Fuimos ayer a hacer el brunch sin fondo con otros 3 , como siempre comida brillante , un montón de bebidas y un servicio fantástico , siempre atendemos el menú sin gluten también , gracias , volveremos pronto x

Tuvimos un gran tiempo en Hedera. Visitamos para el brunch sin fondo y el personal era tan acogedor y genial con nosotros. Mientras estábamos allí hablamos con el gerente, el personal del bar y el chef. Todos fueron tan agradables. El chef acababa de lanzar su nuevo menú y la comida era fantástica, de lo que claramente estaba muy orgulloso. Había un DJ tocando música decente y el lugar estaba lleno de gente pasándola muy bien. Me gustaría recomendarlo.

Han estado aquí muchas muchas veces para el brunch sin fondo y nunca han tenido una mala experiencia. Siempre recibí una bienvenida encantadora y hoy fue justo lo mismo. Tenían 50% de descuento en comida. Pedidos cócteles que siempre son de primera categoría y la comida una vez más no decepcionó. Kebab de pollo, filete de chile giroscópico, pizza y pan de ajo con queso y 2 cócteles Increíble relación calidad-precio y todo estaba delicioso 😋

Tuve una gran fiesta para el brunch sin fondo en agosto. Estaba tan decepcionado con el servicio al cliente el día en que entré como la novia en la despedida de soltera que escuché a un miembro del personal decir "No se puede ser culo con esto ya" Un amigo entró poco después como le preguntó dónde estaban las escaleras a que saludó con "Quizás si buscas las escaleras que verías que están allí". Otro miembro del personal dijo en ocasiones servales "Ni siquiera debería estar aquí tengo conmoción cerebral" El bar no estaba lleno, tenían que ir a buscar hielo y jugos de abajo. No había café o martinis expreso que se prometió en el almuerzo sin fondo. También dijo que no había las copas correctas, así que se sirvió estrellas porno en copas de vino. Eventualmente, cuando otro miembro del personal se hizo cargo de la comida y las bebidas, lo pasamos bien, una chica joven que estaba trabajando era encantadora e hizo todo lo posible para hacernos felices y asentados. Después de tratar de discutir los problemas que tuvimos con el negocio en sí, ha tomado meses ponerse en contacto o incluso dar una explicación. Se discutió el día y en varias ocasiones dijimos que faltaba comida e incluso discutimos cómo actuó el personal cuando entramos con otro miembro del personal. He tenido mensajes ignorados y me han hablado como basura por el personal sobre los mensajes. Cctv no tiene audio por lo que no se puede probar 0 Disculpa. Estoy tan decepcionado con el servicio al cliente y no volveré y las personas que se unieron a mí en el día tampoco lo estarán.

Este lugar es increíble y limpio, la comida es deliciosa, las bebidas son geniales y el personal es amable! Realmente recomiendo este lugar!

Booked for a bottomless brunch as a group for a birthday we went early to put balloons on a table when we went back for the brunch we had been moved upstairs to a dark room were no one else was with no one in the bar all the entertainment was going on downstairs felt like we had just been shoved out the way they had either overbooked or accepting walk in when they were already full. After being left ignored upstairs for 20 mins we had to ask for someone to take our drinks order and we got back what you here for I didn’t no you were up here! 30 mins after our order being taken a member of our party complained the reply was we are just arranging done complimentary wine for your table (this must be the wine he had just walked in with in a Tesco carrier bag !) and none of our party even drink wine! We were all that annoyed with waiting we got our money back and went and spent it on cocktails in weatherspoons! The whole experience was a shambles and spoiled what was meant to be a birthday day out with friends. That was my first and last visit to hedera and i definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!

Very disappointed in how our visit ended and spoilt our evening out!! Booked a table for 5pm Tonight Sunday. We arrived a little early, showed straight to our table. I had to ask for a drinks menu but that was ok, it was bought straight to the table and we ordered drinks that can quickly. Food was ordered and arrived to the table within about 10mins (5.10pm) again fantastic, food was all nice, but this is when it went down hill. Two other tables left which only left us there, (5.30pm) staff proceeded to wipe the tables and lift upturn the chairs onto the tables around us, I thought maybe it was to just to sweep under the table but no, that’s where they stayed, next thing the kitchen staff came through with there bags and sat near the bar. We felt so uncomfortable and obviously they were waiting to leave. Our plates were cleared away, and the bill was put on the table for us to pay “when we was ready!” In the servers words. We had not asked for it. We were planning on having another cocktail after our meals. Clearly this was not going to happen. Myself and 3 others went outside while my husband paid the bill. Before he had even come out of the building all the shutters except the door were put down. We felt rushed and uncomfortable and it ruined our evening out celebrating and think it was Unbelievably Rude. So sadly despite the food being nice we shall not be returning and will not be recommending.

Fantastic food and the staff gave amazing service. We were a large party of 19 so to keep up with our drinks orders would have definitely been a challenge! Went above and beyond so thanks to everyone for a fab evening.

We’ve been to Hedera a few times and the food is fantastic, so when we discovered they had a function room, we couldn’t resist booking for our wedding. We had a gyros station for 60 guests and a buffet in the evening for 80 and we were amazed by the portions and quality of the food. So much so that everyone were too full to eat the buffet!! Absolute hats off to the wonderful staff for making everything run so smoothly, and for keeping up with us at the bar. A special shout out to Lucas who kept in touch with us throughout the day to make sure it was perfect, and the blonde lady (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) who was on the bar throughout the day. The function room is free and has lovely decor throughout. 100% recommended for either a meal, drinks or a party!!

Had the bottomless brunch , great cocktails. Food very good. Service excellent . Servers Mariah and Demi were amazing , our glasses never left empty . Would definitely re visit and would highly recommend.
