Don't book this hotel through Agoda, They aren't taking paying guest, Agoda won't give you your money back without a fight. Absolute Nightmare....Why the hotel are still allowing bookings through the booking sites I don't know, you can't book through the hotel website, someone hasn't ticked a box somewhere and we are paying for it 😡

Then proceeded to shout over me as I tried to explain the situation they used to be good but now are becoming a joke as they don't care about customers only money. Then had the nerve to say if I take my order down they will fix it when it was a delivery.
