Holiday Inn Chester - South, an IHG Hotel in Cheshire West and Chester

I go to the Hotel to take my Granddaughter to swimming lessons. The staff are always brilliant, and the coffee I have whilst the lesson is happening is superb

The rating is based on turning into the car park to meet up with a friend for a few mins..no signs about parking fees and was charged £60 by parking eye for a twenty min stay..avoid this place unless you're actually staying there

Amazing place to stay. Great breakfast. The GM explains everything very well. The dinner was good and worth the price. The reception staff was good esp. Dylan and Nancy. The night staff was kind enough to serve us drinks. Thanks Andy and Shawn. I would recommend this hotel anytime if you’re visiting Chester zoo or Chester itself

Ideal location for a visit to Chester. The staff are brilliant, so helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The only negative, we ordered breakfast for our room, which came late and with some items missing. But overall a great stay and will definitely go back.

Friendly, polite staff. Situated near the A55. Descent selection of cold and hot food for breakfast. Health club available for guests use.

Ideal for visiting Chester & the Zoo.

They had some problems with the WiFi during our stay there. The breakfast was very good, lots of food to choose from.

As an ihg platinim member the room was given had view of the building as you wakeup was bed. Ac was not working. After struggling we found the room. Parking is good. The reception staff possibly tricked me and gave me this room.

What you expect from a holiday inn. Good price, decent location to drive to the city centre. Rooms have everything you need.

Clean and tidy , very friendly staff , lovely breakfasts and plenty of parking and close by is a park and ride into town very convenient.

Nice hotel with pool and gym. The mattress and pillows was really comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a good selection. We didn't eat dinner there as we thought it was on the expensive side. The hotel is in the outskirts of Chester.

Great value for money about 10 minute drive to chester zoo an we had access to the swimming pool an Jacuzzi which was a great little treat an also sauna in changing rooms to help relax before our day at the zoo :) even better if you get your tickets at hotel you get a discount that bets online price :)

Very warm welcome on arrival. Food is very good, as was breakfast. Will stay here again when in area for work.

One of the better holiday inns I thought. Pleasant lounge and bar area. Standard food menu which appears to be increasing in price and food not great.
