Very good welcome , service , timing and food However £80 for two small steaks and chips and one bottle of sparkling water is greedy …12.5% service charge is cheeky We were there 50 minutes ! If over 1.5 hours then set service charge is acceptable not under an hour …. It should be up to us to decide … we have tipped but not that much This is not … we won’t go back sorry but this isn’t right if you are just wanting a quick good steak …

The food was stupidly over priced, my chair was broken before I even sat down, service was awful and we had 3 of our meals then had to wait about 20 minutes to get the forth.

My first visit but had mixed reviews. Very busy, chose the set menu, after the starters should have had a champagne sorbet but this was overlooked and our mains were served next, we asked about the sorbet and they admitted their mistake and asked if we wanted after the mains. I had rump steak with peppercorn sauce and was offered options of chips, mash etc so chose mash, no mention that this had an extra charge. The peppercorn sauce was cold so had to ask if I could have it warmed up. Food was nice otherwise. Had dessert and then choice of tea or coffee. A few people waiting for tables and were standing right next to our table which was a bit off putting. Felt rushed to leave as bill was brought over whilst still drinking our tea which was about 1 and a half hours after sitting down. Queried bill as had also been charged for the tea and asked also about charge for the mash. Tea amount was removed but mash was not. Can't really fault the food other than the cold sauce. The staff were very friendly and polite, just slightly disappointed with the overall experience as expected it to be a bit better.

We went for the Tuesday 2 for 1 offer, and I have to say the steaks were fantastic, the servers were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was great. It was packed. I'd definitely recommend

Nice food a bit overpriced but the service charge is over the top

This is now the second time in a row I get stringy sirloins. £95 for 2 people should at least assure a better cut. Oh and I don't like the mandatory 12 5% service charge. This is not America. Yeah... See you.

Lovely food, presentation was good. My daughter's steak wasn't cooked enough for her. But the sauce was delicious. The steak yorkie was absolutely amazing. The beef was tender, and the sauce flavoursome. Now, I am fussy about Mac n Cheese, but this one was really good. My daughter said her sauce made her feel like she was at home in pj's having a Sunday roast.

we had a roast platter for 3 presentation was amazing as we're the veg and sundries but was badly let down by the meat: chicken was very dry chunks belly pork was again chunks, but so fatty without a bit of crackling or indeed any crunch beef was strips of overdone steak, didn't even see lamb. certainly not enough meat for three people, will visit once more hoping caught on a bad day

This is a great steak house with a variety of meat steak options. Portion size is plentiful. The atmosphere was buzzing from customers of all ages and the service was very good.

Good but could be great. We tried the August 5 course set menu, the food we had was really good, I really couldn't fault it. Everything was cooked really well. The only thing that put us off was that we never got the palate cleanser which we didn't realise until we got home! Our mains never came with onion rings which was listed on the menu and the service was so slow (there for almost 3 hours) so we chose not to have the teas and coffee at the end. The staff were super friendly though and I'd like to think we just went on a bad day. Would definitely give it another try as the quality of the food was superb.

Nearly 2 hour wait for food which was cold when it arrived, drinks service was awful and we found a magot in the salad

The food is absolutely delicious, we had the ribeye steak and it was beautifully done! A bit pricy, but hey you get what you pay for.

Steaks didn't meet our expectations. Fillet was excellent but the sirloin was average and the rump poor. For the money I would expect better.

Wow!! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The only downside was the lack of parking but the extra effort was totally worth it. As a non meat eater there were several options and I went for seabass that was cooked to perfection on a bed of the most decadent and delicious mash I have ever tasted. The arancini starter was delightful with wonderful texture and the fresh ingredients just sang.. My meat eating boyfriend was utterly in his element, salivating over the entire menu and eventually opted for the lunchtime combo of steak and ribs with chicken wings for starters. We were slightly beaten by the generous portions but 100% recommend..if you go.. go hungry and go again and again! Has easily slipped in to the top spot of best Farnham eatery for us..in no small part down to the amazing service we received from Daniel who was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.. discreetly keeping us topped up and well cared for without at all hovering. Cannot wait to come back.. thank you for making this a special birthday experience for us!!

Finally we got a table at Heavens Kitchen it is so popular. And we found out why, fantastic wine list we had the Rioja. My mum rated her Yorkshire puddings the best. The delicious eton mess made us all smile.

Amazing 🤩 literally stumbled across this place as the place we were going to eat was closed. It did not disappoint, we decided to go for the 40oz rump as it worked out not that much more than 2 normal sized steaks and what a decision. The waiter was super friendly and my wife and him bonded over music taste, I wasn’t so keen on Michael Bolton, but they were enjoying it. The restaurant was nicely kitted out and they had a great selection of steaks. When the steak came out it was perfectly cooked and the sauces and chips and onion rings were incredible too. I had a virgin mojito as I was driving and that was really nice, had I had more space I would have liked to try the milkshakes, but the meal was enough to feed us twice over, that didn’t upset me as I now have some cracking meat to cook a meal at home with. We will definitely be returning in the near future, I don’t usually have steak out as I can cook it home, but this was definitely worth it.

Went for a Sunday roast as a family. The staff member was extremely attentive & we were well looked after. The roast dinner meat especially the beef was top notch. The pigs in blankets were delicious along with the cauliflower cheese. The vegetables were slightly overdone & the roast potatoes were huge but lacked that crunch & crisp we look for but that's personal preference! The only negative was the child's roast chicken should be breast instead of leg as it was a nightmare de boning it for a 4 year yp eat!

Good menu but not a great service and attention to detail. Issues we had were things like cold plates with steak, cold sauce, not being asked to sample wine, etc. And this is not a cheap place to eat!

Visited the Farnham restaurant tonight, absolutely wonderful service by every staff member. Friendly, polite and attentive. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was so nice and welcoming and at no point did we feel rushed. Great night had by all 😊

We had an amazing meal, the wait staff were so attentive and extremely polite. The food was incredible, the starters were amazing especially the pork belly bites and the calamari. Our mains were also incredible I managed to polish off a 16oz ribeye steak on the bone, so much so that when I was eating it, I did not say a word as I was enjoying it so much. It was also my birthday, we hadn’t said anything till towards the end of meal just in passing. But they were so amazing and went out of their way to treat me, by surprising me with ice cream with a candle in. Encouraging the entire restaurant to sing happy birthday, it made me feel so special and I will certainly be going there for my birthday celebrations again as every part of the evening was fantastic! They were so attentive and more importantly valued their customers. I cannot fault any single thing about the evening!

Having frequented Heaven's Kitchen four times in the last two months, I'm already planning my next visit. The ambiance here is second to none, thanks in no small part to the incredibly welcoming staff who ensure a laid-back dining atmosphere. On the culinary front, we've indulged in the Tomahawk, Rump, Sirloin, and Feathered Steak, each dish impressing us with its flawless preparation. Most recently, I brought my parents along, and my mum opted for the lamb, which, true to form, was exceptional. Heaven's Kitchen has consistently delivered both top-notch service and culinary perfection, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for an outstanding steakhouse experience.

Had lunch today for my wife’s birthday, food fantastic, service superb. Value for money , brilliant. I don’t mind paying good money for all of this. Will certainly be back. Many thanks.

I think zoye was our server's name. She was absolutely amazing and great at her job. Only problem is that the manager seems awful. I can see him pushing everyone around for no reason and when I wanted to leave a cash tip instead of one on their card machines he accused our waiter of telling us to do that when she didn't. Servers are amazing maybe get a new manager

Service was excellent. We went on a Friday early evening, it was busy but did not impact the excellent service. We have also eaten at the Alton, whilst i preferred the food at Alton i preferred the service and atmosphere in Farnham. I would recommend both restaurants for an evening meal out.

Much recommended place for a quality dinner! Very good starters, perfect to share, in fact we had the sticky pork belly, the chicken popcorn and the fried brie. But this was just the anticipation for the main course: an amazing sirloin perfectly cooked and very delicious. The dessert was just the cherry on the dinner: a sticky toffee pudding with some custard cream that was really amazing. Quick and kind service coupled with a nice and cozy location, loved it!

The food was excellent and the waitress service was superb, very attentive and served our table with a smile ☺ Never been here before but will definitely be back again. Lovely meal, wonderful service and a great time had by all.

We had a lovely time at Heavens Kitchen in Farnham. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our meal. The food (12oz rib eye steak) was exceptionally good. Possibly the best flavoured and most tender steak I've had in years. Based on the above I have already made plans to return with family and friends very soon. Thanks.

Really awful experience for my birthday. Steak was expensive and cooked poorly. Kitchen took it back and cooked a second steak and it was tough even though rare/medium-rare. TBone steak was not very tasty. Boderlaise sauce had almost no flavour. Chips were good. Atmosphere was awful with staff arguing and customers complaining. We were very disappointed considering the positive reviews and reputation. Waiter dropped a glass of wine all over 2 other customers and then joked about it with other tables. Service was generally poor, food was pretty bad and the price was high. Very expensive for a bad night in a restaurant. Will not be going back.

Seriously you cannot go wrong with anything here. Great food, staff and value for money. We always go for the Tomahawk, creamy mushrooms and garlic bread, winning combination.

Sadly we didn't have a good experience last night compared to other times. We had to wait over an hour for our food. They also mixed our steak sauces up, which we only realised once we had poured it on the steak. There was barely an apology until I said something. The excuse was that they were very busy. Unfortunately that is not a good reason to forget our meals. We have been here before and it has been lovely but unfortunately, last night the food and the customer service was far from satisfactory.

My husband and I just enjoyed our first ( of I am sure many) steak dinners tonight. The food, staff( Rigel) and atmosphere is outstanding. I cannot recommend this place enough. We have already booked for our anniversary as this is now our go- to steak restaurant! We had Sunday roast here in the 28th where Zoya served us and she was also fantastic. It is always nice when an owner is around to get stuck in and mingle with guests. I cannot fault this place. It completely deserves any support it gets. We will be back again and again.

Had Sunday roast here last week. I can only say that it was an experience. The best Sunday roast I've ever had, no jokes. Hats off to Mario and his team. Zoya was our waitress, and she was lovely. We returned tonight for steak night. My wife and I had the 20 oz T- bone steaks. The did not dissapoint. We will be back!

We (4) took advantage of a 50% off main meal deal, lovely steak, Main and yummy Dessert. It was busy because of 50% discount, but did not affect service, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable evening with friends.

I'm scoring for the Farnham restaurant here, superb, very good chateaubriand, very popular and very busy, even mid week.

Everything about this restaurant was sublime, the steak was one of the best I’ve ever had and my partner got the Mac n cheese with steak bits and she loved it too the staff where so friendly and knowledgeable on the food

Fantastic food, Tuesday 2 for 1 offer is great value. However 12.5% service charge, I feel is a bit much, although discretionary, you feel awkward asking to have it removed.

We came as a family of 3 and absolutely loved coming here. The food, services and everything was more than expected and we will definately be returning on a regular basis.

Great food, but we had a couple of issues during the meal which were more or less resolved. It left a bit of an odd feeling, but I'd try them again - we all have tough days and Xmas season can be challenging for front of house.

Please do not expect what you see on the website as the food looks unbelievable but in reality it’s average and expensive

I ignored the negative reviews and visited the restaurant. I was disappointed!! while at first looking at the prices I thought I found the right place, when the food came I realized I made a mistake. chanky gourmet chips from bookers, ketchup sauce chefs leader from bookers, the pepper sauce was indifferent and the marrow was missing from the T-bone which only the grilling was good but the quality was low. the appetizers were just decent. the atmosphere a bit annoying from customers who behaved as if the restaurant was their own. And I find the 12.5% ​​service charge for Farnham very high.

Food was perfectly cooked & seasoned. Service was a bit slow but they were short staffed on the day we had booked. It was also a Tuesday which is their 2-4-1 steak night and they had 5 birthday parties in that night - so the place was packed!

Good, delicious steak eating times to be had by all 😋 Out for this world cuts and nice sides. I wouldn’t recommend the Meaty Mac though, it’s like a pasta beef stew, as opposed Mac n’ Cheese

My partner and I visited Friday 1st December and we cannot fault the service, albeit a little slow to bring your drinks but they apologised and the rest of the evening was great. We had the chateaubriand and it was the best steak we have had, pricey but the food, atmosphere and friendly attentive staff were worth every penny. Thanks guys

Swizel was an excellent host, attentive, amusing and efficient.

The food is lovely, service ok but I don't think I would go and pay full price (I had a Groupon voucher and set menu). Ice cream they give you two scoops in a little glass cup but if you order the Eton mess it's huge! Quite disproportionate. It was still £100 for four with the 3 course meal already paid for with the voucher.
