We had arranged son's birthday 🎂 party at Fuzzy Eds. From the initial enquiry until the last minute all went smoothly, I couldn't be happier ☺️ We had combined birthday entertainment with 3rd party business and this was incorporated with no issues- big thanks to the Highwayman management, truly appreciate your positive response to my request ☺️🤝☺️ Ladies that served our party were very helpful, attentive, and super friendly 😊 Especially I would like to thank Shannon and Roxy for making us feel at ease and being so so helpful, you girls are 🌟 🤩 Overall place was clean, cosy with lovely music in the background, party tables were all ready and I was allowed in to hang personal decorations. Very good impression, and very happy with the outcome. Party was a success 🙌 Many many thanks to everyone !

Only tried the carvery,however reasonably priced and decent grub. Look out for the discounts online or through the app

Nicest plant based burger I've had 😋

Gave 4 stars for food as the children’s burger wasn’t the best, but the manager let us change this for a kids carvery instead which was lovely of her. All the team was very friendly.

The lady Roxanne in the play area was ace the kids loved her and she looked after us all mint *****

Visited Fuzzy Ed’s as it has a good play area and staff are always good. Today Roxanne couldn’t do enough to help and make the experience a nice one. The service she provided was above and beyond! Thank you.

My children's dinner came really cold had to send two back due to this. The waitress had brown hair glasses had no idea what she was doing, interrupted our meal twice. We normally use highwayman due to it being allergy safe for my child but we may have to look elsewhere. This is second visit this week and it seems both visits were just as bad same server both times. She may need extra training in allergies and customer service. Shame it used to be really nice.

We ate and the kids played in the play area. Roxanne was fantastic and never stops checking if you need anything else, if the kids are ok, tidying up, etc.

Was greeted with a warm welcome by Sarah, was served promptly by ethan. Always a friendly welcome and fantastic service

Friendly staff, good food, clean pub and staff went out of their way to get us a table and keep us informed of wait times etc...and also make us a custom pizza for our awkward kid.

Roxanne did an absolutely fantastic job for my sons 7th birthday, same as she did in December for my friends sons birthday. We came here for my step daughters 6th birthday a few weeks ago. We soon discovered there was a mix-up with our booking regarding the children playing in Fuzzy Ed's. However, the 2 lovely ladies working in there, Roxanne and Shannan, assured me that they would sort something so the children didn't miss out and they certainly did. Not even 5 minutes later and the problem was sorted and the kids spent a good couple of hours having lots of fun in the play area! So a very big thank you to those 2 lovely ladies. The staff from the dining area were also lovely and couldn't be more helpful. There was 30 of us so I understand it was a large booking, however they were fantastic and everyone loved the carvery. Thank you for making my step daughters birthday meal a very happy one. We shall we back soon.

Went for my daughters 21st birthday. It was made special by all the staff especially Isabella (Izzy) as she got the chef to put 21st on her dessert plate. That really finished off our night. We often go for the carvery and even though this evening they had run out of beef, I was not disappointed. We love it here. Going back VERY soon. Thanks guys

Good food - we shared selection of starters & pizzas. Small-ish soft play good for younger kids.

Ethan was great when asked about vegetarian options and explained what the meals included. Holly was also amazing when making the dish as I did have some concerns of how it's made. Great service :)

Wow. What a little gem of a place this is. Came here with my partner and his 2 Grandsons who are almost 4 and 5 years old. They loved it immediately they were right in the thick of ot climbing running and going down the slides. It's a great place to burn off energy. The food was lovely shared a chicken and nacho platter and a brownie and ice jam 2 coffees. Great value for money and all served by the delightful Roxanne who is a great asset to the place. Very polite and helpful. We will definitely be back here. It's a fun lively place and a chance for adults to sit and have some time for themselves

Diabolical food and abysmal service

Our server was Roxanne and she was amazing from start to finish. She was efficient on clearing our table of plates and bringing our next dish out when we asked. She had a great personality and made our experience so much better. The food was amazing. The five gold wings were particularly delicious. My son enjoyed his cheese bites.
