the oil was fresh,not soggy at all. Good packaging. I definitely order again .

The pizza was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It made for a delightful dining experience all around. Definitely come back again!

Food was a little disappointing lacking quality and flavour, was over cooked.

ordered food at 7.25pm food didn't arrived until 9.15pm!!! ordered the 10 wings which cost £9.90! the wings were horrible and awful! it smelt sooo bad we couldn't even eat any of it! rang them to tell them about the wings and the guy on the phone just said "okay okay I will tell my boss, the wings are fresh I brought them on Friday and put them in the freezer" which I said and today is Sunday? he then just said okay okay i will tell my boss that's all. we will not order from them again never!

The brothers there make some great quality pizza. Tho i dunno what happened today when there was the ladies covering their shift, 27th Dec 2023 (not exactly on xmas day), these ladies completely seemed to have flopped my order, which after 1hr 15mins of not arriving, i phoned them up and told them to cancel. I dont live far from the store at all. And usually receive my orders in less than 40mins. Not a good experience, waited for nothing, and will go elsewhere now

Quick delivery , the Special Fries are delicious with all kind of spices and sauces .

Although the food is lovely and quick delivery. The lady is very very rude and has no sense of communication or customer at all. few occasions on calling and its the same issue with the same lady with a horrible bad attitude towards customers.

Thin base pizzas here are taken a bit too serious as u cudnt even eat a slice without it falling apart bcz it’s paper thin base 😐

False advertising the menu online it's not buy one get one free.i rang rhe restaurant.the manager said "read the letters in bold" wow terrible attitude did we argue!!!

I guess I paid for quality over quantity. Granted its pricey for the average Abdullah lol but the stuffed crust and ingredients etc definitely worth it.

These guys serve the best pizza I've had in Leicester and I've tried a fair few placez, but its not the best pizza I've ever had in the UK. Service and ordering is convenient and easy and their deals are fairly decent too.

called to order a delivery but the background noise from their side was as though the chap was at an airport runway, it was that loud. therefore i simply said the noise is to loud so dont worry i dont want to order and put the phone down. next thing i know, i get a call from the chap getting angry saying "i have 100's of orders no one has said this to me etc etc" mate if you have 100's of orders why are you calling me back about 1 order?!?! service is for sure zero stars

Incredible experience with this Pizza Place. Owner was extremely helpful and friendly and recommended a few pizzas. I tried the Deluxe Pizza & the Chicken Supreme. Both were very tasty. Owner also was quite friendly and gave some free sauces. Owner also told abit of his background and showed his expertise in his Pizza knowledge.

Excellent pizza and wonderfully tasty experience. The staff members are great and very helpful and I also received some Turkish tea when I went to collect. Kept me good and warm on the way home. Thanks

Used to be a lovely place with fresh and tasty food. Unfortunately no longer. Food order was not only wrong, was also delivered cold. Returned the food and requested refund but was argued with, not listened to and made out it was our fault. No refund given. Shame. Won’t be using them again. Avoid!

Great service and pizzas Brought the Greek and margarita pizza last week and both full of flavour. The sauces that came with the pizza were excellent. Recently changed ownership and quality slipping.

Just eaten from here for the first time...Amazing! Delivery bang on when they said, food piping hot. Great packaging, nice little touches like grease mats in pizza boxes, crispy fries in a box, delicious sauces, I. Could go on. All at half the price of dominos, pizza hut and that other horrible papa one. Keep it up lads, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I don't normally write reviews but I'll make a special exception for the place. One word, Delicious! Massive portions, loved the dirty fries and the butter chicken pizza was awesome. If you normally order from dominoes or Papa John's your missing a trick this place is way better, better value and ingredients. A++

🍕 butter chicken pizza and dirty pizza was amazing

We ordered Chichi's Pizza last Friday and I must say that I was extremely satisfied - EVERYTHING was on point. Fresh, crunchy, crispy and fluffy base, delicious fresh vegetables, a lovely spicy kick and the vegan cheese was also lovely and proportionate. Each bite provided a lovely sensation of taste and flavor. I eat a lot of Pizza and this is so different to all other pizzerias. As a vegan, it's tough to find delicious pizza - however here it is. If it was so good with vegan cheese, I can imagine how good it is with normal cheese mmmmmmm!!!! The shop is clean, inviting, modern looking and open plan so you can see the pizza ovens and the staff who lovingly make the pizzas. The business is a small independent family owned pizzeria and the staff are friendly, inviting, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. You really feel like they value your custom and the way the food tastes, you can tell that they really make it with love and passion. I would DEFINITELY recommend ChiChi's Pizza. It's delicious. PS. An honorable mention to the dirty fries which are great and even better is the homemade chili sauce - it's BEAUTIFUL!

ChiChi’s is the modern day equivalent to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory, but instead of chocolate it’s glorious pizza. The pizzas are delicious, the sides scrumptious and the service impeccable. I talk about food often, but rarely do I salivate when doing so, however I do when talking about the Meat-a-licious pizza. I was a little taken back to see that you don’t have an overall 5 star rating, instead you have a 4.9 (at the time of writing). Having scanned through the reviews, J@t Mist#y seems like a bit of a pri#k. He seems like the sort of person who probably pours the milk in first and someone who doesn’t wet his toothbrush before he applies the toothpaste. 11/10 best pizza place in Leicester. Wow tried the pizza for the first time , so tasty and even my daughters said it's one of the best they have tried after a long time . Even my daughter who is a chef her self and is hard to please gave it 5 star . This will definitely be our regular pizza place .

For the first time Dirty Chips. I think the chips were plenty in a box enough for two people. The chips were generous amount for what I paid. I like the box it was strong and stable unstable. No plastic or polythene used. Why 4 star? It was missing salt and it need little something more to taste just a little good. I was just reading reviews by others. I think they make good pizzas then anything. I will give it a try and see how they taste. I probably won’t try Dirty chips again. If you love chilli 🌶 and want to give your head a bit shake try their venom sauce. Note: keep the ice cream next to you.

ChiChi's Pizza was recommended to us... A few hiccups initially with the order, but this was then corrected instantly. Clearly they put their customers first, hence we will continue to order from them... 5*, because the pizza's are really tasty!

Tried the Paneer Firecracker and the Veg Overload; absolutely delicious. Both pizzas were super flavourful and the dough, in particular was spot on. Chilli Chips were indeed, chilli! Will be back for more soon.

Just collected 2 large on the Too Good to Go app, they're absolutely brilliant! The ham & pineapple is better than Dominos. The dough is really fresh, and the pineapple is perfectly ripe. Just a shame I live too far (Nuneaton) or I'd be in here all of the time! Staff are really polite and friendly.

Veggie over-load pizza very bog standard taste nothing special about it but the meatalicios pizza was tasty & filling. Prices of pizza & sides very over priced considering its taste not so good. Better pizza places elsewhere so I won't be in a hurry to order again if that.

Excellent friendly service. We were lucky enough to be able to grab pizzas on the opening night. Totally blown away by their precision from preparing the dough to the flavoursome topping. We chose 4 pizzas and all tantalised our tastebuds. The paneer firecracker, hutter chicken and cheeseburger were amongst our favourite and we look forward to trying the rest on the menu. These guys know their flavours and take great pride in their service and flavours. Be back soon
