Hey Burger in Sefton

Lovely burger with bacon n cheese on my first visit to Hey Burger. Also had chips and a milkshake The staff were friendly and cooked it fresh as quickly as possible. All packed up well, with even the burger wrapped in tin foil to keep it warm Definitely above a Big Mac in quality and size but you do pay for it. All very tasty and would visit again if I fancied a burger. Worth a try at least.

The food is lovely, decent burgers. Chicken excellent and tasty fries always cooked well. But today we ordered jalapeño cheese bites. You get three for £3.95 absolute rip off if there was 6-8 I could understand but this let down the whole experience.

Having a takeaway is a treat and I was really looking forward to a quality burger sadly this was not it. The burger meat was great however it was inedible as a burger as it was so soggy, warm at best and needed knife and fork to disect. We won't mention the chips there best forgotten as soggy and cold despite my attempts at air fryer revival. If you want a quality burger I suggest avoiding any sauce and swerve the chips maybe next time will be better.

Ordered in after a long day. Ordered a large burger and cheesy fries with beef shavings. Also a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake was nice. Burger was nice too but for £10 it was too small and I expected more. The fries weren’t great. Fake cheese sauce that didn’t taste great and again for £5.45 way too small. Beef shavings were just broken up burger meat not crispy at all. Overall just ok but far too expensive.
