High St. Sandwich Co. in Glasgow City

Ordered a hot waffle, it was stodgy and rubbery, nothing like I had before. I complained to Shinza, but she said it was the new recipe and other customers like it.. there was no interest to offer another or another item. Highly disappointed, won't be coming back to this!

The staff were friendly, and the ambiance was lovely. They had variety on the menu. It was ready on time and very tasty. I would definitely come here again.

Customer service was good and were looked after from start. Price for the desserts were a bit extortionate for a cookie dough and a choice of gelato (£9).

Decided to take my kids for ice-cream, and visited Creams in High Wycombe, lovely attentive staff, brilliant desserts, atmosphere was nice and relaxed especially with the open shopfront brilliant for people watching.
