Curry Supreme in South Gloucestershire

Very let down. As customers for many years it was disappointing that an order query was completely dismissed. The new website is very misleading in the food descriptions (in places there are none at all). We ordered a Lamb Tikka, described as "Chicken or lamb cooked with garlic & fresh green chillies in sauce". On arrival there were 6-8 pieces of dry lamb, no sauce e.g. plain lamb Tikka. Was told the salad and mint yoghurt was the sauce but I think this is the starter. Was told next time to order Masala (which we don't like). Very annoying and probably the last time we order here.

Me and my partner ordered from here this evening, only to be let down by delivery. They didn’t knock at all and on top of that the food was 45 mins over the original time limit it was supposed to arrive. Food was cold and wouldn’t give us a refund only to say we can give you 50% off your next meal/ give you a free meal… won’t be ordering from here again. I would advise anyone that gets from here reconsider!

Curry Supreme is honestly the best Indian takeaway I’ve had in Bristol! The food is always fresh packed with flavour and the portions are really generous. The chicken tikka masala is amazing, so creamy and rich and the lamb bhuna is full of flavour with perfectly tender meat. Their garlic naan is soft and fluffy, and the pilau rice is always spot on. The service is super friendly and delivery is always quick. Never had a bad meal from here. it’s become my go takeaway. Would 100% recommend!

I recently ordered from Curry Supreme, and it was an absolute delight! The food was exceptional – the chicken tikka masala had just the right balance of spice and creaminess, and the naan was perfectly soft and warm. The portion sizes were generous. The service was quick and friendly, with the staff going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Definitely my go-to for Indian takeaways from now on!

Tikka masala very bland after iv asked for spicy.. rang them up to say I didn’t like the one they sent. They done nothing about it.. very disappointing as it cost me money and didn’t get what I asked for and didn’t like the one they sent.. Really bad customer service..

Food didn’t turn up and they didn’t cancel the order, tried to call and no answer!

This used to be my go-to curry house for delivery. 3 times a week. The food WAS amazing. I don't know what has changed, suspect they have different chefs. Food has gone massively downhill, to the point where it went in the bin. Salty and flavourless. Food was remade, but still just as bad. A real shame. Update, they're now rude and the food is as disgusting as ever. Missing items on last order and got told to go F myself.

Lovely curries here I've tried a few around and the flavours off this place is spot on generous portions aswell not greasy at all definitely my go to curry house around the area.

Great prices, we didn't feel like the chicken was top quality. We will try again for sure.

Ordered food about 2 hours ago, been told that the delivery driver left ages he must be missing still no sight of him, or the food that we ordered ages ago and was only meant to take 35 minutes! Manager then tells us to wait when arrived in shop for the delivery driver to come back! Awful experience. DO NOT BUY HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.

2hrs later still no food. Driver apperantly left a hour back . Food and driver has gone down quicker than the submarine

I am a regular customer but something happened lately the food has no taste the chicken is undercooked and the orders completely wrong I will never order from you again

Cibo spazzatura , il cibo non sa di niente ho preso un malaysa e non sa di niente neanche un po’ di sapore l’ho buttato, alcuni pezzi di pollo enormi erano crudi dentro e la salsa era tutto piena d’acqua.. non ordinerò mai più da qui non consiglio di ordinare da qui ci sono molto più buoni con anche scelte per bambini!

Good food, and impressive commitment to delivering the JustEat order (first driver couldn’t find the house so they sent another).

Never had bad food from here. Staff are always really friendly. Would recommend

I don’t even want to give this place one star but I have to to give a review. Took ages to come. When it finally came our chicken tikkas didn’t look, nor taste like a normal tikka does. It was also very watery. We called and asked about this as the manager was very rude and abrupt and said there’s nothing more he could tell me other than it was right. Will not be returning. Worst curry I’ve had.

Really lovely food good heat and quality always arrives piping hot.The delivery people are very polite and friendly highly recommended

We tried this curry house because the 1 we used occasionally wouldnt deliver to us when we moved to pucklechurch. The vegetable rice is lovely and after having a few different curries and tonight having the patia it has to be said the meals are very flavoursome and tasty.

Awful - hardly supreme, you must be rogan joshing. Very bland, extremely oily and unpleasant texture. Wouldn't give it to my naan. Better off flushed down the saag aloo!

First takeaway for a long time via justeat. What a disappointment. I ordered vegetable biryani and popadoms. I received a spicy sludge and popadoms identical to packet ones. Maybe a Monday night blip but won't be returning.

Food tasted nice but there was only 6 pieces of chicken drowning in too much sauce. Bought 3 different sauces and they were all the same. Shame really, would have been lovely if the sauce chicken ratio was equal. 😞

We ordered our takeaway from here via UberEats. Prices were normal, portions were generous and the food was excellent - you could really taste the different flavours rather than the usual 'one sauce fits all' approach. The delivery was within 2 minutes of the estimated time and the driver was friendly and chatty. Very impressed!

I ordered from here Friday night, food was lovely but after I had eaten and washed up , another delivery arrived. I explained to the driver and told him to return it. Then rang restaurant to explain and was told I wouldn't be charged twice. I have been charged twice so it has put me off ordering from here again. Update.. been sorted Stafd rang and offered a refund.. very friendly and apologetic

I ordered chicken biriayani and it was bland. I rang Curry supreme and phoned answered by a very rude member of staff. I also ordered onion bhaji and did not come with the mint sauce. I will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed.

It used to be consistently great for many years... but eat in no longer available... Plus takeaway not as good as it used to be either.

1st online delivery from curry supreme and supreme it aint what a disappointment chips were soggy and tandoori chicken moist i wish wont be going back there

Absolutely disgusting I placed my order online with them as they offer discount me and my husband were absolutely starving and it never turned up and didn’t answer the phone checked online Facebook pages google etc and they were definitely open! So angry!! Avoid!!!!

The food is excellent even though a tad hotter than it used to be but sadly customer service is very lacking

Very very disappointed this evening. Ordered online (three meals) probably the worst curries we have ever had. Very unlike curry supreme. Normally very high standard. Why has this occurred?

Apparently best Indian takeaway in the whole South West! Always nice food, avast menu (all regions and types), generous bonus, timely manner,not too pricey. Very good.

Best Curry I've ever had! Fast, courteous service, brilliant food......The Lamb and chicken were incredibly tender and succulent......I've been around the world and never had any curry better!!!!!
