Have visited a few times now & have always found the staff to be very welcoming and the food delicious. Miss the mid-week £30 set menu but for the quality of the food, we don’t mind paying on special occasions. Good selections of wines and even the house is delicious.

Food and service was fantastic, had the tomahawk which was season well, tender and tasted great. 1st time visiting after checking trip advisor for good restaurants in Farnham. This restaurant had a high rating so decided to book for our anniversary. Definitely deserves to be a highly rated restaurant. Will most certainly return.

We went there for my husband‘s birthday and had an absolutely wonderful time! Rigels was our server, and he was fantastic and incredibly helpful! The steak Yorkies were crazy delicious! We’ll be coming back for more!

I've just had quite possibly the best meal ever here. Everything including our steaks, beef brisket and service was absolutely devine. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I honestly can't fault the price. My only slight complaint is the prices, paying almost £9 for a pint of beer is very steep and the highest I've ever had to pay at any establishment in the UK. Will definitely come back here for a special treat again with my family real soon.

I am writing this because it felt bad when a place like this offers such a bad experience. I went with my family and it was definitely not worth what we pay for ! Also one of the dish was served dry and felt like a fast food Item . The other steak was perfect but again , did not have any good sides for them . I felt like , we were treated badly ! Expensive and would always prefer other common steak places anytime . Sorry to say This ! Never coming back !

We enjoyed a wonderful meal, the staff were superb. We had a lovely waiter serve us who informed us it was his first trial shift, he was exceptionally accommodating. Food was extremely good, chef outstanding! Highly recommend!

Me and my family attended here today for lunch and I was amazed at how accommodating the staff were, my children 5 and 3 both have adhd and autism and the staff were so friendly and even played games with the children to keep them at ease. They catered to their strange requests lol and the food was top tier! Overall amazing experience will not forget and most definitely go again!

Unfortunately they fell short in every aspect. Booked the table on Tuesday for Saturday (2 People) Got a phone call Saturday lunchtime asking me if I’m still coming cause they’ve over booked. Told them I was still coming as planned. Was then asked if I could change my booking time to an hour earlier, I had work and couldn’t make it any earlier, then proceeded to ask if I could come an hour later, which I couldn’t cause I had to work around a baby sitter also. On arrival we were seated straight away, after 10 mins I had to ask for a menu as no one had even acknowledged our presence. Once the menu was received we ordered our drinks and our starters, before our drinks had even arrived we was asked was we ready to order our mains… ok… at this point thought maybe we was wrong and the service was actually great, we was ready to order so brilliant…. Fast forward 10 mins… our mains come out, still not had our drinks or our starters! When ALL the food arrived it didn’t get any better, calamari was massively over cooked, onion rings was nothing but burnt batter! Both ordered a 8oz Sirloin steak, We both normally order a medium rare but menu suggestions medium so I ordered a medium and the mrs ordered medium rare. My cut of steak wasn’t a Sirloin it was more a battered down thin off cut of crap which was more cooked medium rare. Mrs steak was definitely a Sirloin but was far from medium rare! People next to us had ordered their food before us yet was just receiving their starters as we was leaving. Shambles from start to finish. Went elsewhere for our dessert and won’t be returning anytime soon! Total bill was £110 for 2 “starters” 2 8oz steaks and 2 alcoholic drinks, 1 soft drink

The most amazing chateaubriand! 24oz of amazing meat, cooked as requested (medium) every mouthful was thoroughly enjoyed, didn’t want it to end! I have been here many times and never had an issue, today the quality and size of the meat was truly outstanding. Highly recommend. Good service too. Special offer today on chateaubriand and tomahawk steaks.

Came for a lovely steak birthday dinner with 3 friends, served by reges who was very attentive to our every need, polite and friendly. Steak was perfectly cooked and cut perfectly by the chef upon request. all food was amazing. Thank you all we will be coming back:)

We decided on a last minute treat night, and have driven past Heaven's Kitchen so many times we decided to give it a go. Booked a table with ease a couple of hours hefore. What a good choice! Staff were so friendly and welcoming, service was prompt and attentive. Food was out of this world delicious!! I had sirloin steak and husband had T-bone steak. Melt in your mouth deliciousness, so much flavour. Will definitely come again, thank you for providing us with a great evening.

We had plans to eat somewhere else, but something unexpected happened, and we landed at Heaven's Kitchen. Talk about good fortune! Right as we stepped through the door warm grins and top-notch service met us. The team was super friendly, sharp, and hospitable, which made us feel right at home. The meals were out of this world. Each plate was a flavor explosion and a feast for the eyes. They played some tunes, and it set a nice vibe—quiet enough so our chat kept flowing. Even though they ran out of a dish I wanted, the team made a big effort to hook me up with an tasty plan B. We loved the place, like , and guess what? We’ve lined up two more dinners at Heaven's Kitchen. Kid you not, it's our top pick for eats now. Gotta hand it to 'em, a solid 11/10.

Sunday Roast... delicious. First time at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The beef was cooked to perfection, yorkies, beautifully cooked veggies.

Can’t fault the service, However the food wasn’t all that for the price. The massive disappointment was the false advertisement of £30 off on your birthday. This is fact isn’t the case if you order from the festive menu which isn’t mentioned anywhere. When I questioned this the manager was not willing to accept that the advertisement wasn’t clear

Went for Christmas dinner and ordered the turkey. But it looked like a strange pig in blanket with stuffing inside (in picture), not really a roast turkey and quite small (sausage size). The brie starter I had was very nice though.

Good, delicious steak eating times to be had by all 😋 Out for this world cuts and nice sides. I wouldn’t recommend the Meaty Mac though, it’s like a pasta beef stew, as opposed Mac n’ Cheese. Christmas 🎅 and Sunday Roast menus were amazing on following 2024 visit, but there was a lot of confusion with bill. Some staff could benefit from support in their command of the English language to be honest. 🥩 🍟 🥦 🍅 🥕

Very disappointed with lack of knowledge around allergens and so nonchalant it made for an unpleasant evening! My father’s rare cancer was caused by gluten, so now he is on a very strict GF diet, this isnt a fad this is serious! I emailed to check whether GF was an option and was told yes, at the time of booking my mum also reiterated this on the phone! Nothing listed on the menu so my father asked the waiter if the scallops could be GF, response ‘we can try’ !! When this was put on the table, we asked again if it was GF response ‘well if you asked for it to be it will be’ Was given a menu for the puddings by the same waiter and we asked what would be GF, he looked surprised we were asking and thought it was just the ice cream! The food was lovely but very disappointed and wont be returning or recommending!

Very good welcome , service , timing and food However £80 for two small steaks and chips and one bottle of sparkling water is greedy …12.5% service charge is cheeky We were there 50 minutes ! If over 1.5 hours then set service charge is acceptable not under an hour …. It should be up to us to decide … we have tipped but not that much This is not … we won’t go back sorry but this isn’t right if you are just wanting a quick good steak …

The food was stupidly over priced, my chair was broken before I even sat down, service was awful and we had 3 of our meals then had to wait about 20 minutes to get the forth.

My first visit but had mixed reviews. Very busy, chose the set menu, after the starters should have had a champagne sorbet but this was overlooked and our mains were served next, we asked about the sorbet and they admitted their mistake and asked if we wanted after the mains. I had rump steak with peppercorn sauce and was offered options of chips, mash etc so chose mash, no mention that this had an extra charge. The peppercorn sauce was cold so had to ask if I could have it warmed up. Food was nice otherwise. Had dessert and then choice of tea or coffee. A few people waiting for tables and were standing right next to our table which was a bit off putting. Felt rushed to leave as bill was brought over whilst still drinking our tea which was about 1 and a half hours after sitting down. Queried bill as had also been charged for the tea and asked also about charge for the mash. Tea amount was removed but mash was not. Can't really fault the food other than the cold sauce. The staff were very friendly and polite, just slightly disappointed with the overall experience as expected it to be a bit better.

This is now the second time in a row I get stringy sirloins. £95 for 2 people should at least assure a better cut. Oh and I don't like the mandatory 12 5% service charge. This is not America. Yeah... See you.

Lovely food, presentation was good. My daughter's steak wasn't cooked enough for her. But the sauce was delicious. The steak yorkie was absolutely amazing. The beef was tender, and the sauce flavoursome. Now, I am fussy about Mac n Cheese, but this one was really good. My daughter said her sauce made her feel like she was at home in pj's having a Sunday roast.

we had a roast platter for 3 presentation was amazing as we're the veg and sundries but was badly let down by the meat: chicken was very dry chunks belly pork was again chunks, but so fatty without a bit of crackling or indeed any crunch beef was strips of overdone steak, didn't even see lamb. certainly not enough meat for three people, will visit once more hoping caught on a bad day

This is a great steak house with a variety of meat steak options. Portion size is plentiful. The atmosphere was buzzing from customers of all ages and the service was very good.

Good but could be great. We tried the August 5 course set menu, the food we had was really good, I really couldn't fault it. Everything was cooked really well. The only thing that put us off was that we never got the palate cleanser which we didn't realise until we got home! Our mains never came with onion rings which was listed on the menu and the service was so slow (there for almost 3 hours) so we chose not to have the teas and coffee at the end. The staff were super friendly though and I'd like to think we just went on a bad day. Would definitely give it another try as the quality of the food was superb.

Nearly 2 hour wait for food which was cold when it arrived, drinks service was awful and we found a magot in the salad

Steaks didn't meet our expectations. Fillet was excellent but the sirloin was average and the rump poor. For the money I would expect better.

Wow!! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The only downside was the lack of parking but the extra effort was totally worth it. As a non meat eater there were several options and I went for seabass that was cooked to perfection on a bed of the most decadent and delicious mash I have ever tasted. The arancini starter was delightful with wonderful texture and the fresh ingredients just sang.. My meat eating boyfriend was utterly in his element, salivating over the entire menu and eventually opted for the lunchtime combo of steak and ribs with chicken wings for starters. We were slightly beaten by the generous portions but 100% recommend..if you go.. go hungry and go again and again! Has easily slipped in to the top spot of best Farnham eatery for us..in no small part down to the amazing service we received from Daniel who was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.. discreetly keeping us topped up and well cared for without at all hovering. Cannot wait to come back.. thank you for making this a special birthday experience for us!!

Finally we got a table at Heavens Kitchen it is so popular. And we found out why, fantastic wine list we had the Rioja. My mum rated her Yorkshire puddings the best. The delicious eton mess made us all smile.

Amazing 🤩 literally stumbled across this place as the place we were going to eat was closed. It did not disappoint, we decided to go for the 40oz rump as it worked out not that much more than 2 normal sized steaks and what a decision. The waiter was super friendly and my wife and him bonded over music taste, I wasn’t so keen on Michael Bolton, but they were enjoying it. The restaurant was nicely kitted out and they had a great selection of steaks. When the steak came out it was perfectly cooked and the sauces and chips and onion rings were incredible too. I had a virgin mojito as I was driving and that was really nice, had I had more space I would have liked to try the milkshakes, but the meal was enough to feed us twice over, that didn’t upset me as I now have some cracking meat to cook a meal at home with. We will definitely be returning in the near future, I don’t usually have steak out as I can cook it home, but this was definitely worth it.

Went for a Sunday roast as a family. The staff member was extremely attentive & we were well looked after. The roast dinner meat especially the beef was top notch. The pigs in blankets were delicious along with the cauliflower cheese. The vegetables were slightly overdone & the roast potatoes were huge but lacked that crunch & crisp we look for but that's personal preference! The only negative was the child's roast chicken should be breast instead of leg as it was a nightmare de boning it for a 4 year yp eat!

Good menu but not a great service and attention to detail. Issues we had were things like cold plates with steak, cold sauce, not being asked to sample wine, etc. And this is not a cheap place to eat!

We had an amazing meal, the wait staff were so attentive and extremely polite. The food was incredible, the starters were amazing especially the pork belly bites and the calamari. Our mains were also incredible I managed to polish off a 16oz ribeye steak on the bone, so much so that when I was eating it, I did not say a word as I was enjoying it so much. It was also my birthday, we hadn’t said anything till towards the end of meal just in passing. But they were so amazing and went out of their way to treat me, by surprising me with ice cream with a candle in. Encouraging the entire restaurant to sing happy birthday, it made me feel so special and I will certainly be going there for my birthday celebrations again as every part of the evening was fantastic! They were so attentive and more importantly valued their customers. I cannot fault any single thing about the evening!

Having frequented Heaven's Kitchen four times in the last two months, I'm already planning my next visit. The ambiance here is second to none, thanks in no small part to the incredibly welcoming staff who ensure a laid-back dining atmosphere. On the culinary front, we've indulged in the Tomahawk, Rump, Sirloin, and Feathered Steak, each dish impressing us with its flawless preparation. Most recently, I brought my parents along, and my mum opted for the lamb, which, true to form, was exceptional. Heaven's Kitchen has consistently delivered both top-notch service and culinary perfection, making it a must-visit for anyone looking for an outstanding steakhouse experience.
