Heavenly Desserts in Blackburn with Darwen

Just came back from here. We had a meal somewhere else but wanted dessert too, so we tried this place. Very pleasant , comfortable and well decorated place. Staff friendly and great service. The food tasted fresh and flavoursome. We will go back.

Went for my mates bday and it was aight. Leng food and all dat, service was mint aswell init. Respect on my brothers name, rahim the main man‼️ man’s service was 10/10 so I’ll write one. Mans gonna come again only if he’s there 💯

So tasty and fresh, and the waffles stay warm. Drinks are amazing too, I had a dirty chai latte with oat milk 🤤.

A range of options from savoury to sweet and vegan. The ice-cream was sublime and the drinks refreshing. The staff were delightful and friendly. It was very busy on the evening we visited but the service from the staff was very quick and professional for a large group.

Zayna Makda was giving me bad service . She was saying I’m an ugly person after I asked for her snap😭😭

Really friendly and attentive staff. The prettiest dessert shop . So much to choose from .Had the cheesecakes and cookie cough all to die for. Beautiful ice cream . Will definitely be visiting again soon . Well worth a trip to silverburn.

Arrived here at about 6.30pm to a warm welcome, service was quick and the staff were lovely. Got the royale waffle and my son got the banoffee waffle. Delicious, thank you

Firstly I wanted to say a big thank you to a lovely waitress we had today I wish I had her name - she went above and beyond to make sure my son aged nine and myself had a lovely holiday treat - made sure we got a window seat after promptly replying to my email the day before - then giving us great advice and a little dish of strawberries as we couldn’t decide chocolate or strawberry she added the little dish to just make it right xxx thanks Heavenly desserts

We came here to take advantage of the 50% discount. We booked for 8:30, arrived for 8:20 and were told 10 mins. We were seated 25 mins later- but we didn’t mind. Inside the female hostess was great.

Came here on a hot summers day and I got some cool profiteroles and icecream, exactly what I needed. I love me a mojito and the watermelon mojito was delicious and refreshing. Would definitely come again.

Hey guys this was a perfect American waffle topped with Nutella and Strawberries and some cream and a blob of ice cream. It sounded great and literally tasted immaculate. It is a good size of portion and I shared it with my mate and we both just about finished. I also had a luxury hot chocolate which was with rich chocolate, it sounds very chocolate but it was something to drool over. First time visit and certainly happy with the service and recommendations from staff on what to order.

I have visited a few times now and the service is now much better than it was previously. Their desserts are made well and serving time is also very quick. Not the cheapest but by far one of the best in Blackburn.

Came with a large group and ordered some tea and variety of desserts. Although the food was really nice, everyone got their dessert at different times so we had to watch everyone eat while we waited which was kinda peak. The staff did give us a discount though so it wasn't too bad.

I've read a few reviews about heavenly desserts in blackburn which haven't been very positive. However I must say my every visit (3 times a month) has been exceptional both in terms of customer service and quality of desserts. Me and my niece have visited this place more times than I can remember and each visit has been positive. The owners of this place are polite and always willing to help. I would highly recommend both a visit and my favourite dessert Jam Roly Poly and custard yum! Lol

The atmosphere at heavenly desserts is the best, the customer service, the food & ofcourse all the staff that work there & they’re are very welcoming, the desserts and drinks are 10/10 for sure 👌🏼

Absolutely disappointed with my visit to this place today. As soon as the staff came to give us the menus the first thing he said ‘ oh just to let u know we dont do curries here!’. I dont know what he was thinking or trying to say but I definitely got offended. What a thing to say to your customers. Felt judged maybe by the way we were dressed ( we were dressed normal). The place is called ‘heavenly desserts’ so any sane person would obviously think it is a dessert place. Why would staff need to point that out? Spoilt my evening.

Nice decor, smashing staff modern but the desserts are way way way way way too sweet.....unable to eat and utterly nauseating.....makes the whole thing pointless and a waste of money. Sorry but wouldn’t go back Below is what I thought I was getting vs the cheesecake with the biscoff dump on it. Sometimes less is more.

We went in the evening when it was very busy. We had to wait to be seated and the food came very quick. Lots of choices of deserts, good food and worth a visit.

Great food-good service all the food came together was well presented in particular the Jam Roly Poly 👌 would definitely recommend it’s a must try 👍

Great desserts as always can’t fault their food.. however, the service was absolutely shocking took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us and greet us, took 10 minutes to get someone to come to our table.. and once we went to pay we were stood 10 minutes asking all the staff to take a payment but no one seemed bothered.. the sad fact was it wasn’t even busy! Customer experience was disgraceful

The food was perfect, the service was delightful, our waitress Olivia made our experience all the more better and is clearly their hardest worker, I will be sure to return regularly :)

Really liked the Preston place so much that we tried the new place in Blackburn.

The welcome was poor. They will not serve tap water. Did not seem bothered to make our visit special, despite the idea of selling quality We left after poor welcome and slow service

Visited as a family of 4 for a treat on Sunday and we all enjoyed the desserts. There is lots of choice on the menu and the deserts are nice and tasty. The only negative the food took a little while to arrive which isn’t great when got kids waiting.

They have 2 menues with different prices, i asked which one is the real price an i was told its the cheaper one, but when paying, they charged according to the expensiver price. When i told him its the wrong price he changed it but still over-priced us. The service was also poor as they took more than 30 mins to give us food.

Nice decor, excellent service, quality and tasty desserts! Reasonably priced. Best in Blackburn as of October 2018.

I visited on a busy Sunday evening with my family.

Nice atmosphere and amazing desserts. The service was good. The sharing brownies were so yum and such a big portion. I will def be going back.
