Their New york double smashed was probably among top 3 burgers I ate in my life…and I ate A LOT of them across the continents.

Just like the name says, honest. Price are good, food is good, and services is excellent.

Horrific service. Arrived at 10:30pm, immediately told “we are closing in half an hour”. We were rushed through our meal and when we tried to order a drink before 11pm (the closing time we had already been told twice) we were denied. My friend was told he was not allowed to have ice with the Coca Cola he ordered because “the team had thrown the ice away” A shadow of the honest burger borough of yesteryear Disappointing to see how far a brand can fall (I have been following this brand for 12 years for context) Shame.

We went there because the guide told us to, and we were the only Koreans there. It was delicious. It was a bit strange that you could choose how you wanted your hamburger to be grilled. My son who ate medium said it was delicious.

Did my research before going to London as hubby is celiac Picked here for our meal on the third night we weren't disappointed, lovely starter of wings and the onion rings are very moreish 😋 Hubby and I had burger and chips for main grandson had the childs meal which again was a burger and drink good portions and very enjoyable Welcoming staff and a nice touch sitting down when they found out Hubby is celiac and payed great attention to this We were going to vist before getting our train but the que was out the door which was about 5.30 so didn't have enough time 😔 Definitely worth a visit ☺️ Sorry no photos we were hungry 😆

Came here for lunch yesterday with some colleagues from work. I thoroughly enjoyed my burger (I think it was one of the New York deli styles, called a smashed burger). It was by far the best beef burger I’ve had in a really long time. Loved the skin on fries too. The service was really attentive and the food arrived quickly. Will definitely be returning to Honest Burgers soon.

I am a local and this the best price/quality hamburger around the Borough Market. You can have a nice burger with fries or salada for 10 pounds! They have kids meals, perfect for families also. In general I order online and I pick up. Is ia great option to save money and eat good food. Highly recommended by me!

The atmosphere is perfect, the Tribute sandwich is delicious, and the service is top notch. The fries are crisp and the beer is cold.

We had gone to Borough Market expecting to get lunch. That place was crazy busy with nowhere to sit so we ended up at Honest Burgers. There was seating indoors and out, and the inside was nice and cool and much quieter than the outside area. Service was pleasant and food was decent. My husband had the chicken pesto sandwich and I had chicken strips and a small salad, so we can't vouch for the burger quality. Please note that they do have restrooms but they are downstairs.

I went to Borough Market, but it was closed, so I went to this store nearby. I ordered an honest burger with the store's name on it. The burger had thick meat, sweetly cooked onions, and refreshing pickles and cucumbers, so I could eat it without getting bored. The freshly fried potatoes were herbal and delicious.

Service was exceptional. Junior was da best.

I am writing this review because I was really upset with the customer service. I was in urgent need of charging my phone, as I had to travel back home, which is far from London. While I was having food at the establishment, I politely asked the staff member if I could charge my phone for just 10 minutes. However, the lady refused and told me she needed to charge her AirPods instead. I understand the need to charge personal devices, but I found it incredibly frustrating that my simple request was denied in such a situation.

Food was great, drinks came super fast and the girl that served us was friendly.

Why I gave them 1 star? Well the food is ok, otherwise would have been zero. The customer service was terrible! The 3 waitresses look like they didn't want to be there. One of them gave me a passive aggressive attitude when I ask for something. This is exactly the reason why I'm happy to keep my money in my pocket and have no pity when businesses close. Nowadays customer service is non-existent. With an attitude like that one, the waitess is just poisining the food I'm trying to eat. At this point, we (the customers) are not even asking for a smile, that would be unheard of!, but at least be kind, it's not my fault you hate your job!

Fuimos a comer después de ver que era un local con opciones "gluten free". Eramos 7 enseguida nos acomodaron. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa al ver que también había opciones veganas (íbamos un celíaco y un vegano). Las hamburguesas estaban buenísimas y la atención que recibimos fue magnífica. Jessica nos atendió de maravilla, muy amable y muy agradable. Nos gustó tanto que al día siguiente repetimos. Total y absolutamente recomendable.

We love this place a lot and come here for food quite often. The ambiance is very nice and the burgers are truly one of the best in town. They also fantastic vegan burgers! The staff is always nice and friendly, especially Amisha, who was very hospitable and took great care of us.

The Tribute and Plant burgers were great, and the service is friendly and really quick. This is one of the better locations in London.

Honestly, their burgers are okay. Pardon the pun. I swapped the rosemary-salted chips for a house green salad. Their fried onion rings are delicious 😋.

Hello I visited the restaurant, the atmosphere is great But note that there is no halal chicken And the male employee, JUNIOR, was great, unlike the blonde girl, when she learned that we are Muslims, due to racism, it was not nice 👎

The burgers are good as are the fries. The service is efficient and the waiter does not push you towards the exit even if the restaurant is crowded. We had a nice time.

The restaurant was cold upstairs, even when the restaurant was full. The burgers were OK but a bit greasy. The service was slow at times but friendly. Had to ask for the bill twice and it took ages for someone to come for payment. Just OK.

I found the burger here to be disappointingly average, especially considering the price, which is on the steeper side compared to other local options. The patty was undercooked for my taste, appearing very red, and lacked flavor due to insufficient seasoning, making the burger quite bland. However, the saving grace was the sauce, which was quite good. Service left much to be desired; we were initially met with rudeness and dismissiveness. This experience has made me decide against returning. Given how competitive the London burger scene has become, this place needs to make some significant adjustments to stay in the game.

Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Double Smash Burger. Alle Kellner sind super nett und man hat kaum Wartezeit. Wir hatten nicht reserviert und bekamen sofort einen Tisch für 4 Personen. Geschmacklich sind die Pommes aufgrund der Thymian Würze hervorzuheben.

There were so many people coming out of Borough Market that I came across this hamburger place, and it was even better than I expected!! There was plenty of space in the basement and the juicy patties were the best!! I came here by chance and had a nice meal^^

The food was satisfactory, but the customer service was disappointing. The white men who arrived shortly after us were treated noticeably better by the staff. We also faced constant pushback, even regarding where we sat, despite there being plenty of vacant tables. It was quite bizarre. We won’t be returning.

Cozy place but a little narrow. The staff are friendly and the smash burger is very good, but the fries are really the highlight. The lemonade is also fresh and pleasant. An excellent choice for an informal and tasty meal.

Service was fine but got a nasty case of food poisoning from the Honest Burger- meat was very pink. Avoid.

Love Honest burger have ordered to my home many times, but was dissappointed in their Special thats the reason for the low mark. Service was indifferent, they do not have dessert so you eat and leave. its not a place to relax and chill out.

Without further ado! The waitress doesn't even make a move to communicate. And from the price of the menu to the bill it adds up, I don't like it. It gives the feeling of deception. I will not return, nor do I recommend it Ah ah! And that they charge almost 9 pounds for table service when the waitress does nothing to understand… oh, god!

I came with my family on a rainy day. Despite it being around 15 minutes before opening time, the kind staff let us in early and let us sit inside until 11, when the store opened. I ordered a double smash burger with fries for 11 pounds. The double smashed patty was incredibly flavourful as promised, however it was still juicy and was not dry, which is a problem with some smash burgers. The rosemary fries tasted delicious, not too salty, and not too oily, and I like that it comes free with all sets. If you do not like fries, there is also an option to switch to a salad or a coleslaw, both of which are also very nice. All three sides come in a generous serving. As such, if you want nice, affordable burgers with delicious sides, do check out this lovely store near Borough Market.

After an exhausting day of walking through a London decked out in lights, we needed the classic afternoon tea to give us the strength to continue. Wonderful surprise in Feya near Hyde Park. Very good quality-price ratio. Best of all, the careful attention and service of all the staff but especially that of Shabnam, a great professional who was attentive to us the entire time. Impeccable service. OLÉ!!!👍
