Best hot chocolates and coffees, not to mention very cosy. Located outside next to shake shack opposite House of CB.

Cafe nero is one of my favourite coffe shops, but very disappointed with this branch whenever I have visited and I drink in I've Been given a take away cup because there always short staffed, that's a downside for me won't be going again

I visit this cafe on a regularly, the staff are very kind & very helpful, however i spoke to the manager asked if any vacancies were coming up ,he said there would be, anyway to cut a long story short my son had contact with the manager with a chanse of a interview and a job, he said he had emailed my son, about the position but he hadn't. The one thing I've noticed with this cafe all the staff are all Eastern European. Hence he only employs, as my son was English well trained on the coffee machines etc, but didn't even get a interview. Instead employed someone he had to train with no experience 😒. This has to be addressed.

Excellent service amazing coffee.

Quite a queue and a wait for coffee. My server was very welcoming though. I could not get a seat as this branch is small and the places were taken by people who after ordering a coffee seemed to have installed themselves for the whole afternoon to avail of the wifi.

Great place with a very nice environment friendly to conversation, study, and work. The coffee and frappes are good. The toasties are yummy—though one with beef and/or chicken in it would be great. The pies are pretty good, as well! They have water out, which is great. My two biggest critiques are that it is usually VERY stuffy and hot and they need a restroom.

Temperatures inside this branch are disgustingly hot. Apparently there has been an ongoing issue with Westfield/Cafenero for a while. The company has a due to care for it's staff and customers to ensure the surroundings are comfortable to be in. No longer doing the daily coffee round for me and my team here. We will find somewhere else nearby.

Usually this place is quite good but today I have just popped in and got a bacon roll to go. I can’t work out what they did to it. I think way, way too long being cooked. I’m now trying to eat something that is as chewy as a flip flop and totally bereft of moisture. £4.15. Never again.

Visited this branch yesterday alongside a friend. Upon entering we noticed quite a few tables were empty yet completely dirty, with cups scattered around. The two male barista behind bar looked quite tired and honestly, done with life. We decided to ignore this as possibly they've just experienced a rush and were getting around to cleaning up after. We work in this industry so we can be quite understanding. We proceeded to choose our drinks and upon ordering were not asked whether we wish to eat in or takeaway, thus received our cakes and drinks in takeaway boxes, which was a bit inconsiderate. But again, after a rush, we can understand they might want to catch up on dishes and such. When the barista started to work on my friends drink she noticed a favourite of hers: a flapjack, displayed at the till point. She picked it up in excitement to buy it however it was a month out of date! To be kind we decided it's better to let the barista know, yet when he came again by the till and was informed of the expiration, his reaction was to shrug nonchalantly and go "huh" while the girl behind on the bar commented "they expired already? Woah!". No apology was given to us nor thanks, we were ignored after that interaction. It felt very strange for such a large expiration date to be taken so lightly by the staff. During our stay there, around 30 minutes, we saw possibly five staff members on shift. Most walking around looking bored or angry while doing absolutely nothing about the mess. There was no queue, and possibly only 5 customers entered while we were present. The place is in disarray on closer inspection and needs a proper cleaning. It has cobwebs in a couple places and random dust hanging off the ceiling. The tables are left dirty and floor full of spilled sugar packets while the staff look like they've never been told to lift a finger in the hygiene department. In the future I'd love to see more friendly service and better trained staff. Customer service isn't just about serving coffee and it definitely shows that such bad attitude doesn't work with places like this. Overall we were greatly disappointed with our visit despite typically loving other branches.

Iced Americano was pretty bad it had like 2 ice cubes in it and they melted by the time I left the shop…

Great coffee but my experience with the staff that taking my order really very bad:: He is not friendly at all!! I had been second time here after having a wonderful vibe at other Caffe Nero during that time. However the coffee is fantastic and taste good.. I like the cosy environment too

Nice place, good coffee, nice staff. But they need to double the staffing. The queues are always ridiculous. 20-30 min is a standard time to wait in line. You also can’t order ahead because it’s missing from the app (I imagine intentional because the understaffing must be known by management).

There is continuously 4 trainee baristas in the shop, with only one of these serving. It will take you over 20 minutes to be served, with the line growing till it reaches the door. Why is there not one more person on the till? The rest were cleaning up, restocking cups on top of v the machine that were not low in stock at all

I recently visited the Café Nero branch in Stratford with a voucher that had an expiration date of May 29th. To my dismay, the sales assistant insisted that the voucher had to be used by May 28th and refused to accept it on the stated expiration date. This experience was extremely frustrating and confusing. The expiration date was clearly marked as May 29th, which logically should include the entirety of that day. The sales assistant’s rigid and dismissive attitude only made the situation worse, demonstrating a serious lack of customer service skills. I have always enjoyed visiting Café Nero, but this experience has left me deeply unhappy and unimpressed. It's disappointing to see such a lack of understanding from the staff, particularly over a matter that should have been straightforward and simple. This issue needs to be addressed immediately by the management to prevent future customers from experiencing the same frustration. Proper training and clarity on voucher policies are essential to ensure better customer service.

Lack consistency in making Frappé's- sometimes perfect, but mostly not 😞

I’ve been coming to this Nero for over a year now to grab my morning coffee, and I’d just like to give Fabio a massive shoutout! When he’s on shift I know my coffee will always be amazing, he’s a great barista and always brightens up my mornings with a quirky joke or a chat! Thank you Fabio, you are a wonderful person!

Came on yesterday and a tall guy thinks he was the manager made me a pistachio latte and honestly it was the best coffee I've ever had. NGL it can vary in there based on who's in but this was literally the best coffee I've ever had the milk was steamed perfectly, really rich and smooth. Absolutely perfect fair play man

More like an internet cafe than a meeting place to relax and chat with friends - just banks of individuals on laptops nursing a single coffee for goodness knows how long. Also, beware, after 2 coffees and a glass of water, they have no toilets! 🫤 The staff sent us to some place a few doors down - didn't go as a bit impolite but went back into Westfield.

Fantastic place and a wonderful staff. Morning Sunday at 9.30 is not always good. I spilled my coffee accidentally and she was so kind to make another. You made my day!! We need more staff like the young lady. She is a star and I'm very impressed. I gave her a 5star straight away I paid.

A nice store in Westfield Stratford, this is in the outside section of the shopping centre. It does get busy in this cafe so it's best to find a table first before you order if sitting in. The service si very good and the atmosphere is pleasant. They do have a good amount of seating with some larger sofa seats. They may next extra staff to keep up with clearing tables. Cappuccino is nice as it always is in a cafe nero and I tried the mozzarella, pesto and tomato Pizzetta from the Italian selection from their menu. It's tasty and best eaten warm. In general a good experience, recommend!

One /slow/ person working, massive queue, people just leaving, including me. Poor management.

I went in today. It was a bit of a long day, which meant trying to get a late coffee. I was served by Aya, and this was at 8.15pm, Aya said I could order a coffee and even sit down. I've been in several stores that close early or dont serve so near to close times. I was able to have a great coffee and even had an amazing conversation with Aya. She was really polite, personable, and extremely kind. I have been to this branch several times and never had such a great experience like today. A coffee with a smile from someone who genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you, Aya! Pana and Monika.

Every thing is good Except the chairs🪑 and tables so dirty , All the chairs and sofas have dirty stains , It is very bad for this company and shopping center , I hope the seats will be changed or at least washed 😎

The Stratford Westfield store is very cold this winter. The door does not close properly and the heating is not working either. The staff are great, and they have requested HQ to sort it out but they have not been responsive. A shame.

Convenient location, calm atmosphere. However I couldn't help but notice the cafe could be cleaner and deserves refurbishment.

Awful awful customer service from Fabrice some of the worst I've received. You can tell the workers are miserable from the way they speak to their customers. Will never ever shop at a cafe nero after the way Fabrice has treated and spoke to me. Paid £1.20 for syrup on deliveroo, after paying for syrup last week and them adding NOTHING and then admitting it as they had ran out I called up today to ensure my order notes were received. The standard amount of syrup you receive when paying is 3-4 pumps, in store you can actually request however many YOU like all for the one price. I paid on deliveroo TWICE for syrup, costing a total of £1.20 all for Fabrice to tell me that when you pay extra it literally entitles you to an extra 1 PUMP - for 60p?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! and that he doesn't really care how I want my coffee I can get what I'm given. Starbucks (who I visit DAILY), costa, pret, ole and steen are just a few coffee shops who go and above and beyond to ensure your coffee is exactly to your taste and do not want to charge you £10 for syrup alone!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS REMEMBER YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Visited before closing, staff not very attentive

Staff refused to give coffee in a ceramic cup, as he would have to wash it ! Had to threaten to complain to head office, he then said he would have to offer cups to everyone, I said I don't know about other people, but I frequently use cafe Nero, and I was appalled at the service I had received today.

Normally I don't like cafe Nero coffee as its comes too strong for me, but once I have tried frapucino it have changed my opinion Delicious coffee but slow service!

Management have left one guy on his own this morning Wednesday 13th September and he has served non stop a never ending queue. He’s done incredibly but has literally non stop took payments and made coffees on his own for the last 3 hours it seems - not good from whoever planned the rota

My coffees were cold and when we informed the South Asian girl with glasses to provide us with coffee at the correct temperatures she took approximately 10/15 minutes to replace our drinks after serving other customers. The manager a lady with long black hair and glasses seemed to come from a break at the time, heard the issue and did nothing to rectify the problem. To add to this sub standard level of service they forgot 2 of the cakes we had already paid for with our original order and when we requested the cakes the young lady blamed her colleague all while the manager looked on. The experience took around 20/ 30 minutes before we could sit down and drink our coffee. Totally unacceptable 7pm 27/07/2023

the service here is a bit odd. the first time i went there was 1 person in the front and soon after another person came. the guy was lovely and recommended me to dry the pistachio latte with the el salvador(?) blend and it was really nice. but it is weird that there isnt a few people working, like some people on tills and some people on drinks because the line is humongous. i went a second time and didnt even bother because the line was going out the door, again with only 2 people working in the front. a bit of a shame because cafe nero have really nice drinks but this branch is either really understaffed or just don't have a good system

Had the belgium frappe latte and the hot latte. The flavour was very robustic and mild strong for coffee lovers !

Was served by the friendliest staff, and drank three times, double espressos with blend from Salvador👍🏼

Lovely staff however tables were filthy sticky and unclean from previous customers orders left on table.

Had the Belgian chocolate and hazelnut cream frappe. It was not extremely thick and a little bit too sweet for my taste, but it was absolutely delicious.

I scanned my qr code for points but no point appeared asked the guy who claimed to be a barista and he said its too late, i told him i scanned before and after i paid just incase and his response was i need to enable it at the till i asked why didnt he and his response was "no worries"?!? please train your staff.

I have been fan of Mocha at Nero for years. But now their Mocha seems to be re-formulated - is far too milky. It feels like I am drinking a cow 🤮

A highstreet staple, who sell quality coffee and highstreet prices. Great coffee Great Iced drinks Good range of sandwiches, snacks and cakes. The team onsite are friendly, speedy and helpful. The place can get busy at lunchtime and tables are usually left a little untidy and dirty with spilled drinks and crockery, is my only complaint.

Average bacon roll, a little dry. Decentish coffee, slowish service and a comfy seat. For a morning coffee and a quick work session, it's adequate.

Overall not satisfied . Customer service very bad. The trainee barista didn’t ask me the add ons option and just ran away from the till.when i ask him to add the whipped cream he told me that i didn't ask but its his duty to ask the customers if i need something extra ? And Don’t ask me its drink in or take away and directly gave me takeaway box. and we coudn't drink the shakes as ice wasn’t blended well. Whatever need to train more how to deal with customers.

Relaxing atmosphere and decent coffee!

Rip off, £2.55 for tea. All get Is a little cup. Would expect a large mug or a pot. It's only hot water and a tea bag. A small capucino is also in a small cup. Starbucks and costa are much better value for money.

Rude staff, the ladies in there didn’t speak just giggled with each other.

The staff are always helpful and friendly, i believe its a reflection of the manager (tall lady) really helpful and hands on, the team work is obvious. The hot drinks are far better than Starbucks, especially the Belgian hot chocolate. Always felt happy with the service and drinks at this branch.

Had to downgrade from a 5* to a 2*. The service was slow, with one person (in training from what I could see) doing the food and till. The other showing the trainee wheat tondo and make coffees. This blend (pun intended) was a recipe for failure and hence extremely slow. Tow other members of staff in the kitchenette area seemed to be having a lovel chat and laugh. Sat outside with my coffee and the tables were disgust, the floor disgusting , the bin overflowing. Why could not one of the chatees come out and address this? This place can drop off my radar as plenty of other Nero's to enjoy with better service.

Everything is good. We spent hours sitting there ordering just a coffee, since we have to work together on something. The only problem with this is it doesn't have washrooms. For people who like to have there and sit for a long time, the washroom facility is troubling.

The coffee is good, and the bakery is fresh. There is a great atmosphere, the staff is friendly. The seats are various and comfortable. It's a good place to spend time.

Had the best White chocolate mocha in London so far. I wish i could recommend the lady who prepared my mocha, trust me not everyone knows how to prepare a perfect white chocolate mocha.
