Food was great, service was great. The interior is lovely and I wish I could eat here every breakfast. Kaan was the server today and he was very kind and took care of us while we were there.

Amazing dessert restaurant with a huge menu. I had the 5 dish dessert tapas + Watermelon & Mint Mojito. Everyone else's dessert looked & were proclaimed fabulous too! Not cheap but excellent quality

Today, we met Alan from Heavenly Dessert during our trip in Southampton and he made us discover what my wife qualified as “a dessert crafted just for her”… Yup! It was that good. And the service was amazing, definitely a “go to” for those visiting the area. And for the locals, I don’t think you realize how blessed you are! Thanks Alan! I hope we’ll meet again :)

Love Heavenly Desserts. We visit it often! This evening we were waited on by Ariyaan. Very polite and professional. He went over and above to ensure that everyone enjoyed their evening.

Decor, atmosphere and service all spot on, plus caters to gluten-free and vegans. Would highly recommend. Ariyaan was highly professional.

Lovely place and delicious food. I came for brunch, had the scrambled eggs on crofle with lamb bacon. The eggs were perfect and the bacon had a strong flavor that worked well with the crofle. My server Kaan was very attentive and hospitable. I would definitely come back again!

Nice decor and nice food but my boyfriend’s waffle had very little sauce on it compared to mine. We asked for more (took a while just to get someone’s attention) and then that took a long time to receive (think they forgot) but it wasn’t busy at all so that was frustrating. Also didn’t notice until after I paid that they had added an optional service charge of 12.50% to the bill which I would’ve taken off had I looked more closely. Learnt my lesson! Nice food but service should’ve been better.

The absolute best Full Breakfast I've had in England. Lamb bacon was just one totally surprising unique feature. Why there isn't a line out the door during the brunch hours is a wonder. Great value. The server was the only disappointment, just seemed to never have had hospitality training.

I really like the vanilla pistachio milk cake!!And the service from the staff Kaan is also really good!

Excellent experience as usual from Heavenly Deserts came for 2 days to Southampton area went to Heavenly for both days. Always recommend amazing staff especially the young team and in particular Joshua & Ariyaan who made us feel like valued customers well done lads!

The attitude of the service staff is very good. The environment is also very good. There are sockets near the wall. The business hours end late, which is very suitable for catching up with people. The desserts are basically not overwhelming. I have ordered coffee and smoothies among the drinks, and they are all very good!

My favorite place for desserts, everything is always soo good and the menu is soooo unique! Great atmosphere and amaaaaaazing staff ❤️ especially to Kaan with the positive attitude who made our experience very pleasant !

I recently visited this place for the first time. While the ambiance is nice and the setup is well done, the service and food prices don't justify the experience. I ordered a cup of coffee, which took 30 minutes to arrive even after reminding the staff. The coffee itself was just average, nothing remarkable.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cosy. I ordered cookie dough with biscoff and came in a nice plate and was a very fulfilling meal. I would definitely recommend this place so delicious sweets and coffee.

The place was busy but they were able to get me seated and assisted quickly! I came in because I saw the Royal Waffle online and the food was beyond my expectations. Kaan was super helpful and quick to help with any question I had on the menu.

I went in to heavenly desserts and the waiter (Josh) took it in his hand to boldly suggest a dish to my liking, I loved this energy and confidence in his choice and direction and was blown over with his choice. Me and my daughter are extremely happy as I am penning this. Kaan was also equally amazing with his adept customer service, warm smile and great aura constantly on show..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great food but the service is appalling. Staff aren't unfriendly or anything, but the wait times are crazy. We came in as a party of 4, waited 15 mins for our order to be taken, then another 30 mins for the food. Half of us got our food, but we were staring at it for 5 mins as they didnt give us cutlery lol. Then one of us got something they didn't order, and the last one of us didn't get their milkshake until all of us had finished our food. Surely it would make sense to at least give us cutlery during that 45 minute wait. Sort it out guys, its a nice place otherwise!

This was our first time visiting the place. We went there for an early birthday celebration for me with my family and relatives 6 in total. Service was OK the food was Mediocre nothing special or shout about. The service wasn't particularly great, one lonely student running around the tables, then be told we could of ordered by the QR code on the table.. Not very helpful, especially if we haven't been told by the server. The dessert were expensive for the portion size they came in, the crepe and waffles were burnt, the milk cake was over saturated with milk so the whole thing was just a mush, you would of thought it was baby food ... My sundae consist of two baby small scoops of ice cream a little sprinkling of meringue, two micro strawberries a drizzle of the sauce and some unripe mango pieces.. We had student discount but only told it only applies to one desert and drink, you had to go out to the window to seek the Ts and Cs even then you would have to go online to see it explained.. Overall would not visit again, as the trend and hype depict this dessert eatery. Maybe it was a Sunday trading and it's less busy or staff just couldn't be bothered attitude.. Not away to drum business.

My friend had an ant in her dessert, and considering these desserts cost roughly £8-£10 each you would not expect that. My crepe was horrific, not even worth a pound honestly. Dry, cold, not enough toppings. All for £9, I think not. After complaining about the ant, they just brought us a new fork ?!! Are you crazy what is that going to fix?? So then we said we won’t be eating any more. They did not come back to try and apologise or resolve the issue. I then had to go up to pay and had to really push to not pay for the rubbish ant dessert however the crepe still had to be paid for… total waste of money please don’t waste your time

Very very good! My mom and I ordered the Banoffee S’mores Crepe and the Caramel Monkey Bread and both were amazing. The waiter informed us that the Monkey Bread would take about 15 minutes or so which made us unsure about getting it but it was WELL worth the wait. The Banoffee S’mores Crepe was my favorite of the two. The sweetness of the crepe batter with the brightness of the perfectly ripe banana with the slight saltiness of the toffee sauce had my taste buds singing! I would definitely add this place to your list next time you’re in Southampton.

Lovely and big Heavenly Desserts branch, not too dissimilar from the other ones around the UK but there were a few new things on the menu to try. Went for the Speculoos Croffle and the Salted Caramel and Banana Warm Brownie Sundae which were both delicious as always. For drinks, we were unable to choose so were recommended to try the Rose lemonade and the Pomegranate Mojito and they didn’t disappoint! Joshua was friendly and welcoming from the get go and even checked in on us later to see if we liked his recommendations (they were fab)!
