while i've had better mixed wrap elsewhere, i had to pay more for it. this place is AMAZING quality with respect to what they charge, hence 4 out of 5. will be returning often!

Best chips ever great pizza kebab lush tasty burgers

Phoned me and asked if I'm happy with my phone provider, I live in Scotland and am indeed happy with my phone provider and not needing a kebab.

One of the best kebabs I’ve had in Bristol by far, if you’re looking for some seriously good food I highly recommend coming here 10/10 food and 10/10 service

Never again. Wasted money, chicken and meat undercooked, no flavour or grilled taste. Chips was soggy too, only good thing is the salad. Nothing royal about their food, Hoping I don't get upset stomach.

Cancels the order after 1 hour of placing, why not cancel before instead of wasting one hour of my time

Never going back again, one of the staff was so annoyed and angry the whole time, couldn’t order properly because he kept rolling his eyes and getting impatient, very upsetting to be honest.

First and last time ever. The chicken donor is old(from the container) and it is very oily. I just throw it away. It can't be eaten. Not recommended at all. Unfortunately, I can't give him less than one star

On the menu it's named as a BBQ chicken pizza but in real they put few chicken dices on the pizza. Service is good.

It's been more than an hour and the restraunt is a 5 mins drive from my house the order hasn't arrived i call and they open the line then hang up Ive been calling for half an hour now and they're still hanging up absolutely disgusting and unprofessional

I ordered from here for a cheap and cheerful meal, got pizza and chicken shish. Both were lovely. I have since ordered again and the pizza is just perfect. I'm no longer ordering from bigger pizza chains, as Royal kebab House is cheaper and nicer in my opinion. Thanks, Royal kebeab House!

Truly the best kebab shop I've ever been to. I usually get a pizza and they take a classical kabab shop pizza and make it better in every way. They're very polite and patient and I've regularly noticed them go out of their way to make the customer experience as good as it can be. I can't recommend this place enough

The worst kebab and chips I have ever ordered. Hardly any kebab meat and I asked for the pitta bread in a separate bag and it was in bits in the bag. The worst was the chips they were burnt to a crisp so when you bite down on one it practically chips a tooth. I will never be ordering from here again.

I dont often leave reviews. Arrived without the salad as requested seperatly so had to wait another 10 mins to be delivered. To be honest this was the best part. Sadly the worse kebab we have ever had. We had the house special. No taste to meat at all. Tasted pretty vile. Will definately not be going back. To edit in your response royal kebab house. NO i dont expect FREE food. However there was NO salad so when i called you back i requested that you replace the kebab as it would be cold by the time the salad?( which i paid for and didnt arrive) got here and would give you back the cold kebab!! Never once did i ask for free food. So no this is NOT a revenge review, it was honest. I have no need to lie.. abd if you read the few reviews i have left they are positive!! The only liars are you. Instead of admitting you were wrong you try and shift the blame. So if you sent the salad as you claim maybe you need to speak to your delivery driver... HAVE A NICE DAY !!!

Would give 0 if I could, absolutely terrible. I placed an order at 6:42, delivery driver got cancelled and changed 3 times, I rang up at 7:30 to ask what was happening at that point we were on to the second delivery driver, the man I spoke to was extremely unhelpful. Avoid.

The order didn't even turn up! After, I repeat after we waited 2 hours. When we rang up he didn't even care about the order and kept making excuses for why it wasn't even picked up by the driver!

Clean shop. Concise work. Lovely staff. Great food. Great eco friendly, heat insulated packaging. Top notch for the area its in. Side note, don't go to the shop next door to buy a drink. They tried to scam me selling bottles of prime with no price label (usually 3 quid max) for 5 pounds each because "they are American version. More rarer" (Verbatum)

Portion sizes are a disgrace. Seconded time in couple weeks will not be returning

For some reason the account for this place is going through and apologising for all reviews, claiming they have changed ownership. My review was a 4-star one from 3 years ago, saying the food was good. The automated 'sorry you had a bad experience' is an 'F'. I haven't been there since it closed and re-opened but given that many of the new bad reviews are weeks old and the place re-opened months ago I somehow doubt their claims. I go elsewhere for chips these days since they no longer sell the awesome chicken nuggets the previous proprietor made. So I'm downgrading to a neutral 3-stars and then subtracting another one for the garbage response to my positive review.
