Worst hotel ever, bad service no support. Better options available, do not recommend

The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and bright. The hotel room was nice and clean but the towels weren't changed enough. Hotel atmosphere was fresh I enjoyed spa and gym.hotel plants and open area is beautiful.it's give luxury vibes.hotel location is best city center and shops are near highly recommend

I'm a guest at the moment I'm appaled at what I'm witnessing with many asylum seekers outside causing carnage wouldn't of booked if knew the hotel was used 2 house people causing problems

Horrible hotel with very poor staff management! Accor is informed! Not even worth a star. The staff here has no idea how to treat guests well and courteously. Anyone who comes here as a holiday guest is lost! 🤮 Accor is informed and shows zero understanding or reaction for those affected. Book other providers in the future

Perfect and kind staff. Clear and professional management. But this hotel is closed to the public.

Stayed here with my partner early this year. Air con didn't work (in height of summer) so was considerably stuffy. But close to town and lovely staff.

I have messages to prove this but they have sold the hotel to the home office for illegal migrants, all hotel staff sacked.

I had made a large group booking in May 2023, 5 months in advance of an October stay. However, this hotel decided to cancel my booking, with no reasons given as to why, just a month before we were due to reside there. When attempting to immediately re-book due to assuming there must have been an admin error, the hotel had already “sold out”, evidencing that they had cancelled the large booking I had made well in advance of my family trip at a good price, in order to up-sell the rooms I’d reserved for a higher price for someone booking last minute. I emailed the hotel asking for an explanation and 3 weeks on I am yet to receive a response. My friends who had also booked for the same date in order to join us on the stay had their bookings cancelled without explanation too. Awful customer service and due to the prices now being much higher due to the last minute nature of now searching other city centre hotels last minute, we have sadly had to cancel the planned stay in Bristol due to this appalling service offered by this hotel. I’d recommend others to avoid booking here at all costs incase you too have your booking cancelled at the last minute with no explanation or response as to why - although it’s very clear why they cancelled given all the rooms across multiple bookings were already “sold out” within minutes of them cancelling on us… the hotel were clearly chasing an increased price per room from someone booking late.

Closed due to filling it with economic migrants, will never stay here again

Quite frankly for us it’s the best hotel in Bristol. Location to the river and city centre is brilliant. Large car park for guests. Great bar and dining experience. Superb views from most rooms. it’s a 10/10 from me!
