Service is really bad. You’re either waiting in the queue for a long time, or ignored while they chat and laugh in the back. Hygiene could do with some work, around the windows it always dirty and tables don’t seem to be wiped regularly. On a positive note, it’s a good place to get your laptop out.

There staff don't care about health and safety there

Flafel wrap was not nice. Prices are too high for sandwiches and coffee. Spent more than £15 but was hungry after.

We went through the drive-thru, no other cars were in line yet we had to wait about 5 minutes for our drinks. Drinks were hot

I use this coffee shop regularly, and I find the restaurant manager cold okward and argumentative. I asked why a member of staff had checked the toilets and not cleaned them.another time I said £7.50 for a costa breakfast and was told I dont make the prices

Stopped here on a coach trip. Considering their was a lot of us they coped really well. Room outside to sit as it was a nice day.

I and my husband popped in today for two oat coffees and was impressed with the lovely ladies that work in there. Polite and friendly and very helpful. If we are ever in the area we will definitely go back.

Staff are kind and helpful. Clean and quiet place to study or do some work as well. The drive thru is open until 9 to 10pm so thats amazing for grabbing a late night drink

It's a costa, most people go for coffee here but it also has a decent selection of quick meals. Staff are always super friendly and it's always proper chilled out at the shop. I usually do takeaway or drive through but I do sometimes sit inside.

I usually go there it’s great service and 5 star to Aldi cos he makes the best flat whites!.. Definitely recommend..

I ordered at the till and had a discount on the loyalty card, I have never used it so I ask the person at the till, he tells me what to do, after I pay I ask what is supposed to cost as I don’t think the discount was applied . Another lady steps in and tells me oh I’m sorry, you were supposed to do something else for the discount to be applied, I said the other guy didn’t say that, she offers a discount on something else. I told her I already have what I need, I’m not going to eat anything else. She said sorry and that was it. Never coming back, awful service. The first guy that took my order realised the discount was not applied and stayed quiet. Very dishonest.

Paulina is really great at her job, customer service is on point and the drinks she makes it’s 10/10. I always drive by and get a coffee but if it’s not Paulina at the window I won’t take it🤣. 10/10 all staff are friendly

Great place to meet friends and family! Coffee was great , but croissants weren't good at all! Would be great if the croissants were freshly made and don't taste like supermarket croissants!

Nice drive through Costa with seating. Has good WiFi so good for business meetings. As ever with these places they don’t regularly clear old cups or clean tables but otherwise a convenient location

It's nice and clean,, staff chat alot I can hear them outside on the driveway... But they are nice people.

My brother and I walked up to the drive thru microphone on Monday at around 8:40pm as the main entrance was closed, we said 'hello' and was prepared to ask if we could still order without being in a car, but instead got completely ignored while two girls had a full conversation through the speaker. My brother and I were stood there a while speaking to each other and periodically testing whether the girls would respond to us but it wasn't until my brother started recording us being ignored that one girl stopped mid conversation to say she didn't appreciate being recorded? We stood there staring at this speaker completely baffled while this girl proceeded to complain at us like we hadn't just stood there trying to get their attention for the last 5/10 minutes until we decided to walk away and go to Starbucks instead. Clearly we interrupted their chat because that one girl was incredibly rude and clearly forgot she was there to do a job...bizarre. We had to step out of the way to let 2 separate cars through too, both of which got welcomed with a "what can I get you?" so I'm not sure what the issue was but all we wanted was the black forest hot chocolates we'd been craving all evening

Nice little drive thru with friendly staff.

Service is exceptional. I once had a cup break and coffee spilt all over my car. I went back, and they offered a replacement. They explained that they had a batch of large cups, which were spilling at the bottom. Understandably not their fault. Coffee is made to a good standard all the time, good service too.

All staff are lack of customer services need to be retrained due to lack of knowledge, they also seem like they don’t want to be there. No greetings, smile, friendly.

Usual Costa. Busy. Prices higher, understandably, I suppose. Gen- store poorly lit and depressing. May '23 - little change except for menu which is now in its summer phase July '23 - no change.

We often go to this costa it's generally good alas not today costa it would appear gave everyone and anyone who knew about coffee the day off today as the results showed I confess I have not often wondered what lukewarm watered down coffee tastes like ..and I need wonder no more We threw ours away, terrible ...but as I said we go often as it's quite good

Ordered on Uber eats and got mould on brownies and frappes weren’t blended, just milk and ice

Been to lots of Costa 's . All brilliant. This was no different.

Nice coffee place, def expect it to pick up business once the film studio and flats are ready, as well as the hotel nearby getting packed. Only gripe is that the new boba drinks are rubbish. It’s just their standard fruit drinks with boba added to go with the latest trend, with straws that are not suited for these drinks (the large straws don’t even fit the boba bits, so what’s the point?).

Nipped in to grab a Mocha with caramel flavouring and chocolate sprinkles was not too busy at 09:30 parking was ample I took 2 due to the size of the van I was in quick pit stop and out nice staff I overheard an interview being done and she was accepted so shows promise

We always enjoy costa products, this time bought frappe (strawberry and cream), cheese and tomato toastie, and chips. Hope to visit again and again.

My previous rating was excellent but they recently changed staff. The new staff members are rude and lazy and don't know how to make coffee. Don't waste your time or money.

Cosy atmosphere and all the rich tastes of Costa. Staff a little more reserved than I'm used to from this chain, but that may've just been 'coz it's a busy retail park.

This is my back place for when Starbucks across the road’s queue is just ridiculous I mean 45 minutes, or you can come here the drive thru service is exceptional. Quick service, I can’t fault the coffee but the customer service really it’s a bit hit and miss with who you get but there are a few gems in there who go the extra mile! I do miss the cheese and beans toastie they used to do aswell…

Great service and tasty drinks!

Really good drive through Costa Coffee shop. The latte is always on point - an extra shot is recommended if you're a coffee lover. The egg and mushroom bap is tasty and you can't go wrong with a nicely warmed croissant. The location is convenient with plenty of free parking if you wanted to eat in. There's also plenty of sitting area for you to sit back and unwind, or you can just log on to the wifi and catch up on your work emails. All in all a decent place.

I liked it and apart being a bit busy inside and outside for driveway, I was happy with the waiting time and with the quality of my coffee.

Awful tasting coffee, really bitter unfriendly staff

Calm and relaxing atmosphere. Staff are friendly and quick. Food is good, had a cheese and tomato toastie with a cappuccino. Clean, not noisy and plenty of seating, went around 12pm.

Took three attempts to get a flat white correctly and the place was dirty, outside and inside tables not cleaned. Will not be stopping here again.

Used to be a great costa coffee,but no more.Need to improve staff communication and coffee quality, most of the time they forget to add syrup in coffee.

This is one of the best branch of costa . Free parking and plenty of sitting area . Clean and tidy .

Always a good experience with drive thru. Quick and polite service. Very quick, convenient and polite staff. Inside there seems to be a fly problem. Found a dirty fly inside the cake display. I reported it and was told a manager will be informed straight away and no cakes will be sold until then. The same person then sold a muffin to the next customer.

Why this Costa Coffee does not accept £50 notes? It should be illegal for doing that plus staff where very rude especially the manager of this place. I will not visit this place anymore.

I am very much disappointed when I saw insects and fly on cake section I complain and ask them to remove those items instead removing items they remove insect and fly and start selling them and gives me cold latte and rude faces I was feeling sick I left the latte on the table unexpectedly very disgusting I am still felling sick and sorry for customers in store near by is recycling centre think which kinds of fly and insects on the costa coffee products and customers consuming those and many may feel sick but don’t know why I would not give them one star if I have a option I am sick

Driver thru is really convenient and huge car park helps.

The staff are always warm and friendly to what your needs are, and I always like going in as it not to busy which I like.

GREAT place for summer coolers to drink

1st time no sugar or napkins with capacino and had a muffin, capacino was like having water, second time one of girl was serving me she was rushing me to take order I couldn't even had chance to look at the menu and its wasn't even busy They is no customer service in their I don't think I'll be going back there.

**WARNING** Poor service Poor coffee had to ask twice to make it correctly. Disgusting table, messy and had stain on it as you can see from pictures. I was ordering my coffee with a young friendly girl. My gift card didn’t work and I asked a question that’s strange as I had £4 remaining. And then I asked what the reason it’s not going through the system. The friendly young girl turned into a teenager monster and started to huff and puff. Just at that very moment European manager came out in a super sonic speed, which made me feel threaten. The manager asked the young girl what’s wrong she replied it’s nothing, the manager looked at me with eagle eyes like she was ready to fight me. In a very heavy tone she told me to move over so she can serve other customers although I was not in her way at all. This made me laugh as it reinforced my point that she was ready to pick a fight with me. Message to area manager please teach these staff manners or how to deal with any situation. This situation wasn’t heated but they treated it in that manner. Awful awful service. I will never give these guys a job in my business and not if they speak to my customers in that way they will be out of the door quicker than they can blink.

Staff over worked and tired , no smile on their faces.

Another day different coffee, I'm soo tired of these people 😪. Again a mistake I cannot drink regular milk and yet today another mistake in my ordering regular milk instead of oat milk I'm not sure what is going on in that costa shop but I need to always double-check what I'm getting. There are very rare accessions where everything is the same as I ordered it.

They do delicious coffee but let me tell you I'm buying a coffee every morning drive-thru and most of the time they give me the wrong coffee or there is some mistake in my order, maybe 7 o clock it's too early I don't know that's my only reason for giving 3 stars.

Conveniently located and easy to park and to drive thru. BUT Tables are unstable and wobbeley and it seems that they are not cleaning the toilets. One of the door is jammed and not being used so you have to go around on the other side of the building.

Tried chai latte and was very refreshing!!!

Told by a rather stern lady at the drive-thru today that my latte couldn’t be made by hand & I had to accept the one made by machine (which is standard for the drive thru). They were too busy with customers in the shop to have to make me one! There is a difference in coffee made by machine in the drive-thru & ones made by hand at the front of the shop. We pay the same price& so customers in the shop should be treated the same as customers at the drive through. Very poor service.
