Love Honest burger have ordered to my home many times, but was dissappointed in their Special thats the reason for the low mark. Service was indifferent, they do not have dessert so you eat and leave. its not a place to relax and chill out.

The food was satisfactory, but the customer service was disappointing. The environment didn’t feel inclusive, as the English men who arrived shortly after us were treated noticeably better by the staff. We also faced constant pushback, even regarding where we sat, despite there being plenty of vacant tables. It was quite bizarre. We won’t be returning.

Waited 10 minutes to get the bill food was tasteless expected better

Without further ado! The waitress doesn't even make a move to communicate. And from the price of the menu to the bill it adds up, I don't like it. It gives the feeling of deception. I will not return, nor do I recommend it Ah ah! And that they charge almost 9 pounds for table service when the waitress does nothing to understand… oh, god!

Exceptional burgers! The quality of the meat is outstanding – always juicy, flavorful, and cooked just as you request. I’ve visited several branches over the years, and they always deliver the same high standard of quality. I came with my family on a rainy day. Despite it being around 15 minutes before opening time, the kind staff let us in early and let us sit inside until 11, when the store opened. I ordered a double smash burger with fries for 11 pounds. The double smashed patty was incredibly flavourful as promised, however it was still juicy and was not dry, which is a problem with some smash burgers. The rosemary fries tasted delicious, not too salty, and not too oily, and I like that it comes free with all sets. If you do not like fries, there is also an option to switch to a salad or a coleslaw, both of which are also very nice. All three sides come in a generous serving. As such, if you want nice, affordable burgers with delicious sides, do check out this lovely store near Borough Market.

After an exhausting day of walking through a London decked out in lights, we needed the classic afternoon tea to give us the strength to continue. Wonderful surprise in Feya near Hyde Park. Very good quality-price ratio. Best of all, the careful attention and service of all the staff but especially that of Shabnam, a great professional who was attentive to us the entire time. Impeccable service. OLÉ!!!👍

This establishment is on the smaller side, with tables placed quite close together, which can make the atmosphere feel a bit cramped. It’s not always the ideal setting, especially if you’re looking to have a private conversation or enjoy a more intimate dining experience. That said, the food was absolutely fantastic and lived up to the reputation that Honest Burger has garnered. The quality, flavors, and attention to detail in the dishes were truly impressive. The service was also excellent—friendly and attentive—though the wait for the bill at the end was a bit frustrating, as it often is in many restaurants. Despite the space constraints and the minor delay with the bill, I left pleasantly surprised. I can now understand why Honest Burger has such a loyal following and so much buzz around it. For the food alone, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

The burgers are ok, a bit small, but the service is poor. We were a table of 6 people and in the hour and a half we were there the waiter didn’t once come to the table, so we had the one drink the whole hour and a half we were there. Our table was out of the way in the corner and at the end of our meal I had to get up to go find the waiter to get the bill. Won’t go back.

Staff were amazing about sesame allergy and very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious Definitely recommend

Went for a burger here on a wet Sunday evening and Junior who served us was AMAZING! The energy he had and how friendly he was honestly was just what we needed and we could see everyone in the restaurant was happy because of his energy. The food was great also but it was really Junior who made the visit so great.

I never thought there would be such delicious burgers in the UK... Especially in the UK, many foods are eaten with french fries, and these were the crispiest and most delicious french fries I've ever eaten.

Me and my wife had an outstanding time at honest burgers. We ate delicious food, atmosphere was great and service was amazing. Definitely worth a try, would 100% recommend trying the market borough burger with the rosemary chips!

Really good burgers and fries for a chain. What I missed was for the American cheese to be more stringy, plus I had to work a bit to get to the ketchup. The service is ok, but busy, so you have to be patient. The place is upstairs and in the basement, there's nothing special about the decor, but if you're hungry it's worth dropping by. P.S. the photo shows a burger with American cheese, fries and local beer

One of the best Honest Burgers around. Large seating upstairs and downstairs with tables outside with heating. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Food was cooked perfectly. Highly recommended.

The burger are delicious and taste homemade, with a great balance of flavor. I tried the “Burger of the Month” along with their signature rosemary chips, and both were excellent — not too salty and not too oily, and you can really taste the quality of the meat. The place is smaller and cozier than the one near London Bridge station, but I found the customer service to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also loved the lemonade — it wasn’t too sugary and was served in a nice mug, which added to the experience. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I recently had an unexpected but heartwarming experience at honest couple of days ago. I enjoyed a fantastic meal, and everything was going great until I realized I couldn’t cover the full bill. I was just 33p short. The Asian dude who was serving us , instead of making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, handled the situation with grace and compassion. They offered me a 33p discount, allowing me to settle the payment without any fuss. Not only was the burger absolutely delicious – flavorful, and beautifully presented – but the service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, showing genuine understanding and kindness during what could have been a stressful moment for me. Their generosity and professionalism left a lasting impression, and I am incredibly grateful. I will definitely be returning, not just for the amazing food, but for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a great meal, but an experience where people truly care about their customers.

Llevó a mi amigo a cenar. Tuve el tributo. Pidió la salsa de tocino con su hamburguesa. Nunca había probado la salsa antes. Fue encantador. Burger restaurant with allergen control for celiacs. Gluten-free bread and there are also gluten-free wing and onion ring combos. The burgers are very good. The potatoes look homemade. If something has to be said against it, they charge extra for gluten-free bread. The atmosphere is pleasant. We found a very nice Spanish waitress who helped us. They don't have dessert.

Very friendly and courteous service. Gluten-free and dairy-free variant possible with beef. It tastes very tasty, not greasy and it doesn't weigh heavily on my stomach like my usual burgers do. I am thrilled and can absolutely recommend this burger. The fries with rosemary are also very tasty and are homemade from unpeeled potatoes. Absolutely satisfied.

Ordered on Uber eats burger was tasty and fries were okay. The gravy wasn’t for me and I got the bacon double cheeseburger and paid extra for extra bacon expecting it to have a few rashers. Instead I got two small rashers that didn’t even cover the burger.

Great atmosphere on site. Modern and traditional at the same time. The food tastes great. The fries are seasoned great. Onion rings and the garlic butter are very tasty. David is a great waiter and very accommodating.

If you expect nothing more than an excellent hamburger, served quickly and well, you are in the right place!

Similar to the other Honest Burgers across London, the burgers and fries are good, and you can get a table pretty easily. It is reasonably priced and is suitable to those with children. I would argue this chain is one of the best burger restaurants in London, so stop in when you see an honest burger.

Update Following the restaurant's response there would be PMR toilets! Good news Original message While in London we were looking for a restaurant where the prices weren't astronomical... and this one did the job well since the burger cost around £14. The place is nice and the atmosphere too.. And unlike France, the terrace is heated For PMR, the restaurant is accessible but not the toilets.

A real success! Family meal for 4 tonight at Honest Burger Borough. The quality is there, the quantity too, as well as the good humor and the smile. A special dedication and a huge thank you to David for his kindness, his great professionalism and his extraordinary efficiency. Indeed, he took the time to explain the menus to us, French, who spoke English very poorly... Finally, and to follow up on a previous opinion, I confirm (supporting ticket) that the 10% of services entitled "Discount 10 Equitable 10%" (£7.53 concerning us) are systematically applied to the ticket and this without agreement customer... Being used to traveling and having the principle of adapting to the Host Country, we did not wish to dispute the invoice, even less after having had the chance to know David's know-how and interpersonal skills. However, it would be good for Honest Burger to clarify this point within its points of sale please... The French Family

Great for all ages including families as it has a children menu. The homemade lemonade was nice as well as the fries and flavourful burgers. Service was good .

Went here because it was reviewed as being good for gluten free and it did not disappoint. So lovely to have everything on the menu available as a choice. All the food was tasty and despite being really busy, service was excellent. They even give a Blue Light card discount.

Ok so this is obviously a chain burger restaurant but I haveee to give the team at this location massive shoutouts. The burgers were great, kids loved it. My mother and I recently came to this restaurant . After finishing our meal and then paying for it, we were abruptly stopped at the door as a member of staff yelled at us from behind. She aggressively asked me several times “where are you going”? Then, with an even more aggressive tone, she asked “have you paid”? Luckily, our waiter and an another member of staff were able to calm here down and explained to her that we had already paid. Even her colleagues apologised on her behalf, however the damage had already been done. She publicly EMBARRASSED us in front of the entire restaurant without any regret for what she had done because she was IMPULSIVE and AGGRESSIVE. I’d encourage everyone to avoid this place like the plague. Their overpriced burgers just aren’t good enough to justify the ABUSE that you’ll receive.

Had a great meal here! Cousin and I sat outside so didn’t really get to feel out the atmosphere inside. I got the first veggie burger option but swopped out the patty for a beyond one. Served with the green salad, and it was all delicious! Burger could have had a bit more flavour, but overall tasty. My cousin got a bunless burger (pesto chicken) and she liked it. Great service, accommodating to our changes. Lovely to sit outside on a nice day. Great bathroom facilities, just boiling hot water!

This place is amazing !! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and as soon as you walk in you’re made to feel at home. The food was outstanding, without doubt the best burger we’ve ever had. All the food was fresh, tasty and presented beautifully. We were next to the market and it was impossible to eat there. We found this place that is right next door and the treatment was 10, going out of their way to make us comfortable. Fast and tasty food. Two of the waiters spoke Spanish, the waiter who served us Gregorio gave us directions and made our stay at the place pleasant.
