Fortunate to live locally so often visit Hetty’s and I am never disappointed. Their cakes are the best and the vegan sausage rolls are delicious. Staff always welcoming and professional.

The cakes here are always delicious. The cream tea is good too. A lovely place to stop for a walk with the dogs then refreshments afterwards.

Hetty’s is my go to when visiting Holt Country Park. It is a gem of a place with beautiful coffee, scrumptious cakes and always a friendly and welcoming service from Karen and her team. The icing on the cake is that there is now a fantastic gift shop next door selling unique and well crafted items beautifully set out and the selection of cards is amazing. A great addition to the Holt CP experience.

Hetty’s House Tea Room Nestled within the enchanting Holt Country Park, Hetty’s House Tea Room is a woodland haven that beckons tea enthusiasts and hungry wanderers alike. Here’s why this charming spot deserves a standing ovation: 1. Scones Fit for Royalty As Norfolk’s foremost expert in flapjacks and scones, I’m thrilled to report that Hetty’s scones are undoubtedly the best in Norfolk. These golden beauties are homemade, crumbly, and generously slathered with clotted cream and jam or cream cheese and pickle . One bite, and you’ll feel like royalty. 2.A Woodland Retreat Step into Hetty’s cozy wooden lodge, where sunlight filters through leaves, and the air smells of freshly brewed tea. The indoor seating invites you to linger, sip, and lose track of time. It’s a retreat from the hustle, a place where tranquility reigns. 3.Flavours Galore Beyond scones, Hetty’s menu dances with delight. Picture fabulous sandwiches, each layer a symphony of flavors. And the cakes—oh, the cakes! The Sausage rolls oh the sausage rolls a picture of perfection with its warm caramelised onion they are to die for! Whether you crave a zesty lemon drizzle or a velvety chocolate slice, Hetty’s delivers sweetness with every forkful. 4.Family-Friendly Vibes Bring the whole clan! Hetty’s House Tea Room welcomes families, friends, and even well-behaved dogs. The park outside provides a natural playground, and the tea room adds a touch of magic to your day. Verdict: A Cup of Comfort Whether you’re seeking a midday pick-me-up, a leisurely lunch, or simply a moment of bliss, Hetty’s House Tea Room delivers. It’s where scones meet serenity, and every sip feels like a warm hug.

Coeliacs thought less than vegan’s and vegetarian’s!!!!!! Situated in a nice location with friendly staff. If you’re a coeliac you’ll be bitterly disappointed, for some reason places like this seem to think we don’t want to eat anything but cakes!, no sandwich’s or hot/ cold food on offer other than cakes, with the choice of a flapjack or brownie!, but catered for vegan and vegetarian’s which is a personal choice!!!!!!!!!. A coeliac is penalised for a life changing condition and this cannot be helped!. I must say you can easily keep a small loaf of gluten-free bread in the freezer and offer a toasted sandwich made under a grill on some fresh foil it isn’t rocket science, or a small box of crackers to serve with cheese and grapes, even to offer some salad with cheese / ham and that would of been better than having nothing at all!!!!, but for staff to just say no, with no attempt to adapt to your very small menu, when you have signs up saying please speak to a member of staff if you have a dietary requirement!. Other companions had a sausage roll and a ham and mustard sandwich which they said was nice, the pot of tea was good too.

I visited the tea room after a long walk with my two friends. We were served by a very helpful young lady. The other lady behind the counter was also very welcoming. I had a coffee & cake. My two friends had tea & scones. It was all very nice. Served to our table. On clean quality china wear. So our overall experience was a good one and I would happily visit here again if in the area.

Visited Holt Country Park for the first time today and I must say the highlight was lunch at Hetty's House Tea Room. The sandwiches are all freshly made and and very delicious and the cakes we had were to die for. We both had hot chocolate and I must admit that it has to be the best hot chocolate drink I have ever had. If visiting Holt town centre I would suggest giving the eateries there a wide berth and travel 2 minutes to Holt Country Park and dine at Hetty's, you will not be disappointed. In addition, I must compliment the charming ladies that prepared and served us, so polite, charming and cheerful, a rarity these days. We will be back.

Visited Holt Country Park today for the first time with my 8 month old son and decided to stop and have lunch. Had a lovely coffee, bacon roll and slice of cake from Hettys. Staff were wonderfully helpful and accommodating and pleasantly chatted. I made use of their indoor space with my little one - there is a high chair available for him to use and it was a warm space on a chilly day for me to be able to feed him. Cannot recommend enough and will definately be visiting again. Thank you

The best Ruben sandwich I've had since being in Iowa! My Girlfriend enjoyed her Open Club sandwich thoroughly as well. Perfect place for a high quality, but good value lunch.

Blakeney is a village to stop and enjoy Lots of quaint hoses bordering narrow streets bordering a small harbour . A fine example of peace and solitude surrounded by the good things in life
