Our server Laura was absolutely fantastic. We were a large party with one person late and some fussy orders and she didn’t bat an eye.

Great place to go for food, staff are always helpful & courteous. Food is always good

We had a lovely lunch today. The food was presented beautifully, piping hot and tasted great! The salad bar had a great selection too. Our server was Laura. She was so helpful and attentive. We were very impressed with her first class customer service, she really cared and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely experience. We will definitely return - thank you very much 😊

This was New year's day so very happy it was open. Very friendly staff. It was very busy but the food came out hot 🔥 and cooked properly. We will definitely be going back. The whole place was clean even the toilets 👍

Perhaps it was an off day. They didn't have any sweetcorn, potato salad or bread rolls on the salad bar and there was a distinct lack of vegetarian options as they didn't have any halloumi or the rainbow burger. The food took a long time to arrive and it was barely warm and not well cooked. It has been better before.

I ordered the pulled barbacoa burger and received an ordinary cheeseburger with a minuscule amount of pulled beef approximately the size of a 2 pence piece and no burger sauce. Didn’t bother to complain to the waiter because of how long it took for food to arrive (40 minutes) restaurant wasn’t busy either. Only gave a rating of 1 because the waiter had forgotten to put my refill drink on my bill.

Food selection was great and everyone enjoyed their meal. The open salad bar was also nice. Friendly service and clean restaurant. Will be returning.

Had a meal befor travelling staff was just lovely had an issue with my food but it was fox straight away, Corrine is absolutely brilliant. Lovely women. Sam was also really helpful and polite :)

We were at our pre booked table. The food took 45 mins to arrive. When the food arrived, the two cooked breakfasts were cold. The servers were very busy and hard to get the attention of. We we had nearly finished our food before we were asked if the food was ok by our server. The seats we were sat in we extremely dirty with lots of dust on the tops. The wall was also very dirty and dust on the lamp shade. Our server was very un engaging. I order the unlimited coffee, but I wasn’t shown were I could refill my coffee until I managed to get a server to ask for it to be refilled 30 mins later, she then showed me when the refill point was, instead of explaining it to me at the begging when the order was placed. Very disappointing in all areas.

Was a little disappointed this time. Had none of the food we wanted to order and what we did order wasn't the best salad bar fab as always

Sadly the brunch flat bread that I had my eye on was not available, but delightful breakfast bun ordered instead. Recommend the filter coffee! Laura looked after us and did a stellar job!

Service was very very slow. Ordered a Christmas dinner and they explained I couldn’t have any cranberry sauce as they were saving it for a different dish on the menu?!? Forgot about our deserts and icecream was tiny and half melted when served. Staff were stressed and too busy even though restaurant was less than 20% full

Appalling meal and service last night. Booked table months ago, had to wait 10mins for them to sort a table. Once seated we had a long wait before our young female server came back to take our drinks order and food order. She had forgotten one of the drinks. Starter came (festive menu) the 4 of us chose the mushroom starter. It was lukewarm but the bowl was really hot. I ate 2 mushrooms and the 3rd was stone cold, so I sent it back to the kitchen. We then waited more than 20 mins for our main course. 2 of us had the mushroom galette tart. Well, that was lukewarm, roasted carrots cold, broccoli, hardly cooked, (worse than al'dente) peas cold, the only thing that was piping hot were the roast potatoes. We had to ask for the sauce tgat came eith our dish as it didn't come out with our food. Yep, you guessed it, that was cold to!? Our server, didn't ask if "everything was OK" or if we "needed anything else" The other 2 meals were, not hot enough! Our desserts came, a tiny, tiny piece of xmas pudding, the only thing at the right temperature were the custard and ice cream. They came with the bill (we didnt ask for it, or were we asked if we wanted further drinks)... We split the bill 4 ways and added our tip. The poor lass couldn't work out the final payment so my friend had to intervene on the card payment machine! We will not be going back! I know some people may have had a lovely experience, as we have in the past but this time round it was not. We won't be going back!

Excellent waitress. Food lovely and reasonably priced. Was really busy but still served us fast. This restaurant must be very well managed as they have the right amount of staff on and of whom are always pleasant.

Waited ages for delivery, driver said he had to wait at the restaurant for ages. When the order turned up it was alright but not great quality

Had the standard breakfast. Good portions. No scrambled eggs available. Was not particularly hot

LAURA, our server, was amazing. Attentive friendly and super helpful. A Disney lover like ourselves so had a good chat about Disney. Food was fresh, piping hot and delicious. Will return without a doubt.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived but unfortunately service was very slow. We visited on a Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm and waited an hour for our mains to be served. One main arrived not hot and the other had maybe sat under the heat for too long.

Our waitress Corrinne was brilliant and very attentive. The salad bar was well stocked and felt clean and tidy The overall restaurant was very welcoming and comfortable

We enjoyed the salad bar and the food was good. The service was slow and quite unenthusiastic, they were nice enough but they were very low energy and didn't really seem keen to be there, any of them. When booking, we specifically mentioned needing disabled access for a walker but the greeter tried to seat us in a booth. Thankfully he quickly realised his mistake and moved us to a table where the walker could be tucked out of the way.

I am super thrilled with the experience and service my husband and I received, we arrived with our 7 week old and was greeted with amazing service. The food was amazing, and we had ribeye steak 😋

Place was either understaffed or poorly managed. Stood at the door waiting to be seated for 5 mins , waited to get served for another 10 and then the breakfast took 30 mins to come out. For the price point the food was fine, although the fried eggs were over cooked and the yolk was solid, but generally wouldn’t expect to go out for breakfast and have to wait 45 mins to get food infront of me.

One of the nicest Harvesters i have been in Not just an old pub, but a modern glass fronted restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was first class, I had large full English, bacon was nice, heinz beans, sausages were proper quality. Wife had pancakes and loved them.

Wait over 20 minutes to be served! Three tables who arrived after us, and our order eventually taken, were served (one finished, paid and left BEFORE I decided, 65 minutes after arriving, to pay for o7rbdrinks and go to eat elsewhere!

Loved the corn bread, but it was hands down the nicest meal we’d had at harvester in a long time. My mother, who is very fussy, ate all of her original combo, she usually leaves the chicken as it’s not normally cooked that well. Really enjoyed it.

Not the most exciting experience, the salad bar looked uninviting, the main meals were average. Really enjoyed going to Harvester, the appearance of looking under staffed, the tired salad bar along with the less inviting main meals I am not sure we would return.

Bloody hell, we come here regularly and usually had the 2/3 courses lunchtime, which has now gone!!!! We had the same items from the new mega expensive menu and it came to over double the old cost, but not only that, the portions were also smaller, so we won't be coming to you again, I'm very sad to say! Beefeater for us now, which was usually a little cheaper than the older cost anyway!!!!

Good service, even though it was busy, the staff were attentive & were on point, food was good, happy go lucky kind of fair, would go again.
