We went twice for lunch. It was alright, nothing special. Both time we had hot food. Chicken burger and chips was big enough as a meal but I found it all very dry. The bun was really cheap and fell to bits, big chips which were well done but again very dry. Other dishes were pasta, tikka and scampi. Only scampi offered veg. Would I go again? Yes because it’s convenient

We were very disappointed with our lunch. We didn't think you could really go wrong with paninis and a jacket potato, but there you go! They offer cheesy chips but no facility to upgrade a preset "panini and chips" to cheesy chips. However when they finally got round to telling us as they served the food that there were no onion rings (which I had already paid for) they were happy to upgrade so they didn't have to give a refund. Having accepted this from us as an alternative to refund you might have expected something a little generous in terms of cheesy topping but no! In fact, our tuna paninis tasted horrible, the bacon was cold and floppy and the jacket potato was dry and unpleasant. For this meagre repast with only one soft drink I paid over £70. We left a reasonable amount of our food and won't be returning

Parc PensarnUnbelievable from ordering to the food. Didn't have any black pudding at 1130 am in the morning. Couldn't offer any alternative for this. But still expect you to pay full price! Even though they couldn't supply what they offer as a complete meal. Should be discounted or offer an alternative if its them who can't supply the food. Food took 35 minutes to arrive. Food was overcooked and undercooked. To say it was disappointment after such a long wait is putting it nicely. No wonder they offer free refills on coffee. It's something for you to do in the long wait for terrible food. Will not be returning for this poor experience.

Parc PensarnVery dissapointed with this place. Tables were cleared but had not been wiped down after the previous customers. Food was OK and would have had better burgers and chips from McDonald's, and that says something. Salad in with burger was that old it had dried up 🫣 Was a long wait for food but was informed of this when ordering. Staff hanging around as if they weren't aware of their job start with helping with the long queue the one member of staff had at the till or even giving the tables a wipe down. Sadly we wont be returnuing and we do hope management will sort the issues.

Llysonnen RoadLovely breakfast as usual here, service is great, staff are happy and it’s a nice start on the way to a day out. Can honestly say I’ve never had a negative experience here, the food is great, good value for money and lots of it, place is spotless and the service is always really good. .
