I have eaten here a number of times now. The burger and chicken is all Ok but the pizza is really good, especially considering the value. It's made fresh on site and cooked in front of you so you know it's solid.

Decent food…. But can you PLEASE let us know when you’re gonna randomly close the restaurant !? No sign, no warning or anything, completely wasted my time 🤦🏻♂️ communication! Sort it out please.

The pizza was brilliant 16 inches for £10 is good. But my friend waited for an hour for his food. Top tip, sometimes their 'food ready' system breaks. If you've been waiting for a while go up to the counter.

This place is mainly used by the residents of the campus at the university however the prices are pretty good for what you get! Was here for National Citizen Service and had a pleasant experience.

Good for a quick bite, very open and spacious, staff are friendly. The study hub can often be noisy and is relatively small - expect it to be crowded during peak hours

Not good. Plenty of choice it was just freezing cold. Cutlery and cups dirty. Staff not particularly helpful and certainly didn't like being asked for utensils cups and plates etc and pulled their faces when told about the food being cold. No glasses for juices but you could have a red hot mug straight out of the dishwasher if you wanted to.

We have visited Hut 8 only for breakfast - buffet. You can choose from hot breakfast : scrambled eggs, bean, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns , to cold like cereals, fruits. You can have toast with jam , butter etc. Massive point for wise range of dairy free milk. You can get almond, soya or oats milk . Coffee , tea , orange juice and Apple one up to your choice. Dont leave your food on patio as hungry birds will eat Alp tour food from your plate. Restaurant is clean and spacious. There is a lift for disabled guests.

Polite staff, good atmosphere and great food especially the churros. The chickens not that great though, bit too oily.

Cheap fast effective. This restaurant is great for all student and is easy to get to. Shame about them removing the fish and chips from the menu though they where my favourite. However the chicken and burgers are still great ideas if you are hungry and want to spend about 6 pounds on some dinner.

The Hut 8 menu has lots of choice, including dishes cooked on the grill, rustic pizzas and fried chicken. Their pizzas are made completely from scratch and cooked to order. They taste just as gooey, cheesy and moreish as Domino's pizza but at a fraction of the price (hello three 14" pizzas for £20). Hut 8 has a large, spacious seating area which is perfect for societies to hang out in, or you can take advantage of the delivered take-away service across the campus until late, seven days a week.

Visit date: 4th March 2024 Weird small interior. Friendly staff but inattentive to tables. Employ waiting staff please. Some staff walked away while I was talking to them so they only heard part of what I said. Assumptions made about ice with regards to my drink order. This meant I had to go to the bar to get it corrected which means having to wait for staff to be available. I didn't go initially because I could see there's no staff at that particular section of the bar and had to drink my Coca Cola without ice. £2.95 for a small bottle of coke and the fridge clearly isn't even kept cold enough. Drink wasn't cold enough and needed ice. Tiny glass given for tap water. No jugs of water. Chicken lime tacos were pretty bad. Not much chicken, gross tortilla, clearly very cheap quality ones, and just overall bad. I think it was £6. Go to Wahaca or El Pastor in London for amazing tacos. A similarish price as at this pub. Katsu curry had way too much salt. Tasted like a jar bought curry. Tons of chips on the plate. Not much rice. Dissapointed. No receipt given. Staff didn't even ask if I want a receipt. So I don't have a photo of the receipt. No photos of food because my phone was low battery, staff kindly charged it for me behind the counter while I ate. No super Fast charging sadly so a full charge takes 3 hours. Go to London to eat good food. Kent has very few good places to eat out. This pub has pretty terrible food.

Fantastic little, authentic pub nestled among shops in Canterbury, GB. Loved spotting familiar license plates on the walls and the server was terrifically accommodating offering to snap photos of us. If you're looking for a true British pub experience, this is the perfect spot! The fish and chips were extremely tempting, but opted for Thai that did not disappoint.

Really nicely refurbed old fashioned pub with a modern twist. Friendly staff and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Food was delicious.. I had an Ashmore cheeseburger and my partner had the chicken, leek and Blonde ale pie.. really tasty and good value for money. The loo's are fab too which I think is always a good measure of standards!
