Absolutely delicious food ..large fresh fish

The only takeaway I would order from, the food is hot and delicious but last night I ordered a pizza and it wasn't nice at all so I rang to tell them and the lady wasn't helpful at all, I got what I ordered she said, well I won't be ordering anymore, I can let the pizza slide but I'm a loyal customer and not even so much as sorry!!!!!!

Bested chippy around they musted think I'm a right nugget I order neally every night from here al staff are brilliant and the drivers don't get anoth creadit i live on second floor flat they no I have kids and they beep to let no there here in case my little ones in bed

It is very nice the food tasted really good the donner meat was nice and not dry like I have had from other places. The food is nice and warm and the drivers and employees are friendly.

The chips were dry & hard I cut hardly cut into fish it went in the bin waste of money worst I’ve ever had . The box was soaking when it came also absolutely no taste either need refunded .

Great place. Fish cooked fresh to order and was a generous portion. My husband had the kebab and it was huge and lots of fresh salad. Really friendly staff. We will definitely be back

Worst takeaway we have ever had. Chips wore not cooked, pizza was oily and as for the donner rap was soggy and fell apart. Will not be back. Don't waste your money.

My gf and I had a delivery from here, both were very cold and lacking in taste. Next time we will choose a proper chip shop.

Chips were actually good but battered sausage tasted a bit weird. Ended up with a very dodgy belly and throwing up in the early hours. Won’t be going again. To be clear I can’t be sure if the sausage and throwing up are connected but it definitely tasted weird. Not fresh and pink inside and a bit grey really.

Nice food but half the time they don't answer the phone I tried 6 times and my son tried 12 times and still never answered the phone so I ordered from elsewhere

Please dont go there the worst meal I have ever had in my life got kebab for 4 of us was so bad could not eat it.Would not give it to my dog horrible food and staff.

I usually get my food here on my break, the staff are second to none always polite and happy to have a chat while you wait for your food tho its never a very long wait. The food is top notch too I especially like their burger buns and my partner loves their fish. I recommend them to everyone that asks for a good chippy or an evening takeaway away coffee. Carlisle best chippy hands down.

Absolutely awful food was not fit for consumption and when trying to return the order had the police called against us for complaining. The staff were also very aggressive and threatened to attack us when trying to return the food for a refund.

We ordered Pattie chips and a bacon cheeseburger, all of it was disgusting, the one star is for delivery

Just had battered sausage and chips delivered. The batter was like rubber I'm thinking they were re heated. Very dissatisfied. !!!

Greasy chips and awful rubbery wet batter on the fish... Not a crispy bit in site... Peas also terrible... Would NOT recommend

We just had a burger here, but the burger was great. It was everything you could expect of a Burger, can´t say much more. Typical fast-food location.

Had haggis + chips, too many chips, great food, fast delivery told them what time I'd be home, spot on delivery time. Will definitely be back thxs.

Don't get me wrong the chips were ok. But the fish and sausage batter was as tough as leather. We couldn't eat it.

Food arrived quickly However chips, Smokey, cheese and gravy is inedible! Sliced cheese on top of gravy 🙄 who slices cheese to put on top of chips and gravy?? Food looks like someone chucked up in a carton

Absolutely superb fish and chips, really top class. My only grumble is the uncomfortable chairs inside. But can't fault the grub or the friendly staff.

Got my order wrong. Chips where soggy Haggis was terrible greasy mess. Got my order then wife got hers 10 minutes later. Do not waste your time with this chippy
