Hove Kebab House in Brighton and Hove

I was shocked to find out that when I purchased a kebab for 9£ and onion rings for a few pound they charged me 24.70 which just has to be illiegal, very scummy thing to do, cheers lads 👍

1 item was missing I ordered a chicken nugget meal that came and x2 8 nuggets but only received 1,they are usually pretty good with orders just need to read it probably

Best kebab house in hove . The donar Kebab cannot be beaten, lovely fresh salads good portion sizes and great whether it’s delivered or you go to the shop ( which is spotless clean )

I don't like leaving bad reviews but sometimes you have no choice. The only good thing of the meal was the burger, the rest was almost inedible.

These guys are exceptional. I have over 40 years of kebab experience and this is the best I've ever known. Meat always perfectly cooked and the best quality, salad always fresh, even the pittas are fantastic, thanks and well done.

Been in here a few times, and I don't think I've had a single correct order. It's usually something minor but it just keeps happening, which doesn't leave a good impression. Order a kebab without tomatoes? They get left in. Order chips alongside the kebab? They completely forget and I have to wait for them to be cooked whilst the rest of my order gets cold. Order chips with cheese? You just get chips. Edit - They've been better last couple of times I was in.

The mixed kebab was a good portion, treated great. Delivery was quick.

After a two month holiday, these guys are back for business! Delicious food as always. Welcome home 😊.

Been coming here years and it is ALWAYS perfection! Everyone I know in the area goes here too! The burgers taste flame grilled and the kebabs are full of flavours, crispy hot and delicious. Even their home made chilli sauce is the best around! Perfection.

I ordered a Shish kebab via delivero, I the called up and asked politely for some sauces, They said that I was being difficult, and they also , threatened to cancel the order because I was asking for too much ? 🤣 this place is a joke, they are so rude and do not understand what ‘good customer service is’ do not order from here, Golden grill are much better, and so Is there customer service :)

Worst Kebab ever! They even steal your money and don’t give you the change back. The kebab is vile and the staff are rude. The floor in their kitchen is filthy and the guy serving was picking his nose. Do not use this Kebab house 🤮

Terrible service. Won’t be using again. Arrogant and rude. Don’t deliver food, then blame me. Don’t even attempt to remedy the situation. Just say won’t be delivering and keeping your money. So just stolen money off me. Thieves Edit; As you can see by the owners response. He doesn’t really care for customers. My phone wasn’t off and never has been. I have no problem with anyone else contacting me. So that is a lie! Also I was sitting right next to my front door which I can see and has a window. So I would have known very well if someone had come to my door. But if we just move from them. What did you do that we could have come to some compromise to get this sorted, nothing. I was as polite as I could while you were telling me it was all my fault and I wasn’t getting my order that I paid 22 pound for. Just extremely unprofessional behavior. To anyone I would avoid them at all costs.

Staff are SO incredibly rude. I'd been going here for years as the food is admittedly very good, but the attitude of the staff is absolutely disgusting. I'm actually shocked at the way I've been spoken to by one of the staff members in particular. Not just once, but twice now. Won't be back.

Delicious! : Mountain burger has a huge fillet of chicken. The kebab burger had a very generous portion of meat, both with fresh crispy salad and piping hot. Brilliant as always Hove Kebab House.

Normally we really enjoy the food but today it just wasn't up to standard. Luke warm soggy chips, dry donar kebab meat and the chicken burger was luke warm. Fresh salad though. Disappointed today.

Been using these guys for years. A large chicken shish is my go to order. Filling, perfectly cooked, good salad amount and love the pitta soaking up all the juices. Highly recommended for an old school kebab shop!

The burger touched my lips and as she did a single tear came rolling down my cheek. A warm familiar comfort flooded over my entire being. A flock of beautiful golden fluffy chips came crashing out of the bag onto my plate, prepared to gently welcome me to my new family. Ecstasy is an understatement. Fin.

Worst experience ever , I do eat lots outside and seen many waiters but here the people working has very bad attitude towards the customers and I have decided not to go there again . They prepared our meals and just left it on top of the bench -didn’t even give us a call . Didn’t bother getting our drinks and when asked they sounded rude . It was meant to be our dinner together with my colleague and we both decided not to enter into that place anymore, absolutely bad hospitality. About food it’s average taste and not the best .

I was blown away how delicious was their falafel wrap last time - perfect falafel, perfect wrap, perfect houmous, perfect salad and perfect dressings all in one!! Very happyly go there again :)))

The driver was very rude and had a really bad attitude because I did not hear the buzzer due being deaf and I was coming down to collect the order and explained I was deaf.

Delicious as always never had a bad kebab from here and the salad is always fresh. I like how you can have it boxed so you can make it yourself as I like my pita chopped into bits.

This should be an Döner Kebab? Has nothing todo with the German version. I have never seen an Döner Kebab that you have to eat with fork and knife. Edit: To clarify that: this Kebab has nothing to do with an real Kebab, Salat and meat are just laying on something that should be bread. The Wraps were okay, but overpriced.

Best kebab place in Hove. As regular customer for a long time I cannot recommend Hove kebab enough. Our all time favourite is house special mixed grill. The portions are generous and price is reasonable too.

I have been buying kebabs from this places for YEARS! I think the meat has got better. Sometime it used to be a bit tough and chewy but of recent, it's been tender and delicious. I usually get the lamb or chicken shish kebab and the staff are always so friendly
