Latte great coffee taste with well balanced flavour. Good service and ambience. Good strong espresso. They must be using premium beans. Well done - we will be back!

Nice place to go and have a good coffee. Spaces well laid out and a lot of space. Nice homely atmosphere. Enough parking places for the ☕️ house.

Sam and his team serve great tasting coffee which is supplied by Monmouth coffee. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The place is chilled and relaxing. There is a side lounge area which has soft play equipment for toddlers - so its a great place for mum and/or dad to take a toddler for a coffee - knowing they can play safely while you enjoy good coffee. Its open 6 days each week (close Sunday). Good comfortable seating - althgough It does get very busy on a Thursday morning, otherwise I've always found a table or sofa to sit at. Free WiFi and parking, and a loyalty card too! Well worth a visit - alone, with a friend, a group or with a toddler.

I'm not a coffee fan but it is totally worth a visit to HOME. It is one of very few places with a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options which makes a nice change - I can't resist their falafel panini! Hubby was very impressed with the bacon and maple syrup pancakes they served for pancake day. All the staff are super friendly and there is a great atmosphere to the premises. It seems to attract a varied crowd with people working on laptops in one corner and mums with kids in the soft play area in the other. Big thumbs up from me.

The best coffee I've had in a long time, and in a lovely comfortable environment. There's a handy little soft play area as well.

Great coffee. They use coffee supplied by Monmouth which is so much better than what you can buy elsewhere locally. The coffee shop is relaxed and friendly. Added bonus of ample free parking!

Yet another delicious meal - we were excited to see Indian spices on the pheasant and it was executed beautifully. Delicate but perfectly balanced. One of our favourite tasting menus here so far. One thing that really stood out on this visit (we haven't been for quite a few months) was the service. It was impeccable! It elevated our normal lovely meal to an outstanding evening, big thanks to Pluto - you made our evening perfect. Your passion and professionalism shone through. We look forward to returning again soon.

Have been going here for years without issue. Today I took my visiting parents here for a cooked breakfast. We sat down and had to wait for 15 min before one of the 2 staff came to take our order (she was eating her breakfast at a table when we arrived!) Very rude and blunt when taking our order. Waited a long time for it to arrive and when it did my order was wrong. I informed the staff and she appologied. When the missing item did arrive some 5 min later, it wasn’t cooked! I tried to return it to the staff but both were outside the kitchen back door smoking, so I left it on the side. When they came back in they ignored that it was there and just continued to talk. Never once did they ask “everything ok?” Or “how was your food?” Won’t be coming here again.

I have been a member for a couple of years. Previously Wickwoods was amazing. Since taking over, David Lloyds have undertaken a complete renovation. Since completion of phase 1 (which took over 3 months of patience) the spa pool, indoor pool, showers, and sauna are all freezing. No compensation has been offered to loyal members for the huge disruption and failed attempt at delivering what they promised including basic necessities of a gym like a warm shower. And to top it off prices are being increased. Perhaps Wickwoods will be great again in time but right now I’d avoid.
