Highfield Restaurant in Chorley

The chicken and mushroom pie was awful, the crust was sooo hard and thick, no sauce in the filling, perhaps because it was either over cooked or warmed up. You should have a gluten free menu printed, as bring a tablet to the table really singles them out to be different to everyone else. We waited longer for the desserts than our main meal and it was only ice cream! Most of the staff were too busy on their phones and catered more for the children’s side than the actual dining side. The condiments were empty and the tables were dirty too, so no, we won’t be back and we certainly will not be recommending The Highfield to anyone!

The new manager andy was lovely food was top notch

There were some absolutely feral children running up slides, on top of equipment, no socks on, out of control. My toddler couldn't get to the slide on the toddler bit because there is a 2 ft gap between the block and the hole. Food portions tiny and not filling or value for money. Dirty play area, no signs of a deep clean ever being done.

Went for Thursday lunch 21/11/2024. Been many times before. I had the best lunch I have ever had in any restaurant anywhere anytime. I had rib and rump with onion, mushrooms, tomato and fries on a sizzling platter all for £12.50. The service and staff were excellent. Probably a little quiet at present because of recent reviews and work on the premises. Ignore some other reviews that suggest different. Try for yourself. Highly recommended.

Shocking breakfast Door were open for service and the pub clearly wasnt ready no bar prepared and seemed under staffed The breakfast is what it is in these kinds of pubs. but the inconsistency was shocking Bacon cooked but freezing Eggs freezing Sausages hot Hash brown warm Beans freezing A breakfast is a breakfast usually and we really arn' t fussy but the preformance from the chef was shocking The staff was nice and helpful and seemed abit uo against it

Booked a table for a family 18th. Visited a couple of hours early to set up balloons and cake etc. One staff member (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was so friendly and helpful! The team couldn’t have been any more welcoming and helped make it a really special night for my son. They even sang him happy birthday which was great. Thank you

Just been in since taken over and the food was fantastic atmosphere lovely and bubbly personalities serving us :) highly recommend we will defo be back! Fuzzy heads didn’t let out little ones down either they loved it 😊

Restaurant has significantly declined compared to past experiences over the years. Musty damp smell as you walk in 3/4 Empty restaurant on what should be the peak time (this in itself isn’t an issue however was not a good indication of things to come). Waited over an hour for food in an empty restaurant despite asking twice where it was. Food arrived cold, burnt and inedible The only reason this got a poor rating over terrible is because the staff were nice. It’s like they accept they know things are awful but it is out of their hands. Didn’t complain about the food as the overall ethos I felt that this was not worth doing as nothing would be acted upon. I only give constructive feedback in person if I feel it’s helpful and will be acted on. This pub feels like the decline is so bad, it’s not worth complaining in person. I’m only posting here so other people don’t waste their time and money. Only restaurant meal we have ordered takeaway to collect on way home whilst our meal is in front of us. We saw the funny side and laughed for 20 minutes about this. We consider this experience a lesson learned, £40 odd quid of education and to never come here again.

£80 for absolutely disgusting food. What is happening at the Highfield? So bad I asked to see the manager but was told he was in a staff meeting. (At Lunchtime!) Can anyone else help we asked? No they are all in a meeting came the reply from some 'boy' in kitchen uniform behind the bar. Drinks were all wrong. Who puts wine in a half pint glass? Dirty forks, hair in the chips. Whomever is in charge needs to get things sorted out.

I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, however the deterioration of this pub over the past couple of months has been unbelievable. I understand the previous manager left but for such a big company I don’t understand how you can be happy with the new managers way of doing things . The Highfield was our go to for a cheap and cheerful dinner. The staff were always friendly and the food was excellent value for money, always cooked well and arrived piping hot. The last few times we’ve been you can’t order half the menu, is this because the new chef doesn’t know how to cook it? It’s no longer value for money because when you do finally manage to order something you want it never arrives cooked properly or isn’t hot or is missing half the ingredients. The atmosphere in the pub has changed as well. The staff all look miserable and it seems to be new staff every time we come in. I don’t recognise anyone any more. The pub always used to be clean and tidy, but now it seems to be the norm for the car park to be overflowing with litter and fag ends all around the doors. We’ll be looking elsewhere for somewhere to spend our money in future.

The Highfield is under new management, but the new guy doesn't seem to know how to run a pub. Self-absorbed, hair sucking teens make up the new staff, many are so young they don't even know how to make a drink or that you should bring clean utensils. As to the food, it was never great at the Highfield, but now it's of the absolute worst quality. Our whole meal was just terrible. Dirty tea cups, a milk jug with ash in it, out of date condiments. Staff seem disinterested and under trained. Undercooked fish and burned everything less is what we ended up feeding to the birds. Silly young girls now chat while bringing food, ignoring rubbish and dirty tables, so walk back into the restaurant with empty hands. I'm not sure if it's the managers sulky teenage son working in the kitchen. However, Health and Safety needs to visit and explain touching yourself while viewing a phone behind the bar is not acceptable. The outside area is dirty and unkempt, with rubbish everywhere. Honestly, this place has now become a hazard.

The food was amazing and perfectly cooked a massive thank you to urista and Simon front of house staff superb, polite and respectful. Highly recommend this place and dog friendly too

We went today 21/10/24 Our food was served timely and hot. I had classic mixed grill cooked medium, Mum had sausage, chips and gravy all cooked as we'd ordered. Vicky served us with a warm friendly manner. Well done to 5he chef's. Children are welcome and they have a Fuzzy Eds play area. I would recommend a visit

arrived for some food one adult two children. mixed grill was extremly dry. onions were dark brown. mushrooms dry also no flavour looked like it had been microwaved to death. the whole plate was awful. the chicken wasnt even a full piece was under a quarter of a breast.childrens meals wernt much better peas looked like cheap canned warmed up mush. like the adult meal the chips were very dry. will not be returning just awful.

Operating a reduced menu, it looks like Sizzling pubs have sold up and moved on, tables piled up, dirty, skeleton staff that ignore you, avoid if you can.

The Highfield's Dramatic Decline in Customer Service What on earth has happened at the Highfield? Once a cherished spot for our family of three, we were left reeling from our latest visit, which prompted me to update my review. Something drastic has changed – could it be new management or ownership? We’ve frequented this establishment for years, but this recent experience was nothing short of appalling. I can't help but wonder if anyone else has noticed the dramatic dip in quality? Our visit started as usual, choosing our favourite seating arrangement. I went up to the bar to place our order, unaware of the shocking behaviour I was about to witness. Standing behind the bar was a staff member named Bonnie. From the moment I approached, she was barking orders at other employees in an uncomfortably loud, condescending, and rude manner. I’ve worked in hospitality myself and have never seen such behaviour. An older lady stood ahead of me, patiently waiting, but Bonnie soon turned her hostile attention to her. What followed was simply disgraceful. Bonnie loudly and abrasively stated, "No, you're not getting your discount with that voucher," in such a rude way that the poor woman was visibly mortified. With her head down, she paid and walked out of the pub, likely never to return. Next, it was my turn to face Bonnie’s wrath. Trying to maintain some politeness, I greeted her with a simple "good evening," only to be met with a chilling response: "No, not really," she replied aggressively. Taken aback, I attempted to order our food and drinks, but to my utter shock, she flatly refused, saying "NO." A gentleman behind me, clearly astonished by the exchange, asked Bonnie to repeat what she had said. Her response? A flippant, "Ha ha, I was only messing." But it didn’t feel like a joke. The embarrassment was overwhelming, and without hesitation, I left the establishment with my family in tow. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The Highfield used to be a warm, welcoming place for families, but with this new development, it’s lost all its charm. We won’t be returning, and I doubt anyone else would after such an experience. I’ve downgraded my previous 5-star rating to a meagre 1-star. You might have better luck, but based on this dreadful encounter, I would urge others to think twice before visiting.

Cheap and cheerful. However we had a large party booked in for 7.30pm and when we arrived, we were told they stop serving food at 7.45 so we had to rush getting our orders in; I feel like this could of been mentioned when we made the booking!

Came here at the weekend, it didn't seem particularly busy but unfortunately the experience didn't meet my expectations. I was stood waiting to order food at the bar while a staff member attended the person before me, but I couldn't help noticing 2 other members of staff standing at the far side of the bar not doing anything. There was a mix up with food being brought out to our table, which caused some upset in our group. Me and my partner got ours fine but others were left waiting. The food was okay. The food issue was resolved. Took my lad outside to the play park, it's that time of year where there's gonna be leaves around but cobwebs and grime could be cleaned. I feel like the venue was probably just having an off day.

Often come here for food after work

I live around the corner from here. I have visited 4 times in the last 6 months. The place is always understaffed. On this occasion the I had a hallumi wrap that was burnt. The male toilets in the fuzzy Ed’s were disgusting. They smelt really bad. The female were out of order. Service was slow regarding ordering ketchup/napkins etc staff seemed to have to trek all the way to the other part of the restaurant to get these things. We also wanted a spillage on the floor to be wiped up. We waited ages at the counter for the staff member to come and then waited ages again to return with a mop. The previous time we waited so long for our dessert that we cancelled it and got a refund. The play equipment appears unclean.

If you are making this a dog friendly pub don't make people feel like they are being escorted off the premises because of no clear signs/instructions of entering and exiting. The manner in which I was approached felt rude, I was trying to leave by the main door because I saw no other exits than a fire exit. If you would like people to use this door you need a clear sign on this door. I couldn't order food in the dog area as the till was off, so the staff member who was in the dog area asked me to order at the main bar, at no point did anyone who served us asked if we had been before, do we know the exit/area or that you offer a dog menu. Poor communication in written and spoken from this service

The food was good that wasn't the issue, me and my fiance came to the establishment to enjoy my 30th birthday as we don't always get free time to spend together. And I have to say your members of staff give a very poor impression on how your restaurant is run. One member staff was walking around vaping whilst I was eating. You had another member of staff say quite arrogantly that she wasn't bothered about the customers food, and that she wanted her break now and to ignore the customers food orders that had already taken place in order to get hers first. And you had staff at the bar saying they couldn't be bothered working there and would rather be selling themselves on the internet. Absolutely disgraceful and down right disgusting. I usually enjoy my experience here but this has left a very sour and dissatisfied taste in my mouth.

Totally rubbish. Staff attitude appalling. Ordered a sizzling gridle with guarantee if it wasnt sizzling it would be replaced. Came on a cold plate, soggy veg, ordered with rice but came with cold fries. Complained but told because we were outside its served completely differently?? Visited late lunch and it seemed relatively quiet. We just found a table and sat, all six of us. From the instructions on the table it appeared that you ordered through the app. Menus were a bit sticky but plenty to choose from and a separate kids menu. Having ordered it took a while for food to come, which was a sharing platter to start and a kids pasta, so it youngest could start. We had to enquire about it drinks because they didn't appear, but staff explained the mishap and produced them quickly following that. Oh main course took some time coming and it may have been that they were waiting for our youngest to finish. I thought my food when served was a tad dry and I wonder if it was sat under a heat lamp waiting. Food though was okay, for the price, reasonable! We didn't do a dessert, so then you just leave. Not that much interaction from staff after service. We went to the bar for extra drinks, quicker I think than ordering through the app. We'll probably try a few other places before coming back, but it's not a no. It was okay. It might have been a 5 star if the service had been quicker. Worth a try!

Great soft play centre for kids. My niece and nephew (6 and 5) love it here. 1.5 hour play time only. No sticky tables and clean toilets. Affordable prices and they offer a good range of food and drinks. Good kids menu. User-friendly website/App for bookings and orders. The service in the soft play area is great (I can't comment on the service in the main area as I am normally in the soft play area).

We booked a table for 8 people, on the 28th August, we were late because of the roadworks as we drove in to the carpark, first impression very clean carpark and plenty of places to park on entering the restaurant it was clean and tidy. We were greeted with a cherry hello from the bar staff whose name was Bonnie. She was very polite told her we were a table of eight and she then proceeded to tell us that they were working on a reduce menu, due to staff shortage in the kitchen we was happy with this. We told her it wasn’t a problem and she said if there was anything she could help with we only had to ask. We chose our food, myself and my daughter ordered it from the bar we explained as they were short staffed in the kitchen if it was possible to serve our children first she said that would not be a problem and we didn’t mind waiting for ours , she then proceeded to go and speak to the chef in the kitchen who’s name was Nat, The chef was happy to oblige with our request, when the food arrived, the smell was unbelievable. All sizzling hot for the adults, kids had already tucked into theirs. All I can say is a big thank you, the meal was amazing a big thank you to you all Bonnie Assistant manager Nat -Chef Oscar , Yaz and Robyn hats off to you all highly recommend a visit we will return

We booked a reservation for 8 people online Having recently moved to the area from South East England we are keen to find places that suit our family When we arrived we was late due to road works and the assistant manager Bonnie was very welcoming and understanding upon arrival the venue look very clean tidy and well maintained good first impressions It was then explained that there was staff shortages in the kitchen and the menu was reduced down it was explained in a very calm professional manner and due to the circumstances we was happy to have a look at what was on offer and then make a choice (it's not their fault) so we chose to order and make the most of what was available to us as this was out first visit here Chef Nat was prewarned of our large order being placed so she didn't have a heart attack when the order went through We placed our order and we waited my 3 younger children were happy to go off and play in the indoor play area and us adults entertained ourselves chatting soon Bonnie came to double check our order and we was informed Nat was working on our order then and wouldn't be much longer We didn't wait long before the food started to arrive and wow it smells amazing Bonnie and Oscar waited our table bring our food and sauces etc very polite Nat even offered us a side of onion ring too for being patient and understanding was a very nice gesture and went down well with the men Steaks were cooked perfectly to our order too kids enjoyed their burgers food was lovely hot fresh and well presented Yaz and Robin took our orders at the bar of drinks and food and more drinks Overall we can not thank the staff enough for a great dining experience this evening despite the situation they was all in managed to catch chef Nat to thank her personally too Ladies and Oscar you have done the business proud tonight thanks again can't wait to come back again soon I will be recommending this establishment to everyone I know

Well, it's worth a visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Me and two friends came here on Thursday 22nd august, around 5:30 pm, we knew the kitchen was closing early. We ordered food at around 6 and we only received our food at 7. It wasn’t busy, there was plenty of spare tables. We ordered two of the sausage and mash and the hunters chicken. Along with starters which was two garlic bread and nachos. First of all after waiting an hour for food we got our mains first even though we specifically asked for starters first. The sausage and mash was presented awfully and the gravy was missing. The gravy ( when it arrived) tasted like peppercorn sauce. The mash was typically ( which I expected) microwave mash, but was stone cold. We ordered drinks and one was meant to be blackcurrant and water, we got given soda. Really not happy with this, I think we would’ve understood if it was busy. But it was not. Definitely will not be returning if this is the experience people get. Not exactly on the cheap side either for the value of food. This was quite possibly the worst food I have had.

Right from the start a very poor experience. We made a booking a week in advance for a party of 16 for girlfriends birthday to which they asked us to get a pre order together. I tried to call multiple times and left multiple voice mails to no reply. I then had to come into the pub mid week to hand in the pre order which is fine however very poor that I had to come in and no reply. Upon arrival our booking was for 18:00 to which some guests was running late due to traffic. The staff proceeded to come over and started to bring out meals after 5 minutes of being seated without asking if we was ready for food and multiple guests still had not arrived. Half the meals came out within 5 minutes then 30 minutes later the other meals came out. The meals was cold and very poor quality to which we had no check back at the table and even asking for a manger to come over no manager came over. Following requesting a manager and no one coming over we headed to the bar to make a complaint to which was hardly taken on board. We was offered a refund for 3 of the 16 meals to which is not good enough. The member of staff we complained to after asking if they would eat this meal even accepted that they wouldn’t even eat it. Following this we requested to birthday cake to come out 3 times to which we gave up in the end and jus requested it to come out in the box and we will take it home. This was not a particularly busy night at all either. I have worked for restaurants in the past and multiple people around the table work in hospitality for M&B and this was a extremely poorly manager venue and a very poor experience. I would not recommend this venue for a party.

Very good food excellent service and a play area indoors and outdoor for kids

Popped in on the way home from Southport today with my mum, sister-in-law and niece. Three of us had the steak/ chicken combo and one had fish and chips. All four of us thought the food was excellent. The desserts were also top notch and everything was reasonably priced. Top Quality all round

We've been going to the Highfield for years,it's a great place to eat and drink.Staff are all very friendly there's a nice atmosphere too in the pub.Choice of food from the menu is varied something to suit everyone we've never had a bad meal would highly recommend a visit.👍👍

Appalling service, end of bar full to brim with dirty glasses most of evening, menu is either deep fat fryer or microwave , and food stops at 8pm, web says takeaway until 8.45 yet that stops at 8pm also, pub empty by 8.30 . Terrible…

Booked a table in advance midweek away from busy weekends.It was a special occasion so we looked forward to a good meal.We sat down and chose our food but we was told even though we booked a table there’d be a waiting time of nearly an hour!!! Midweek??? Most pubs don’t serve food early in week as it’s probably not profitable.Why take a booking when you have to wait nearly an hour to eat Couldn’t we have been told then???? Id totally understand if it was Fathers or Mothers day or Christmas , Easter etc. It was a case of tough we’re too busy.. Won’t be coming here again Extremely disappointed.At a time when energy is so expensive especially to cook at an establishment you’d think paying customers would be like pure gold.Not here.

The soft play area is rancid. Ive never seen a childs play area so filthy! Left after 15 minutes. Edit* The play area has not been cleaned in a while. My 21 month old kept picking old bits of food out of the ball pit and putting it in his mouth.This is why we left. The eating areas were clean and tidy but when following my son around inside the play area I could see how filthy it was. Please have a walk through and see for yourself.

Limited menu but not told why.. think it was the fryers that were not working ... as no fried food including chips... Food on Limited menu very poor. Mashed potato was very dry Pity they didn't have a notice outside telling of the Limited menu to save time ...

A fantastic pub, great atmosphere and friendly staff. We visit often, and always enjoy coming here. We usually call in for a drink or two after work, but found ourselves starving after smelling the food of the table next to us. The staff recommended trying the 3 starters for £11 with was great value. The mozzerella sticks were really good!

Me and my partner came in on Friday evening for a late lunch, it was quiet which is unusual but we was greeted by a very welcoming staff called Cara who sat us to a table and was extremely friendly and bubbly, she was lovely and helped us choose our food through recommendations. She showed us the sizzling app which is amazing for deal and will definitely be brining us back. Food was superb so welldone to the chefs ! Price was great and the atmosphere was even better, will definitely be visiting with more of us.

Absolutely appalling. Been visiting this pub for some time and over recent weeks it has deteriorated. Recently we waited over 45 minutes for our meal ( it was not busy) and when the food arrived it was so badly burned it was almost inedible. with no apology for the delay; had we not waited so long, I would have sent it back but didn’t fancy waiting another 45 minutes. When we mentioned it to the staff they were unconcerned. We tried again a few weeks later in case this had been a one off but sadly this was not the case. Again we waited over 30 minutes ,and again there was no apology for the delay, but at least the food was good when it eventually arrived. We tried again today but it has not improved. In fact it was even worse. We waited ages again, then the next table to us was served before us even though they came in long after us, however the food was not what they had ordered and they sent it back to have the peas taken off the plate. When it came back to them it was still wrong and we realised it was in fact our meal, minus the peas, so off it went back to the kitchen again. Eventually we received our meals which by this time were cold having travelled the length of the restaurant 3 times. My husbands meal was missing mushrooms, my chips were cold and like cardboard, and the chicken looked as if it had been literally thrown onto the plate. We will not be returning and will definitely not be recommending Highfield to our friends.

It’s a great place to keep kids occupied while you eat, with play areas and tv sets in the booths. Sadly it’s changed hands a few times in recent years and each time the standard of food and services has dropped. We go on birthdays and other special occasions but this time the food was undercooked and arrived almost cold, I think it’s time to go elsewhere.

Went today 22/05/24 .I was given a friendly welcome from Vicky She remembered Mum's preferences and took my order. I was struggling with the app. which she kindly upgraded for me. The food was served timely was hot and tasty. I would recommend a visit. It is a child friendly pub and has just announced that dogs are welcome in bar area.

Olivia working behind the bar was very helpful when I had any questions. I felt like she made time for me, even though she was rushed off her feet and short staffed.

I take my son regularly. He loves the play area, There is a charge to go in the indoor play area. The food is great value, there is good choice. Good deals on children meals when buying an adult meal. I recently downloaded their app and got a discount voucher for my birthday week. Service is good.

Good food reasonable prices great service This place has lost the plot We were told when ordering food that there was a 1 hour wait Our food arrived in less than 15 minutes When this was mentioned to a server we were told it was a game they played on customers!!! We nearly left to try elsewhere but not being familiar with the surroundings did not We ordered 2 desserts at same time on separate tabs. One came in good time We waited 10 minutes and had to ask where the other was. It eventually arrived 2 elements less than the first A decent place let down by staff playing games and ignoring detail

The food was excellent, but no real ale but was explained by the staff as it doesn't sell so it was understandable.

We have visited before for breakfast which was delicious. This time we came in for dinner and to use the 40% offer we’d received on the sizzling pubs app. We waited about 35 for food, but it was quite busy and the wait seemed reasonable. The food was excellent, and piping hot.

Excellent food but no real ales

Food is average and OK for the price but be prepared to wait A LONG TIME! Went with family with a small child 7 for tea and waited well over an hour. Previously it was 45mins + Neither time was it busy it seems the kitchen cannot cope with ore than a few orders. To top it off you are not warned of the extortionately long waiting time for what pretty much accounts to microwave food Even with the offers off they keep posting be wary. They do not even give you a complimentary free drink so soften the blow On a positive I lost 1/2 stone whilst waiting

Great place excellent food and some great offers ideal for family's has they have a kids indoor play area

My son had a mixed grill and it was excellent but I had the gammon and it was like chewing on an old boot and looking at the menu it said you can get a slice of bread and butter for £1 website says roast dinners but they don't have them got two sirloin steaks but I've had better from aldi they were so tough it was impossible to cut our dogs enjoyed them won't be going there again rubbish

For children to play and cheap food it's good but for plates left on tables is bad left for 1hr before staff moved them other than that it's a great place mixture of nice staff people who love their job and staff who are clearly here for a pay check

Clearly understaffed. Been sat here for 2hours and dessert has only just arrived. Feel sorry for everyone who works here. Food is good for a pub but atmosphere is full of customers annoyed at the long wait. It’s not even that busy now, perhaps half of the customers got sick of waiting and left… hoping the car park doesn’t have a 2 hr limit 🤣 Yaz, you misread my review. We indeed waited an hour for our mains, we waited another hour for dessert. We entered your pub at 5:30, ordered once we found a table and left at 7:50, had we not asked a waiter to hurry the dessert along we’d probably still be there now

No complaints about the food but the service just goes from bad to worse. Went this evening as a party of four people at about 6.00. The restaurant was not busy, less than half full but waited one hour and five minutes after placing order for food to arrive. After finishing main course waited another twenty minutes for dessert. Enough is enough, will not be going back again

Food was hot and delish service a little slow but it was Easter holidays so lots of families soft play area was cheap and clean will go again

Visited fuzzy eds and stayed for food. 1. Food was amazing mixed grill was cooked to perfection and so tasty. 2. Kids food was also very good. Nothing was left at the end. Play area was very clean and well managed. Plenty of free parking and disabled access to the pub was good.

My visit on the 13th april was a fxxxing joke not only for my self and my 5 year old son, for several other concerned parents, also for your own members of staff. This travesty started on my arrival, i had booked a table in fuzzy eds for 12.30pm as advised i turned up 15 minutes early, i ordered food for my son from the bar, the lady behind the bar asked me my table number, i explained the e-mail did'nt give me a table number, she asked me too walk through too fuzzy eds too find out my table number, as clearly she could'nt be fxxxing arsed too pick up the tablet no less than six feet away and check which my table was, even though the bar was quiet. The reason i know my table number is on the tablet is because i have been there on other occasions. Only on my request of her doing her fxxxing job did she bother too find out. Then me and my son went into the play area. After a while i noticed a child about 10 years old being very aggresive with toddlers, i witnessed him launching a 3 year old child through the air by his arm and leg, pushing other children over and generally being a little shxt. Several toddlers kept leaving the play area in tears. Even though several parents went too the young girl behind the counter too complain, she was unable too do anything as she was there by herself (under fxxxing staffed) the member of staff was clearly very distressed and in tears as she was trying too deal with the situation and was unable to accomodate all of the complaints, absolutely pxss poor management at best. I asked the girl if she wanted me too ask him too leave the play area, after he swung a fxxxing heavy ball into my sons face, by this time she was out of options and agreed. I told the little sxit who quite honestly should'nt be around other youngsters too leave the play area and wait for the staff too speak too him . Only at this point one of your staff about early twenties who has fxck all customer service knowledge asks me too next time report it too the staff rather than getting involved. It was reported several times by several parents and if your fxxxing play area was supervised like it should be i would'nt have too go in too protect my child from a fxxxing chav hooligan, and listen too the shxt coming out of your staffs mouth regardless too say you can stick sizzling pubs up your arse

Ordered food which was cold. Ordered deserts & drinks. Deserts came & had to wait over half an hour for the drinks to arrive. When I complained I got told the app was playing up. My response was well I got my deserts. They had nothing to say. Very bad experience. Shame really

We had a party of 24 and the food was all out at the same time food was absolutely amazing service was amazing such great stafd

I find it hilarious that a waitress called Bonnie has reviewed and given a 5 star on here. Her customer service levels are awful, maybe a new career path would be a good idea. But the rest of the staff are really good and are trying. Missing items on plates, cold horrible food served. But not all the food was bad. And I've been before and had good food. Just needs to be consistent and servers to check what they are bringing out and avoid issues with customers. And the kitchen staff to step up.

Had a lovely brunch there. Mega mixed grill, as I was a tad peckish. Definitely recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed. Really nice food and lots of it. Staff are very nice, service was excellent 👌
