A really lovely place to have a light lunch or a coffee, with indoor and outdoor seating and a good choice of food and drinks. My little boy particularly liked the kids lunch boxes where he had a few things to choose from, which made it more fun! The staff were also very attentive and made a fuss of him. In addition to the play park there's a bouncy castle and carousel just outside the cafe which is reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit if your looking for something to do with the kids this summer, thoroughly recommended!

It was my 13 year old son’s first time popping out today after fracturing his ankle in 2 places. We had friends visiting from up North so wanted to visit the park with my son’s siblings. Went to the cafe to allow my son to try and sit comfortably. The seating area was blocked off so we pulled up a chair for him to sit down and then pulled up another chair for him to put his leg on. Instead of the cafe staff coming over to try and assist, they told me that he couldn’t put his foot up due to Covid. This is utterly ridiculous, we had been a cafe earlier that morning and it wasn’t a problem. We all now know that Covid is spread in the air not by foot! Once I put a pillow on the chair they said it was ok. Felt really sorry for my son who has been in so much pain and anyone could see he was struggling. I’m not one to write reviews but felt to upset by this. Why can’t people be friendlier, surely if it was your son or daughter you would be so upset not to have some help. My son is not actually allowed to put his foot down. We drank our drinks and left as soon as possible. My polite son said thank you on the way out. Even an older gentlemen in the queue said it was unbelievable! What’s happened to customer service and looking after people with disabilities

Staff super friendly and helped with info about toilets not opening after accepting coins even when they have nothing to do with cafe. Best sausage rolls and great coffee

This is a lovely little cafe right next to the children's play area. Very helpful and cheerful staff (thanks Kelly) and a very good cup of coffee with delicious cake. Can definately recommend. No toilets, but public ones nearby.

Terribly unhelpful when looking for some support changing my 11 month old baby. Very arrogant towards the business the ‘park’ provides the cafe. Appreciate it’s annoying when customers ask to use toilets owned by the cafe but surely different when a baby is concerned! ‘The toilets are nothing to do with us’ is simply rude and unhelpful in a moment of need. Owner simply refused to help. Doesn’t value the customers of the park. In my opinion a hinderance despite being the sole driver of his footfall and custom. Would much rather take my custom elsewhere!

This is a lovely little cafe in the park, a great place to grab a bite with the kids. The service is incredible, the owners were super helpful when I was caught short with a desperate toddler and no change for the public toilets - can’t thank them enough! 🙏

This cute little cafe in the park has inside and outside seating and offers something for everyone. We had savoury and sweets snacks from here along with coffees and hot chocolates. Very reasonably priced. It was busy which is a good sign with a lot of parents taking their children to the nearby play area.

What a fabulous family-run cafe in a lovely location. The food was fantastic and the service spot on. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or polite. I was there alone, but it was obvious that this is a regular place for many locals to get a coffee, some cake and have a chill-out. It's always a sign of a great place for me if I see the locals using it, being recognised, and getting a warm welcome.

Very nice cafe with friendly and helpful staff. The cafe is on the edge of the large children’s play area which’s is great for kids of most ages. The cafe has limited seating inside and out, but the target audience is anyone using or passing the park. Let the kids play whilst you have a drink and cake. God selection of hot and cold drinks, bottles to smoothies. Cakes, and slices. Covid distancing in force. Well worth a visit.

This lovely little cafe makes one of the best cappuccino's in Bath, a full takeaway cup and most importantly hot! So many cafes in Bath serve lukewarm cappuccino's which you have to drink quickly. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and the soups and sandwich's are really tasty. We love to sit outside and you are not rushed but can relax there. So pleased to see the team back in action, with socially distant markings which shows that real thought have gone into a safe reopening.

Very friendly place to visit - very pleasant staff and very good food. What more can one ask. Would highly recommend a visit when you are in the area (or even visit the area specifically to visit). In addition children can be entertained on the Carousel and/or the Bouncy Castle, once again manned by the most pleasant of staff.

Early morning caffeine was needed and this was very close to my hotel. Ordered a latte and a muffin. Latte was beautiful and tasted good. Muffin was just okay.

I'm a frequent visitor to bristol airport, as my partner travels for work, so I'm often there to wait for his flights to come in. Unfortunately, there are very few options for anywhere to sit while waiting, other than cafe ritazza. Because of this, the cafe area is always busy, and all the regular/normal seating is always taken, so I have to try get my 50+yo arthritic, short arse up one one of their many Eiffel tower height stools, and if that's not hard enough, the darn things also swivel! No wonder all the other seating is always taken, and all these 'make yourself look like an ungainly idiot' seats are always free in huge numbers. Please please please cafe ritazza, rethink your seating options. Not everyone is an 8ft tall gymnasts.

I’m a travelling Australian and got excited about some home-style food but this was so bad. The rice clumped together like it was days old, the kale was discoloured and the serving size was pitiful. Could have made something much better myself for far less than the £15 I paid for this and a mediocre chai. Service wasn’t even friendly. I’m only giving it 2 stars because I had a juice there a few days ago and it was pretty decent - otherwise it would have been a one. And - on the plus side it didn’t taste terrible but the rice was a bit suss.

Great coffee shop! We love coming here. All the staff are lovely and take the time to have a chat. Coffees are beautiful too. They can get really busy and the baristas struggle to keep up with the table turnaround which some people don't seem to understand but you can see they try their best. Will happily keep returning.
