Authentic Asian food with good staff

Heard that this is the most authentic Biryani in London. Tried the Chicken dum biryani, Gobi (cauliflower) 65 and Murgh Malai Kebab - all were great. Downed mango lassi (ask for it with ice!) and Gulab Jamun for dessert. Really impressed. Our server, Summaiya, was awesome, attentive and explained everything in terms I could understand a it’s nice to deal with nice people. Will definitely check them out again!

I happen to have an experience of dining at this restaurant, it was truly good,the food was tasty and meat seemed to be tender and fresh, the theme or colour of the ambience was visually calm and relax, and this waitress named bindu was extremely service oriented, she happens to approach us multiple times inorder to check if we needed anything, overall it's quite a great experience.

The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing a wonderful blend of flavours and fresh ingredients. Each dish was prepared to perfection, leaving a lasting impression. Additionally, the service provided by Satvik, Sumai, and Bindu was fantastic. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate our requests truly enhanced our visit. Overall, it was a remarkable experience that we look forward to repeating!

I placed an order on uber on Christmas Day and it never arrived. I told the uber delivery driver to leave my order at the hotel reception. I specified this in the additional section when placing my order, however SANDEEP the uber driver took the food and had cancelled the delivery as ‘he wasn’t able to deliver it’ even though it was clearly stated to leave the food at reception and when I tried to call him he had blocked my number. I tried to call the restaurant for assistance on the matter, however they were unhelpful and aggressive in responding to me. I did not get a refund on my order either. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you want your food to be eaten by the uber driver and get shouted at over the phone.

Yesterday, I visited this spot...and although there were many people and fewer staff members....i had a memorable experience....I must say... all the staff were very professional and kind....When I arrived wit my baby, a staff member named Sathwik welcomed us warmly.....He opened the door, quickly arranged a good spot for us to sit so my baby wouldn’t get uncomfortable, and immediately cleaned the table to make sure everything was perfect....Due to d large crowd, my order was delayed, which I completely understood...it’s a tough job managing so many people with limited staff.....However, Sathwik and another staff member, whose name I believe starts with 'M'—perhaps Mahesh might b...went out of their way to apologize and reassured me throughout the wait..their dedication was truly commendable, and they were so polite that I didn’t feel frustrated at all....I patiently waited, knowing how stressful their work must be, but I couldn’t help noticing how hardworking and attentive Sathwik and his colleague were...they went above and beyond to ensure every customer was well taken care of.... their attitude reflected all the qualities that great customer service should have....additionally another staff member, a girl named Sumaiya, was incredibly sweet and helpful, along with the other girls who were equally supportive throughout my visit....I’ve always loved the food here as a long-time customer who frequently orders from this spot, but the service I experienced yesterday made it even more special....I truly wish Sathwik, his colleague, and the rest of the team the best in their careers,they deserve recognition and promotions for their exceptional dedication. God bless them! I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.Last but not the least the food over here is amazing so tasty....must say to the customers being a customer that they never ever disappoint u guys interms of food or showing hospitality...can guarantee u...one of my fav spot...

Can't express it in words, remind me of 4 minar india & piB colony Karachi (Pakistan).. "hazrat Dil Khush Ker diye ". I have to drive 275 miles from Yorkshire. (Halifax) to taste authentic food. It's worth every mile... Please increase the serving portion because the food extremely delicious , "jee mar laita "... Will be visiting with family soon 🙌 . Stay blessed .

This is my go to restaurant for Briyani and chili chickens. Never fails to impress. Food is always good and tasty. The ambience of the restaurant is top notch. A little room for improvement; please let customers know if the main dish will take time.

Food was delicious but we can’t enjoy Service was really bad sorry to say. We had children with us we ask for high chair 4-5 time no one provide . Hope you guys improve services

I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Hyderabad London Restaurant! For starters, I tried the Chicken Manchurian and Chicken 65, both of which were perfectly cooked and packed with flavour. The highlight of the meal was the Lamb Biryani – aromatic, tender, and simply delicious. A special mention to Ms Sumaiya, who served our food with such warmth and professionalism, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic and flavourful food!

They don't have any changing rooms for baby. Services should be better, food was really delicious. We couldn't enjoy due to our baby's situation, we were planning to try deserts item but couldn't enjoy.

I visited this restaurant yesterday with my family, and unfortunately, it was the second time in a row that we encountered burnt chicken pieces in the biryani. Additionally, it seems they added an excessive amount of methi leaves, which gave the dish a bitter taste. Despite receiving many recommendations, my experience at Darbar has not been satisfactory, unfortunately.

This place is authentic hyderabad biryani. As-is what you have in Hyderabad in India. Visited the place twice in two weeks. Dine in and take away as well to have it again in the later part of the day. Places like these I think will make you forget home when you miss. Prices are very reasonable and I have paid double the price for some colored rice other parts of the city. Looking forward to visit again when I head to London again. Would surely suggest anyone who miss hyd biryani and also crave for that kind of food who visit London. Keep up the quality and I am sure everyone would love it.

I’ve been served by mahesh and Satvik everything went well and also served by the girl who’s in reception she’s bit messy. She’s creating a tension atmosphere everyone has clarity about the order she’s the only get confuse placing wrong order on the wrong table and even she placed 2 times chicken manchurian where we ordered only once and we corrected that mistake.I did Order butter naan with paneer 65 and chicken manchurian and veg biryani and chicken biryani. Chicken Manchurian isn’t first priority but specially mentioned darbar style but we didn’t like it , I felt isn’t fresh not the manchurian style I don’t recommend it again but biryani veg and chicken was so good we loved it.

We order Chicken dum Birani..butter nan and Buna gosh.. Birani was too much salty.. Literally too much.. Buna gosh we expect atleast 9/10 pices but got 5/6 pieces, i felt £9 is too much for those pieces. Staff behaviour was good. But need to work on foods taste and quantity. Thank you.
