had an amazing experience at Hyderabad Darbar! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the biryani, which had the perfect balance of flavors and aroma. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed.

Night time when I was order you gave the food that was worst and not cooked properly, I paid for this not cooked food £22 . Homeless people are also not ready to eat this one that much worst .

Yummy food and also good presentation and servicing.

Our server was Sumaiya, who was friendly and polite. We enjoyed our meal.

We came in and was told there was no space for us, we told them that we’d still order and hopefully a table would be open by the time our food was ready we popped out as they said it would be 30+ minutes. When we came back after 10 mins they was speaking to someone else telling them they could be seated in 2 minutes the waiter didn’t come over to us and explain. We then confronted him he denied that we said it and persisted that we should just take our take away as it’s now ready as we decided to explain why we were upset he offered us different seating . I can only attest this to racism since we were the only black people in this establishment!

I’ve been a regular customer of Hyderabadi Darbar and have always enjoyed their food, but my recent order was a complete disappointment. I ordered Half Tandoori Murgh, Deccani Murgh Tikka, Lamb Rogan Josh, and Bhindi Masala, and none of these dishes met the quality I was accustomed to. • Half Tandoori Murgh: This was the biggest letdown. The chicken had an unpleasant smell and looked old. It didn’t feel fresh at all, which made it inedible. • Deccani Murgh Tikka: This dish was bland and lacked salt. I had to sprinkle salt just to make it somewhat edible, but even then, it had no flavor. • Lamb Rogan Josh: This was the worst of all. It was swimming in oil—at least 70% of it was oil. It looked unappetizing and was far from what I expected. (I’ve attached a photo for reference.) • Bhindi Masala: This was the only dish that was somewhat decent but couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience. It feels like something has drastically changed with this place—maybe a change in management or chef, but the quality has dropped significantly. I’ve decided I won’t be ordering from Hyderabadi Darbar again. Very disappointed.

I visited this restaurant for my 1st anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. The customer service provided by Ritwik and Sumayah was excellent—they were attentive and helped us choose the best options from the menu. The dinner went perfectly, and the food was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this place for special occasions and future visits. The ambience was fantastic, and the staff were outstanding. However, I do feel that the management staff could be more cooperative to make the experience even better. Overall, it was a great evening, and I’d definitely return!

The food was ok though Haleem seemed a bit off, and before we start eating went to washroom to wash hands but the basin( hand wash) area was so disgusting and dirty I lost my appetite. I couldn’t eat at all. And lassi was not that good.

Some of the best and most authentic Hyderabadi biryani I’ve had in London. Also humongous portions that have lasted 2-3 dinners worth between my partner and I for just 15 pounds. The staff, Bindu and Mahesh, were really great! (Ask for your biryani extra spicy!)

Authentic Asian food with good staff

The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing a wonderful blend of flavours and fresh ingredients. Each dish was prepared to perfection, leaving a lasting impression. Additionally, the service provided by Satvik, Sumai, and Bindu was fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate our requests truly enhanced our visit. Overall, it was a remarkable experience that we look forward to repeating!

Heard that this is the most authentic Biryani in London. Tried the Chicken dum biryani, Gobi (cauliflower) 65 and Murgh Malai Kebab - all were great. Downed mango lassi (ask for it with ice!) and Gulab Jamun for dessert. Really impressed. Our server, Summaiya, was awesome, attentive and explained everything in terms I could understand a it’s nice to deal with nice people. Will definitely check them out again!

I happen to have an experience of dining at this restaurant, it was truly good,the food was tasty and meat seemed to be tender and fresh, the theme or colour of the ambience was visually calm and relax, and this waitress named bindu was extremely service oriented, she happens to approach us multiple times inorder to check if we needed anything, overall it's quite a great experience.

I placed an order on uber on Christmas Day and it never arrived. I told the uber delivery driver to leave my order at the hotel reception. I specified this in the additional section when placing my order, however SANDEEP the uber driver took the food and had cancelled the delivery as ‘he wasn’t able to deliver it’ even though it was clearly stated to leave the food at reception and when I tried to call him he had blocked my number. I tried to call the restaurant for assistance on the matter, however they were unhelpful and aggressive in responding to me. I did not get a refund on my order either. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you want your food to be eaten by the uber driver and get shouted at over the phone.

Yesterday, I visited this spot...and although there were many people and fewer staff members....i had a memorable experience....I must say... all the staff were very professional and kind....When I arrived wit my baby, a staff member named Sathwik welcomed us warmly.....He opened the door, quickly arranged a good spot for us to sit so my baby wouldn’t get uncomfortable, and immediately cleaned the table to make sure everything was perfect....Due to d large crowd, my order was delayed, which I completely understood...it’s a tough job managing so many people with limited staff.....However, Sathwik and another staff member, whose name I believe starts with 'M'—perhaps Mahesh might b...went out of their way to apologize and reassured me throughout the wait..their dedication was truly commendable, and they were so polite that I didn’t feel frustrated at all....I patiently waited, knowing how stressful their work must be, but I couldn’t help noticing how hardworking and attentive Sathwik and his colleague were...they went above and beyond to ensure every customer was well taken care of.... their attitude reflected all the qualities that great customer service should have....additionally another staff member, a girl named Sumaiya, was incredibly sweet and helpful, along with the other girls who were equally supportive throughout my visit....I’ve always loved the food here as a long-time customer who frequently orders from this spot, but the service I experienced yesterday made it even more special....I truly wish Sathwik, his colleague, and the rest of the team the best in their careers,they deserve recognition and promotions for their exceptional dedication. God bless them! I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.Last but not the least the food over here is amazing so tasty....must say to the customers being a customer that they never ever disappoint u guys interms of food or showing hospitality...can guarantee u...one of my fav spot...

This is my go to restaurant for Briyani and chili chickens. Never fails to impress. Food is always good and tasty. The ambience of the restaurant is top notch. A little room for improvement; please let customers know if the main dish will take time.

Can't express it in words, remind me of 4 minar india & piB colony Karachi (Pakistan).. "hazrat Dil Khush Ker diye ". I have to drive 275 miles from Yorkshire. (Halifax) to taste authentic food.
