Costa Coffee in Newham

I don't need to talk about items in Costa Coffee, everybody will be well versed in what they provide. I live on London city island aha whenever I need a hot drink or a pastry I come here. This place is located in Canning town station so it's extremely convenient for commuters. I have to give a shout-out to the staff, they are all so lovely, they always have a smile on their face and are so easy to talk to 😊

The coffee is too costly over the 3.70 an extra price for the type of milk that you choose... like is an extra shot

Very fast service and lady who served us was very pleasant and helpful My only criticism is the dining part needs some improvement as it looks old and not enough comfortable chairs available An upgrade upstairs and downstairs would attract more people to sit and dine comfortably

Very quick service and ideal when in a rush in the morning or when trying to catch a train. Friendly and speedy. Always enjoy going here when visiting Canning Town.

I bought 2 cheese and tomato toasties, the guy didn't bother cutting it, but I remembered they did that last time so I made sure I asked him to this time, he seemed really annoyed by the request saying they don't cut it when I know they do... Anyway, so he starts cutting it and I see he's using the YELLOW knife which is for meat products not vegetarian! How do I know this, I've worked at Costa! Anyway the other lady said they just took it out the dishwasher but still... That's not very reassuring. Also when he packed it after he squashed them in so they were overlapping and stuck to each other, ultimately ruining the toastie :((( The lady was nice but the guy serving me was really rude... Doesn't hurt to smile bro, I've worked at a busier Costa and I would never feel right treating a customer like that. End of my rant, now I'm crying eating a squashed toastie (⁠༎ຶ⁠ ⁠෴⁠ ⁠༎ຶ⁠)

Great staff, always helpful. Delicious sandwiches and coffees are always fresh.

The drinks at this branch are delicious. Extra love and expertly crafted drinks. But the 5* rating is even more so for the ladies who work here, always smiley and so courteous! Unlike other shops in CT with rude staff I always look forward to my experience at this Costa.

Costa Pronto is an excellent café! The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the pastries are delicious. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty treat. Highly recommended!

This place is a lifesaver for many reasons, open before 6am! But the thing that makes it special is Raquel, always friendly, always efficient- and remembers your coffee order even when you're not awake enough to function (even with months in-between!). She gives the underground station a 'local coffeeshop' feel. A great asset to Costa!

When I don’t drive I always go here and the coffee is great! Plus the staff that work there are very nice and cheerful- especially the 2 ladies today who have worked there for some time, they both are so friendly and also gorgeous 😊 Keep up the good work 💯👌🏻🙏🏻

The best Costa store thanks to the amazing, staff. Always friendly and quick service, with a well prepared drink. The store is very well run by the manager. The staff were the reason I kept returning.

They selling old pastry,it is absolutely ridiculous to pay this amount of money for old croissant.

Generally Costa is not the best coffee but the one from here is very nice, and the speed of service is amazing! In and out before other coffee shops would even take your order! Thank you!! :-)

Great coffee, fantastic staff. Very attentive and cheerful and coffee is made with care - one of the better Costa stores in the area. No seating though (it's a small shop in the station).

Paid £4.80 for a Medium Black Amo that tasted like flavoured water.

The girls in this shop make the best coffee of all Costa's I go to. I have been going to Costa every day for the past 4 years and easily this shop takes top spot. They are constantly rammed with customers every morning far far far busier than any other Costa I have been to, yet the consistency and standards are higher than any other shop. Getting there at 6am and all of them with smiles and friendly manners.

Love this place, best Costa which I ever visited. Amazing and lovely stuff. Its my everyday routine to come for nice coffee on my way to work.

I have used this Costa a few times as it's on my way home its a cozy branch by this it is small but welcoming I have never had any issues with service the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only could be complaint is the size he customer area in a single person line.

There were 4 girls and I wasn't sure who was serving me as they all seem to be asking me questions. I live close by and by the time I got home, I realised my coffee's were slightly warm. While I was in the establishment someone complained about their coffee being cold also but I didn't think nothing of that at the time.

Chinese lady had given me an awful attitude, poor customer service. Will not return again.

Standard coffee house in one of Buckhurst Hills most prestigious locations in the old LW Metson school Outfitters. They have a garden here and no dogs are admitted so anyone with assistance dogs I look forward to the results of your challenge. Staff were attentive and friendly, the toilet was clean, my companion and I were able to hold a conversation in the ambience of the shop.
