After arriving in whitely at about 1915 to celebrate with a friend for Thier GCSE results it turned out to be a busy day with a wait of 45 minutes for a table for 5.After being sat for 10 minutes waiting for our order to be taken we finally ordered our food and drink all at once only to be told there was no ribeye and no sirloin steak🙁we the waited a further 5 minutes for our salad bowls then another 5 minutes for our drinks to finally arrive. The main course took a further 20 minutes only to receive under cooked steak and missing bits from the order mostly the food was ok ok but ultimately an underwhelming experience compared to previous visits.

Main course which was our first course took 50 mins to arrive and the haddock was cold and I got chips instead of the upgrade to sweet potato fries and it took 15 mins for a jug of water to arrive. I also saw many meals sat under the warm lamps for upto 10 mins before being taken to a table

This morning's trip for breakfast was great. Laura who served was lovely and attentive. Lovely

Called in because the kids wanted a harvester. Place was a complete mess, staff just wanted to stand around and talk to each other. Did not seem interested at all. Ended up leaving and going to Frankie and Bennies down the road.

Nothing special don't feel clean

When it arrived my 2 year old grandson burnt his mouth as it was too hot to eat by a little one. Food for the adults was great but I wouldn't come again with him as I had to feed him at home

Went here after visiting the Harvester at Swan Centre eastleigh. How disappointed. Small, overcooked portions, dried out old salad cart. Can't believe the standard difference in a chain of restaurants. Wont be back to this one I'm afraid. Seventy two pounds for three main meals and three drinks. I can see why Wetherspoons seem to still be busy.

Hello we cane in on wednesday the 15th at 630pm, with our two SEN children, and we where very well looked after by Sam , Sam reminds of how service should really be, he's a team leader and really took charge of his section, and was looking after many other guests, and nothing was to much trouble, 10 years ago Sam would of given me a run for my money as I'm formerly a waiter, bathroom's needed a bit of attention, if I'm honest, but the service was ace. Lovely place and a peaceful place to be on my birthday .They made it so special. Fortunately, the children from 15 and below had free desserts, which they enjoyed,the staff were fabulous and friendly they even lit a birthday candle for me,cool lovely music played in the background ,l will definitely go back next summer on my birthday again💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

Visited today with my husband and two little children and the service was excellent. Every single staff member I spoke to was so happy, helpful & friendly. Phoebe in particular was so lovely and welcoming. The food was great & we had a lovely time.

Asked us if we wanted drinks before we had even sat down. We were a party of mature ladies and the young girl kept calling us lovely, babe, sweetie which is condescending . Food was hot and presented nicely but wow! The prices have gone up. Used to be a value place to go but now quite pricey.

We had a lovely warm welcome from Laura, she seated us quickly and was kind enough to check back in on us during our visit. Micheal was a very friendly and helpful waiter and catered for all our requests and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our visit. There were 3 of us out for lunch. We were served quickly and the food came in a timely manner. The food quality was great and everyone enjoyed there orders. We will be back and would recommend to anyone. The only thing that was a disappointment was the salad bar which was poorly stocked and most items were nearly empty. It needs to be restocked more regularly.

Having free parking enhances the visit

I'm really disappointed with the time I spent here tonight here is why: My brother ordered a burger and fries but instead they gave him mash potatoe!! Also we ordered double ribs for my dad and they only gave him one, how can you get that wrong. Lastly, we ordered 4 drinks and they forgot my mums and she had NOTHING!! Also the food was soo under cooked and was gross. I want a change!
