Super friendly staff - great service and dog friendly. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Lots on the menu to choose from. Would recommend this coffee shop to anyone!

We both adored our dark cherry hot chocolates and shared a gorgeous toffee and apple flapjack. Great view of the clock tower from the windows. Bathroom was large and very clean.

The service here is awful. The staff are very rude and the tables are disgustingly dirty. The girl that was serving basically told us she’d rather we go elsewhere!

Ive been in a few times since the reopening found the café very slow service & very quite shame as it should be as busy as all the other Cafes in the town & with great exposer when you walk buy you would expect it to be busy. Sadly my last visit was the last coffee was not very warm & the heating needed to be on it was cold, There was a elderly couple in the coffee & i said not very warm in here & they agreed with me praps this is why the café is so quit. With other café shops opening soon in the town HARVEY'S need to change there ways before there left behind with no customers.

Day trip to Clevedon and we popped in here, had some cappuccinos which were really lovely. My son had a water and was a bit fussy with it , the lady who served us was really lovely and friendly and kind to him ,gave him a free bottle of water . My son is autistic but she didn't know that ,she treated him lovely. We will return for a cappucino again in the future :)

The young lady who served us today (sat 19th june) was really polite, the service was swift and the coffee and cake were good quality, nice for a quick snack after visiting Tyntesfield.

Today I visited Harvey's for coffee, regular cappuccino was small when compared with other coffee shops, and not the best coffee in the world. But ok for a quick cuppa.

Stopped here for a bacon sandwich and a tea. Both were very good. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. Fiest time eating in after the lockdown, good to do this again and felt very safe

At 10:40 today 19 May I had the worst cup of Americano in my life ever! It's a sunny day so I made the mistake of take out. By the time I walked far enough for it to cool it was too far to take it back so I poured it out on the street. Tasted of slops and plastic - a truly nasty experience.

Met a friend for breakfast but sadly they do not serve breakfast items. We had a cake and a coffee which was lovely. Staff very friendly and it was lovely and bright in the cafe. The toilet is in desperate need of a make over, everything worked but it was well worn.

Absolutely love this cafe. Always a warm and friendly welcome to me and my young kids. It’s a small cosy cafe and that can get a little busy but doesn’t loose any of its charm. Great cakes especially the choc fridge cake and also a good cuppa. We are regular visitors and have never been disappointed.

Dropped in for a coffee and a cake. Both Ok but won't be returning in a hurry due to the chilly room and even chillier welcome. The person behind the counter really did not seem to want to be there!

We stopped for coffee and lunch the staff were so friendly Lavazza coffee and our brie and cranberry paninis were very nice. Will be back! : )

I've been to this cafe about 6 times or so, and every time is the same. The drinks are OK, the food OK, hot food not recommended. The staff are always MISERABLE, I don't know what's wrong with them, they're either rude or just vacant. And this is a real shame because the cafe is in a good position and could be amazing. Also the tables seem to be sticky and they really need to sort that out. All in all, cannot recommend, there's better nearby.

3 of us had Panini’s and the bread was so dry it was almost inedible. The cheese and onion filling was so stingy I had to add my salad to make it more interesting. My daughter couldn’t eat her chicken and bacon but that wasn’t a bad thing as the chicken looked a bit grey in places and the bacon had seen better days. We won’t be going back as it was overpriced and poor quality.
