Had a quick ice cream here with friends. Have done this place several times when visiting High Wycombe. Good selection of ice cream, sundaes and waffles.

Every time me and my hubby come here, we are served with smiles, kindness and the best ice cream in bucks! If you want a prefect date spot definitely come to creams! 😊

I ordered a vegan chocolate cake and it came containing milk (I am dairy free). I rang them up to say that it’s not vegan and they said “it says it’s vegan but contains milk”. I explained that it’s not vegan then. I asked for a refund for the cake and they said no because it ‘may contain milk’ and then he proceeded to say it has buttermilk in. I also wrote a note saying “I have an allergy to milk” and they still sent it. My friend got something else and she enjoyed it. If u are vegan don’t order from here.

Ordered and delivery was within 25mins, eventually turned up nearer 50mins. Waffle was overcooked and dry with bits missing on the underside. Very disappointed.

Milkshakes were all super thin and watery… we ordered thickshakes… it’s in the name.

Very dirty bathrooms! Please clean up! Soap is always missing and in general both toilets are very dirty :( makes you think if the kitchen hygiene is the same …?! Although there are lovely desserts, nice coffee and great service provided by superb friendly manager Vee.

Service was brilliant and the guy behind the counter even took time to talk to my little one and memorized his name.

Came in during a day of shopping, friendly service and great food. Will be back again

Lovely setting and tastefully done, staff sweet but a little slow to get order out, The cappuccino and milkshake were perfect. Mexican nachos were ok, tbh expected them to taste better, wasn't what I expected. Tropical smoothie came with coconut sprinkled on top which wasn't said on the menu. Will come again for drinks but not to eat..

We ordered a Cookie Crunch Waffle, which was good and we enjoyed it. And for drinks we ordered a Cafe Late, Masala Chai and Mango Bubble tea. All the 3 drinks were honestly horrible. We will not recommend it anyway. The ambience is superb.

Food was poor quality. Wont be ordering from there again. 8 pieces of strawberry and s dribbke if sauce on a soggy waffle.

Ordered three scoops and honestly the portion sizes are not worth the price. It was literally the same size as a single scoop at any other dessert place. Like what diet are you trying to put me on?

Definitely the best place to get puddings in town! We always have an amazing time, the staff are so friendly and helpful! Everything comes beautifully presented and very quickly. They even noticed that some of my friends had birthday hats on as we were out celebrating, and they very kindly gave us a piece of cake with happy birthday written on the plate! They really go above and beyond at creams! :)

The balance of flavors was perfect—deep, indulgent chocolate without being too sweet, with a slightly crisp exterior that gave way to a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Between 5, we had ice cream, vanilla shake, hot chocolate and donut. Everything was really nice.
