Ideal location for a visit to Chester. The staff are brilliant, so helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The only negative, we ordered breakfast for our room, which came late and with some items missing. But overall a great stay and will definitely go back.

They had some problems with the WiFi during our stay there. The breakfast was very good, lots of food to choose from.

Nice hotel with pool and gym. The mattress and pillows was really comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a good selection. We didn't eat dinner there as we thought it was on the expensive side. The hotel is in the outskirts of Chester.

One of the better holiday inns I thought. Pleasant lounge and bar area. Standard food menu which appears to be increasing in price and food not great.

The Queen’s Arms is a solid choice if you’re looking for a casual, no-frills dining experience. The food is decent—nothing spectacular but reliable, especially for the affordable prices. The staff are friendly and efficient, though not overly engaging. The atmosphere is pleasant, offering a cozy and relaxed environment that makes it an easy place to unwind. While it might not stand out as a destination for gourmet dining, it’s a great spot for a quick meal or drink without breaking the bank. Perfect for a laid-back outing.

Called in for a quiet pint earlier today, and just because I didn't say thank you when I was handed my change the landlady though it was ok to call me a T#a#. You can work out what she actually said. This was at 1:15pm, it's a pub I've supped in since the Seventies, but never again. You have been warned.
