Shame it is closing down in 2 to 3 weeks. Staff and food are great. So is the service.

Very friendly staff they went above and beyond.

Berta was our waitress which makes us come back for more.

Sat waiting at the front for 5 minutes to be seated. Sat 10 more minutes waiting for someone to come take the order. Tried waving to staff 3 times for a check over another 10 minutes. The place was nearly empty so just inattentive or short on staff. Don't come here if you're in a hurry or hungry, I guess.

Love a harvester breakfast. Certainly is a brilliant server. Always happy to help.

I've been to this harvester dozens of times and apart from one burger that was a bit burnt, which they fixed straight away, I have no complaints. The star of the show though is Berta. Literally one of the best servers I've ever had the pleasure of being around. Always happy, fantastic with my young boy and by any quantifiable means she is unbelievable

Went here for breakfast which was just delicious, and was served by Berta who is always so warm, kind, friendly and attentive. Absolutely gutted that it’s closing down, a massive loss to the area, never get the service at any other harvester like this one. Will be greatly missed!

Great restaurant. One of the staff told us it is closing down in June of this year. What a shame. My two grown-up children use it at least twice a week and will surely miss the place. We will have to travel further to another Harvester. 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Been visiting Harvesters for 30 years but it feels like it's lost its way in recent years. Prices have increased, but to be expected in the current economic climate. However, you'd hope the quality stays the same. Unfortunately not. Bread stale, chips cold and portions shrunk.

Booked online for 8.45pm, and turned up with our 18 month old to be told they had closed early for Easter. But kept their online booking system open. Brilliant work!

Will do another review after we've had the food but wanted to initially put out there that we were served by a woman named Callie. She is a credit to the restaurant; very courteous, patient and professional. She greeted us at the door and guided us through our takeaway order / process in an efficient way. Very satisfied and will be back. Thank you Callie! Update: Food was lovely; had a full rack of ribs, rice, coleslaw and a salad bowl. All very nice but the rice portion was on the small side - forgot to take a photo as was keen to get it down me.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the harvester, our server was Berta and she was wonderful, she made our visit even better and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves

Took the children for breakfast and Berta served us. She was very friendly and helpful and informed us of the kids eat for £1 offer. The children said she was ‘super nice’.

You can’t go wrong with a Harvester but this particular branch was really welcoming, quick service and great food. Berta was a wonderful server and a credit to this branch.

Decided to visit today for lunch. Such a tasty meal. We were looked after by Berta and she was so lovely as usual. Will definitely be visiting again.

Went there to celebrate a colleague farewell party in British restaurant. Unfortunately, some of the items we wanted to have were not available which was disappointing. The chicken burger was good ..it was great in size and so in calories.. The chicken wings in starter was good as well.. Veg pasta was good as per feedback from our vegetarian friend... Need to visit again to eat the unavailable items... I think, we should be going a bit early for dinner..we went there at 8 pm which seems to be pretty late.. lesson learnt...

Harvester is always a great place to visit with a great menu choice, good service and of course the option of having the salad bowl. Unfortunately what lets this venue down is the noise of people talking and laughing, which is good as people are enjoying themselves but you can't hear yourself think, let alone hear what the other person is saying which causes you to raise your voice too. They need some noise reduction items e.g. soft furnishings, curtains etc.

Server was lovely & very efficient! Salad Cart & sauces were running low but topped up quickly! Staff were friendly & polite

Booked a table for 4, had text reminders close to bookings time, arrived on time and no table ready, sat us 4 in a table for 2 whilst 2 people sat on a 4 table, table not ready or cleaned then we were sat, had to ask more than once for knives and forks, floor around table very dirty with food, only saving grace was food was acceptable, not a good experience for a birthday present meal

Callie welcomed us into the restaurant, we did not have a booking but Callie sat us down with them. Callie was very attentive, ensuring our meals were to our liking and clearing plates when we had finished and providing dessert options. Callie then brought over our dessert and thanked us when it was the end of their shift. Callie was polite, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Thank you Callie for the great service.

Very relaxed meal, which was great. Our server Berta was really great, very helpful and friendly 😀 Also the chefs were really great and seemed really happy in their work as making us laugh and smile while cooking and singing along to the radio..

We went for a lovely meal with friends tonight and service was absolutely exceptional! Special shot outs to Daniel, Lilly and the chefs including Dom. It was like talking to some of my friends. My little boy and girl loved talking and playing with them. Made them all laugh! Definitely recommend. They're all smiley and helpful people. Keep up the good work! We had a lovely evening. No heating so it was very cold, some of the food was also cold when it arrived. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Was busy, glad we booked but we still had to wait over an hour for someone to take our food order. The honey and mustard dressing was too much mustard and didn't look like their usual one. The lights over tables looked good but if you are tall you hit your head on them. Toilets were ok considering they were busy.

The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is because the Vegan selection is very poor. If you dine after 5pm, you only have ONE dish to eat, so if that is out of stock, or you don't like/want a burger, then you go hungry. Partner is not too happy with this, so we are now tending to visit much much less than previously.

20:43 on Saturday 15th, me and my misses come for food, hungry as always, great service, phill ( manager ) came to our table and said food is nearly done 2 mins left, chips being done. That was really nice to let us know, that's never happened in any harvester I've been in, smiley and polite considering it was busy and hell for them. Food came out hot and great !! Can't complain. Ha

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Manager was vile and abusive to us when they literally had no food even though we had booked a week in advance. Shouted at us in front of small children. Disgusting behaviour. literally had no food. will never eat there again. I complained and the reply i recieved was just as disgusting as the way we were treated on the day.

They don't tell you there's no parking in less it's in the retail park witch after two hours it's a fine and you have no chance getting parking close to the place if your disabled wasting are time going all the there for nothing 😡😡😡

A great space really fresh salad cart great service and pleasant welcome. We usually go to snuff mills but lately the salad cart has been poor will be making this our go to Harvester. Sorry Snuff Mills you've lost is now.

Had a 50% off mains voucher. Booked at 7.30pm for a 7.45 arrival. Superb service; I was struggling to walk and he couldn’t do enough to help us.. very attentive without being overbearing… just the right balance. Food super and couldn’t eat it all there was so much!

This restaurant left us thoroughly impressed! The dishes were creative and full of fresh ingredients. The cozy ambiance made it an ideal spot for a relaxed evening. The friendly, attentive staff ensured we had a fantastic time. Definitely worth visiting.

It was a lunch gathering with my friends due to the 50% off main offer. There were 9 of us and it was a Friday lunch time, peak hours. However, there were only 2 staff. I waited at the reception area for about 5 mins before I was being seated. Thanks to the amazing staff Berta. She's very helpful, friendly and cheerful. Frankly, it's hard to find any waiter/waitress who could still wear a smile on his/her face after several hours' busy work. Berta made a big difference to our visit. She was very accommodating, attentive and helpful. For the food, all the beef food we ordered were overcooked.

Very cold place .....sat there was a chill all around and made it uncomfortable....food was middle of the road and the portion I got they must of thought I was a mouse.....drink order was wrong and desert order was wrong we will not be returning.....the food we had didn't warrant the price that they asked so a bad experience all round.

Good atmosphere, food fills you up after the meal savory, the service was ok and overall good night out.

We enjoyed a large family gathering on Sunday. Jason the assistant manager was really helpful when we made the initial booking and confirmed all the pre-orders. Andrea looked after our group yesterday and nothing was too much trouble, which for a group of 17 was no easy task!! We will definitely be back for another family meal in the New Year!
