A wonderful experience. Get taken back on time to a quintessentially English afternoon tea. It is a delight to the senses with the beautiful attention to detail from the lace table cloths to the beautifully decorated China. The lunch is delucous and if too much boxes are provided for you take it home. The glass of Prosecco was lovely. An area is filled with the most beautiful vintage wedding dresses and also an eclectic mix of dresses, tops and lingerie. There is a cornucopia of objects that you will tempted to buy and we did. A real gem of a place. We will be back again.

I held an Afternoon Tea at Heartfelt Vintage for me and 23 friends to celebrate my 60th Birthday. It was an amazing afternoon. The food was absolutely delicious and all dietary requirements were met without any fuss. The service and attention to detail was brilliant. I would recommend this as a venue wholeheartedly

Booked an Afternoon Tea for me and friends and we would all recommend a decadent and indulgent afternoon tea at Heartfelt Vintage. Beautiful surrounding, home made bread, delicious sandwiches and cakes all baked and prepared by Will & Kate. Service was exceptional and we stayed longer than intended, but at no point were we made to feel we outstayed our welcome. We loved it so much that we will be coming back again. Prompt home delivery with a fabulous range of cake, scones, sandwiches etc to really feel like I was being spoilt. well presented and wrapped to unveil a delight of treats. What a lovely idea to show how much you miss and care for someone you can't be with right now. I do hope that others support this local business as it a gem of a personal service

We received a surprise delivery of afternoon tea. It was absolutely delicious,beautiful scones with jam and cream,sandwiches and cake and all home made.Everything was beautifully packaged many thanks Kate & Will would highly recommend

Attended a baby shower here today. The location is great and I love the vintage dresses that are all around and the place has a very vintage feel with the china plates and teacups etc. The food is all made from scratch, even the bread! It was also all vegetarian which threw a few of us as I’m not sure that was made clear and I did miss a meaty sandwich, but the food was delicious and actually made a change to try something new!! They have a large range of teas to try, but they didn’t offer any refills until we asked (it was part of the package). We were offered takeaway boxes at the end so There was plenty of food! I’m not sure I would rush back as it was quite a lot of money (£27 each) but it’s definitely one to try, even more so if you are looking for meat free!!

I booked for my daughter and I to celebrate her forthcoming 17th birthday. We had been shopping and I wanted to treat her to afternoon tea in something that wasn’t a hotel or a chain. What a find Heartfelt Vintage was. A real quirky cafe with vintage clothes and cute crockery. A huge choice of teas (and coffee for us non tea drinkers!) along with an amazing variety of sandwiches, cakes and scones all made by the owners husband including his home made clotted cream which was without doubt the best I’ve ever tasted. This was absolutely one of the best afternoon teas we have ever had and an absolute delight at £18.50 each. We will be returning!! My friend took me here as a 60th birthday present. What a treat! Everything (and I mean everything) was homemade, even the clotted cream. Amazing sandwich fillings - cream cheese and a red onion relish, pea and mint hummus being my favourites (all the fillings were inventive vegetarian ones). There was plenty to eat, so much so that we had to take some of it away in a sturdy box provided by Heartfelt. Wide selection of leaf teas - we had two different types during our tea but could have had as many pots as we wanted. The china was vintage and the ambience in the shop was great because they also sell vintage clothes, with a wide selection of vintage wedding dresses. We spent some time looking at the beautiful clothes which added to the experience. I can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait for a repeat visit.

I found Heartfelt Vintage whilst searching for an afternoon tea in Bristol. The article listed them as one of the best... and weren’t they right! My sister and I shared an afternoon tea, there was no issue with making half of it vegan and half of it vegetarian. The owner explained that everything was homemade on site including the clotted cream. When he presented us with our afternoon tea he talked us through each layer of the stand and then mentioned that they had some boxes which we could use to take anything home that we hadn’t managed to eat. The food was delicious! Adding in the unique setting and array of vintage clothing, it was an afternoon tea with a difference. Can’t wait to revisit/tell my family and friends about our visit. We visited with a group of 12, for a friends hen do. We were treated so well from start to finish, and had the pace to ourselves! All of the food was homemade, including the clotted cream, which was amazing. We choose Heartfelt Vintage as the hen is coeliac, and suffers with this quite severely. The team were brilliant, creating a unique afternoon tea just for her, which was so lovely and well made. Would thoroughly recommend Heartfelt and intend to visit in the future.

I went here today with my mum, daughters and granddaughters for afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday. What a lovely little hidden gem. Food was excellent, all homemade even down to the clotted cream for the scones. Lovely warm welcome and the couple who own the place couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly if they tried. Would definitely recommend this place if you want something a little bit different and personal.
