Had a lovely steak cooked perfectly our server Brooke was very helpful and kind food arrived within 10 minutes overall a very good experience

Liking the new look very fresh also the new menu also our waitress was very nice and helpful Brooke thank you for a pleasant experience

Great service, always had a great attitude when serving us and easy to order. Would highly recommend and would come back.

Lovely food and service, however plates were so hot 🔥 even the kids plates! My grandson who is 2 years old burnt his hand on the plate, he didn't understand and was screaming with pain. This put him off wanting to eat his meal and he was very upset, made it difficult as a family after this. Who makes plates hot that they blister a child, he only had chips and fish fingers.

If 'Leah C' is not the manger, then make her one! Excellent customer service! Thank you for making our evening fantastic.

We’ve been to this Harvester a few times on our way home and did the same today to mark the end of the summer holidays. This Harvester is one of the better ones and so we pick it for more of a sit down family meal rather than a quick bite at the fast food outlets around. Today was busy with many families but the service was excellent and we were served promptly without long waits. The only slight nuisance today were soggy, oily sweet potatoes - maybe a new chef - but everything else was cooked nicely and the salad bar replenished as needed. Our waiter Daniel was excellent, her served us with a smile and was accommodating to any odd requests for drinks and sauces as well as handling the oily fries and made sure all was well. This friendly service made all the difference - and raised my rating by a star considering the slightly disappointing side dish. We’ll be back on the next holiday trip.

We went to Harvester Amesbury this morning for classic English breakfast. It was first class, if not a little too substantial! We’d previously been to the Amesbury Tobys where they served us inedible slop and the manager not surprisingly refused to come out to speak to us. Today was a totally different experience. The restaurant was clean, meals very good and great service provided by Faye.

Had a lovely meal on Sunday. Thank you for the great service from Amy K, and for being so attentive to my family and in particular to my son.

Had booked a table for tonight and glad we had as restaurant was fully booked and there were no early evening tables available. Staff were run off their feet and it was obviously busier than they had expected. Long wait for main meals (45+ mins) and then had to send mine back as it was cold. Rest of family had finished their meals and my replacement still hadn't arrived. Got fed up with waiting so asked the waitress to cancel the order. The response we got was 'it takes time to cook a replacement'. Sorry, it doesn't take that long to cook a replacement burger!! What should have been a nice family meal turned out to be anything but. Thankfully I had enjoyed the salad bar, although they were finding that difficult to keep filled
