House Of Coffee in East Lindsey

Stopped off to have some food with the kids, kids had cheese sandwiches, wife had a cheese and tomato toastie and I had a prawn sandwich, food was great service was brilliant, really recommend this place for a nice quick meal

We stayed at fantasy Island between the 16th and 23rd of August, and the house of coffee was the best place to visit, the breakfast were amazing,and we couldn't fault the staff they were amazing, even when there was a crowd of us ,they brought everything out together,great staff ,amazing service be back next year from the expresso man and family thank you 😊

Initially a member of staff was confused about the vegan options, but another member of staff got it sorted for us, there is a soya or oat milk option.

The staff was rude with not one of them smiling or greeting customers. Spent £9.25 on a meal wich was a jumbo fish finger baguette with salad and chips. When it came I got was a fish finger in a part baked baguette no chips or salad told the staffand only got offers a portion of chips safe to say last time going please if you value customer service and value for money then avoid amd save money I've noticed all the reviews before hand and wanted to give them the benefit of doubt but should have listened to what everyone else was saying

This place was a lovely find when looking for breakfast on our last morning in Ingoldmels. It was a bit nicer looking than some of the other cafés. The service was quick and the food came out really quick and well prepared. We were a family of 3. 2 adults and 1 18 month old. We had a bacon sandwich. Standard English breakfast and the egg sausage and beans for my boy. Everything was really lovely and tasty. The coffee was also great. I really recommend this cafe if you want to go somewhere that feels a bit more up market! Without sounding like a snob. Try the breakfast you won't regret it.

Well what a delightful experience for our first visit, I had the Scottish breakfast and it was one of the nicest breakfast I’ve ever eaten. Staff we very welcoming and helpful and the place is spotlessly clean. This shall be our first place to come for breakfast whenever we come this way again that’s for sure, Keep up the good work and I hope they pay you all well 😉.

Food was really nice, though quite expensive. The tea was served first but by the time you get your food and eat it the tea is cold in the pot. You have to get your own cutlery which is not a problem but could not find any paper tissue. So both myself and wife had to check each other when we left to make sure we did not have food around our mouths. Some of the tables are way too small for the big plates plus drinks. But if a juggling act.

Been here before for coffee and afternoon tea which was great, went to ingoldmells today and made sure to have lunch here beautiful strong coffee, great burger and chips plenty of it ,happy staff

Visited on 25/5/24 for my birthday breakfast. Food was amazing! Eggs benedict was done perfectly. This was our 1st visit, but will definitely be back. Staff were lovely

Lovely little place we came across this week in a day trip with my daughters. Fantastic food great atmosphere and a big thanks to (I believe) tash for talking to my youngest daughter who is very shy. It’s made my daughters day now she’s made a friend who lives near the sea.

Omg I will never go anywhere else for a breakfast again, asked to speak to the chef, she came out, said her name was tash, well what a character so funny, thank you for the best start for a morning, will be back as much as we can, thankyou xxx

I visited with my daughter as we’d heard good things and it didn’t disappoint. It was very clean, the food was amazing & the staff were exceptional (especially a lovely lady called Tash) we will definitely be returning

The full English was to die for everything was fresh and cooked to perfection, the chef Tasha hall was a breath of fresh air. Would 100 % recommend to anyone visiting the area. We will be returning.

Fantastic selection of hot and cold drinks, service always amazing and the cleanliness is exceptional. Always recommend the House of coffee you really can't go wrong with a drink or some food from here. The breakfasts are amazing 👏 If you've not been there you really need to.

Lovely clean place for a nice cold milkshake( that nice I had 2). Staff was very lovely with a smile on there face from start to finish (I even asked for just pick marshmallow and did it ) going to pop again tomorrow 100%

I always go here when I am on my break from work, the staff are amazing the prices are great too and the food and drink always show up fast I have tried multiple food options including english breakfast, BLT, club sandwich and the soups, everything I have tried has been amazing and it always fills me up, I usually have tea but I have also had a after eight hot chocolate and also a chocolate milkshake which has tasted great. Eventhough there are cafes which I can get a discount at because I work at fantasy island I still choose this cafe because I feel welcomed and I am guaranteed a great meal.

Popped into this coffee shop several times during my family stay in Skegness. No mater what time of day, the staff were always friendly and polite. Being offered a choice of tea is wonderful and this made us return again and again. The coffees are also really well made. Highly recommended!

Amazing breakfast and coffee. We sampled the Eggs Benedict with bacon and a full English and full Scottish. All locally sourced ingredients and cooked to perfection. Cappuccinos and the PG Tips were also delicious. Will never have breakfast anywhere else again when in Ingoldmells. Very reasonably priced considering how great the food was

This Cafe is my go too place I go here daily as I work nearby and enjoy the food and drinks they offer here. I had the Minted Lamb wrap and it was amazing The staff are really pleasant and welcoming. 100% recommend this Coffee Shop My Number 1 in Ingoldmells

We came here on our way home from a rugby weekend at Butlins Skegness following the Google reviews we read. It was spot on, great food, made you feel welcome and just what we needed after clearing out the apartment and loading the car. Prices were very reasonable and we will deffo come here again when we are in the area, my grandson loved his breakfast. Thanks to all involved.

Came here on out trip to see family in skegness. So glad we stumbled on this place. It was absolutely delicious. The Lincolnshire Sausages were beautiful! Everything we had was just right. Very reasonably priced. Good choice of hot drinks. Only thing was the tea choice, either PG tips or twining, neither produce a good mug of tea but that is my personal opinion, so I will not mark the score down. Will be returning next year!!

I wanted somewhere to please the whole family for breakfast. The full English breakfast with Lincolnshire sausage was down right horrible, Those sausages tasted more like pepperoni and not Lincolnshire sausage. Trust me our family has had enough Lincolnshire sausage to know how to taste an imposter. Below average breakfast, even though it was specified to have yolky eggs, not 1 in 5 of the breakfast served to us had a yolky egg, and when they did replace we had already finished eating. very poor run coffee house, in-fact, this place is more like a rubbish greasy Spoon. Would not recommend

We popped in on our way home from our weeks holiday at Ingoldmells. A simple Google search for breakfast brought us to the hidden gem that is the House of Coffee. I chose the big breakfast, the wife the smaller english breakfast, and little legs the american pancakes with nuttella and fresh fruit. The breakfast is one of the best I've ever eaten and that's coming from a chef. Both the wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed theirs too. The wife and I opted for a freshly brewed coffee, and our daughter an apple juice. We'll definitely return to the House of Coffee when we make a return to Ingoldmells next Summer 🌞

Four of went on Saturday for a late breakfast everything was freshly cooked the toast was the best I’ve tasted in Ingoldmells & the staff are first class so polite & helpful. Coffee is also the best in the area - thoroughly nice experience

Food was alright. I ordered a bacon sandwich and my father and sister ordered an English breakfast. My mother ordered the eggs and asked for them to be poached so that they would ooze out onto her toast. Instead they were overcooked. She simply asked to get the eggs redone and the staff member came back over with an aggressive demeanour and was very rude towards mother. We considered asking for a refund for her food. Eventually the food came correct, an easy fix, may I add. Awful service. The quality of food was tasty though.

We come to house of coffee several times when we are on holiday at Fantasy Island and I can honestly say it is the best food and coffee I’ve had. We look forward to coming every time we book a holiday.

Visited for breakfast a few times between 17th - 24th October 2021 and it was absolutely phenomenal. I've never tasted a breakfast so good in my life! The staff were all friendly and chatty. The tea was nice and free biscuit too. The breakfast was beautiful, plenty of food and everything cooked to perfection. Even better sitting outside and watching the rollercoaster too. I cannot find a single fault with this place. 11/10! Well done on the awards by the way, no other place deserves them quite as much as you!

The prices were pretty cheap, but the food wasn't nice, not many vegetarian or vegan options, it was all basic cheap stuff. I would class something vegan if it was on the levels of beyond meat or moving mountians or some kind of chicken subsitute, not a frozen Tesco Vegetable burger. We don't carry cash so wanted to pay by card, everytime we swiped our card, the woman went outside so it appears they were leeching the card readers Internet from across the street because they were struggling to get signal/connection, either way it kept getting rejected after trying multiple different cards, which have worked elsewhere. Because of this we were forced to withdraw cash because we were not advised by any other payment methods only to withdraw, we were directed to a card machine around the corner because we are not from around here which cost us a withdrawal fee. We complained about this and the woman went around the corner to ask about a refund, which we then got rejected.
