You can’t really go wrong with a Harvester. We tend to always visit one on our way home from a day trip or a holiday as the food is consistent and service always friendly. Exactly the same here with good hot fresh food and friendly service in a clean and well kept restaurant. This one benefits of having LOADS of parking as it’s part of a much bigger estate. Would recommend

I ordered a Floater Coffee through the app and waited for thirty minutes without receiving it. Frustrated, I went back into the restaurant to ask why it was taking so long. The staff member I spoke with said she was new to the company and didn't know how to make the coffee. She then asked another staff member, who also admitted she didn't know how to prepare it. They said they'd ask the manager to make it, so I waited another five minutes. I eventually returned to the store to ask the manager about my coffee, and she admitted that she also didn't know how to make it. She even asked if I knew how, but I didn’t, as I just liked the sound of the coffee. She then went to make it herself. After another five minutes passed, I returned to check on my order. As I approached the bar, I overheard the manager speaking loudly and negatively about me, which was humiliating. All I wanted was my coffee, and I couldn't understand why I had to ask three different staff members to make it. When I confronted her about her comments, she didn't respond or acknowledge my question. I asked for a refund and left the store. Another customer I spoke to while leaving was also unhappy with the service. She had been waiting a long time to pay for her food and mentioned she would've walked out if they didn't already have her details. There were only two staff members on the floor, both of whom should have been able to handle the situation. I've never been treated with such disrespect in a restaurant. I'm appalled that a manager would openly and loudly talk negatively about a customer to her colleagues and then show no remorse or offer an apology when confronted. I will not be returning. The manager's name is Emma, and this occurred at Willow Brook, Bradley Stoke, on 15/08/2024 at 4:00 PM. Would just like to say, my rating is not based on the food. I did not eat here. I feel bad for giving such a bad rating but I am literally disgusted with how the manager treated me and dealt with the situation.

Berta provided excellent service, she was warm and friendly and brilliant with the children.

Wondering evening out at harvesters this evening. Staff was excellent, warm welcoming and very friendly. Quick and efficient service especially from the lovely assistant manager. Food was delicious and so was the puddings! Overall a great evening would highly recommend visiting this branch.

Had a lovely visit today where the lovely Berta took care of us. We don’t get chance to come here often anymore as we moved away but we’ll come come again soon to see Berta and enjoy a meal. Thank you again Berta, keep being lovely and helping all your customers with a lovely smile 😊

Stopped here for a meal on the way past Bristol on our way home from holiday. Only 5 mins off the motorway. Booked a table as we were driving, about an hour away. Had to wait a short time for a table to be cleaned, though there seemed to be a number of clean tables free. But other than that we had a great meal, helpful staff etc. Food was good, and we left feeling like it ended our holiday well. Also: blue light discount, 20% off food. 😉

Been here twice now and both times we have had great service. The food is what you would expect and great value.

Located in a retail park close to Cribbs Causeway and not far from the Bristol Zoo Project plus The Wave. Tons of parking, easy to find. Good service, friendly staff & usual excellent salad bar and menu. As a table of 5, with various food preferences including vegetarian, we all enjoyed our meal. I would definitely go there again.

Came in a couple of days ago! Had a great experience and staff that were there (seemed a bit short staffed) did a fantastic job of looking after my heavily pregnant partner and me. Haven't been to a harvester for quite a few years. But decided to give it another shot. The lady that served us was very attentive and bent over backwards for us after finding out a menu item wasn't available. Could tell that she was up against it! But her friendliness and willingness to look after us never wavered. Kudos to her!

Had a brilliant experience tonight! Our server was great, wish I caught her name (brown hair. Maybe manager?) Even though it was pretty busy, She attended to us promptly and smiley, food was good too. Thankyou :)

Lovely eatery with good prices.

Second time in a row there has been an item missing, it’s getting a bit stupid now. Ordered a burger with double fries and no fries arrived, how difficult can it be to get a simple order correct. They don’t answer the phone so can’t complain directly, wast of time and money as it’s well over priced for the quality of food anyway. Won’t be using them again as better places exist for the money.

I needed a quiet space to analyse information collated on building site nearby. I was assigned waitress Beth. Beth displayed a cheerful professionalism throughout, took time to fully inform me of suitable meals and made sure I was comfortable. Beth is an asset to your team. Well done!

Nice welcome food order taken and delivered very quickly. Best meal out we have had in a long while. Food fresh well cooked and served hot, which is a rarely. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience Thank you.

Great hotel and staff. Little tip book an Uber if you’re going back to Bristol Airport. The local firm Veezu will charge £70 for a £35 fare. Hotel is a joy though

Went for a father's day meal with family. Considering how busy it was there's was little delay from ordering food to getting our food to us. Our server Callie, was brilliant, very professional and friendly. Will be back in the future and would recommend to anyone to eat here

This was my first time in this restaurant,I heard a lot about this so I went in to try. Recommend booking before going there. Service was good and staff was dedicated and served well, free salad for any mains was positive. Overall food was good but chicken was kind of dry but the taste was good.

Went for breakfast. The food was ok, maybe a little dry, but tasty. and a very good price. Also, the coffee was good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.would go again.

We had a lovely experience in house today- served by the wonderful Berta. Recommended some deals for us and was checking in regularly to see if everything was okay with the meal and drinks. Had a chat with Berta and would like to wish her all the luck with her family, hope things turn out well in the end☺️

Tasty food and all the staff could not have been more friendly. A particular nod to our server Daniel whose table manner was exceptionally welcoming, patient and helpful. Well done team, we had a lovely time.

This place just gets worse, no food, bad service and get told to leave without pudding as it shuts at 10.00 on the weekend (we got there at 7.30 but were soo slow with service no time for pud) and they don't pic up the phone.

Food is excellent and service from Berta is 5 star. She helped to choose for our taste. Very nice atmosphere to have a lunch. We had great time.

Ran out of gammon so could not have a mixed grill, was happy to swap the gammon out for an extra sausage or something but they are not allowed to go off the menu so could not have a mixed grill at all. Also ran out of haddock so no fish & chips...but as they'd also ran out of chips wouldnt have mattered anyway! Our waiter also let out out a lovely burp when asking if our meals were ok, nice!! Tbf the food we did manage to order was fine...although there was a lack of salad to go with it because, surprise, they had run out of some salad cart options! Probably wouldnt recommend....

She always pays close attention to detail and will always keep an eye on when I need a refill or something else. Perfect prompt and polite! We remember now why we love harvester! 💕Warm greeting at door from Jodie who showed us to great seats with plenty of room - not the usual in pubs where tables for two are tiny and cramped. She allowed us just the right time to order drinks- even offering ice and lemon with the tap water !! 💧 Salad bar was excellent - we were starving so it was a perfect starter- fresh and great choice! Never disappoints! 🥗💕 Food was excellent and fresh - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had chosen the chicken and it was 100% better than a similar offering when we tried a nearby establishment!! Gravy and sage and onion chips were delicious and all hot. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his southern fried burger and bacon! We polished the lot off. In addition it was quiet (noise not number of people!!) and jodie had time to chat at end when we explained our visit to bristol! We hope to return tomorrow with our son and girlfriend 💕😊🥗👍 We shall definitely look out for harvesters when we go away again and in exeter. Top notch nosh!! 🍗🍔💕😋

Wrong food delivered, even though I said to the driver the order didn't look right. What was delivered was poor quality

Lovely visit as always. We came in today with our 2 kiddos and immediately got sat (wasn't majorly busy but busy enough) the waitress was lovely unfortunately I can't remember her name but she had glasses and dark hair. She was really chatty and kind to my kiddos. We had the set lunch menu which is great value. We both had nachos which was great and we all had the salad bar ( my youngest is 10 months so the salad bar was great for his weaning). For mains me and my partner had gammon with the double up, I asked for mash instead of chips as I don't really like chips and she said that was absolutely fine and my kiddo had fish fingers and chips which he loved. The only comment I'd make but this is to any restaurant is maybe cooking the kids bit up a little earlier or changing the plate etc when it comes out cus his food was scolding so if I didn't check he wud have burnt his mouth. The desserts were great I had a sundae and my lil un had a brownie. We couldn't find the server as we was about to pay so I think possibly the manager (looked like one) came with bill I did ask if she was about as I wanted to tip her and he got her to come by after her break to get the tip. During this time I realised I forgot my baby's warmer so they kindly got me a jug with boiling water in to warm it up which is great and they didn't make me feel guilty for asking ethier which was lovely. After we left I also realised I forgot my son's hat and when I went back the server had pop it to the side for me which was great cus my child was very sad that he might have lost it. Overall a lovely experience would recommend to anyone.

Food at this branch is always so much better than the other local Harvester. Callie has the patience of a saint, my table kept her waiting changing their mind on food and she didn’t bat an eyelid. As always, will be coming back!

We love coming to Willowbrook Harvester. We have been coming for quite some time now and Andrea is always friendly and helpful and remembers us now which is lovely - Today she said we hadn't been for a while which we haven't! We can have a bit of a laugh with her also. Cannot praise her enough. Makes it feel more personal to us as she remembers our fave seats etc. Would recommend - 10/10 every time :)

Often come to the Willow Brook and always have wonderful food and service. We were looked after by Andrea tonight, who, even despite us not being over for a while, remembered our names and seated us at our usual table. Andrea is always so friendly and helpful, even did a mini lemon blizzard sundae for me as i really wanted one but was too full to manage a whole one, so she suggested doing a mini one which was very much appreciated.

Went to celebrate daughter’s 20th bday - we always go for a meal somewhere and she chose Harvester Willowbrook. As always very good choice on the menu which did not disappoint upon delivery and then consumption. Good range of deserts also which of course were also sampled to our delight. We were served today by Alexis who was excellent, friendly and caring and helped out by Jodie for the desert course where they came and sang happy birthday to my daughter. Wonderful evening helped massively by great customer service which for us really is as important as the food. Well done all

Today we had a great experience in Harvester Bradley stoke , mainly due to the FANTASTIC service of BERTA! It was our little girls birthday and the team went above and beyond to make her feel super special. Our waitress Ellie couldn’t do any more for us. Very pleased and would highly recommend
