Great! it was my 12th birthday and I wanted to celebrate at a cool place and this met all my expectations - great food and aesthetically pleasing and they played Taylor swift!

Between 5, we had ice cream, vanilla shake, hot chocolate and donut. Everything was really nice.

Tried Chicken fiesta pocket and hot chocolate fudge it was very delicious. Shabina made and served us very good customer service. Definitely gonna visit again.

Always nice and clean in here, staff are friendly and they have just updated their menu.. the tiramisu hot chocolate was very nice. Didn't try any savory crepes yet, but that's next on the list

Service was absolutely amazing and the food was so good. Portion sizes were huge and they provided us with to-go boxes to take any left overs. The food came really fast after ordering and was the perfect temperature. Overall 5 stars! :)

Very nice waffles and amazing service!

Got my order wrong and put bananas on my waffle, I explained I didn’t order that because I’m allergic to bananas they simply took the waffle away and removed the bananas. I ate it anyways and went anaphylactic shock and had to go to hospital.

Ordered a Chicken Fiesta Crunch Hot Pocket and it tasted absolutely horrible. The bubble tea I ordered tasted like chocolate powder mixed with water and had no flavour. Asked for an extra pair of cutlery for takeaway and they wouldn’t give it. Overall, the worst Creams I’ve been to.

Ordered a Large Creams A Tella shake with the Millionaires waffle, and soft vanilla ice cream on the side. It was made fresh, the sauce was not overpowering (some places overdo it). Staff were welcoming and friendly, in particular Shabeena.

Took a long time from order to delivery and the time kept changing by 40minutes

Ordered Sundae ice-cream on Uber for £10, unfortunately 90+% of the Sundae was Soft (whipped) vanilla ice cream, the same type you get from McDonald's, and 10% or less of the Sundae was Gelato ice cream, better off getting McDonald's ice cream for 1/5th the price, I ordered on Uber from Treats and Treats Sundae ice cream was worth it, same price but at least more than 90% or more of the ice cream is Flavoured Gelato ice cream. 2 times I ordered Sundae ice cream from Creams and definitely not worth it, some of their other items are good and worth it but definitely not the sundaes, feels like a rip off compared to Treats.

The service was excellent very fast and efficient, Abdulla had great customer service experience made us all feel so welcoming. Weldon and keep it up 10 out of 10

Never had a bad experience. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly. Really recommend for a special treat or any day you fancy something sweet!

Ordered a hot waffle, it was stodgy and rubbery, nothing like I had before. I complained to Shinza, but she said it was the new recipe and other customers like it.. there was no interest to offer another or another item. Highly disappointed, won't be coming back to this!

The staff were friendly, and the ambiance was lovely. They had variety on the menu. It was ready on time and very tasty. I would definitely come here again.

The milkshake had pieces of wrapper in it don’t know how they’ve managed to do it but looks like wrapper bits in the milkshake a lot of pieces were found just threw away the milkshake but how is plastic wrapper getting in milkshake they need to be careful and watch what’s going into milkshake
