Shelley was a brilliant host got me and my daughter today. I made a huge mistake and came to the completely wrong restaurant and they accommodated me and still sat me down to help us out. Amazing team and amazing effort big well done to the manager and especially Shelley making me and my little girl feel very welcome. Will be coming back that’s for sure!!!!

Very tasty steak meals followed by Valentine pots for desserts and washed down with a cold beer. What's not to like! Served by a lovely waitress Sheri. Thank you. See you again soon xx

Visited Gravesend Harvester Lovely food great service from our waitress Sheri she was very friendly checked on us regularly to see if everything was fine. A happy jolly lady will visit again and hope we get Sheri to serve us again even though the ice cream machine wasn’t working she recommended a lovely pudding which was great thank you Sheri

Really nice since it's been done up. Staff are excellent and attentive, good was fresh and really tasty, atmosphere was buzzing because it was busy. It's pricey now, definitely not low budget, but the food reflects the price.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, tasty HOT food,salad bar full to the brim,when I asked if the music could be turned down straight on to it !

Sheri served up today and she was very lovely. Checked that’s we had everything we needed and ensured orders were correct! Thank you Sheri and kitchen team. X

Can't go wrong for a reasonable price family meal.

No rotisserie chicken at all at 4pm on a Sunday says it all really and was told a 50 wait when asked how long the excuse being too many people have ordered it seriously 4pm on a Sunday that's why people go there and it turned out to more that 50 mins mote like 90.

We attended last night for a dinner. Upon receiving a child’s grilled chicken meal we noticed the chicken was raw. We politely asked for it to be changed and I was told by a female manager that it’s not raw and it’s in my head. The chicken was still pink. We waited a further 40min to receive the new food which by then my child finished from our plate. Very unhappy with the comment and unprofessionalism regarding it. Raw chicken is no joke and should be taken seriously.

Another great meal at this Harvester. The staff are very friendly and listen to how you want ya food cooked and really go that little bit extra to make your dining experience more enjoyable.....

We visited here last night, I understand harvester is exactly a fancy restaurant. But the service was awful. Our food took ages to come out and when it did it was stone cold. But the waiters/waitresses never asked us once for a drink they would come to our table and leave so quick we’d never got the chance. Then when we made a complaint at the end. And asked for the card machine, the waiter then took ages to even get the card machine for us to pay. The manager was very apologetic and gave us £10 off. But I’ve never had such an awful service.

Shelley was lovely and very attentive not a bad word to say about her at all Very noisy, sat with all the kids and families so was hard to have a conversation Food was very nice, only issue was the steak which was very chewy and a very slightly overdone burger patty

Very good Thursday evening visit. Was busy but good service and reasonable wait. Food was delicious, best Harvester experience in a while. The hot honey corn bread is lovely. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh. Partner had ribs and is quite fussy but loved them, rotisserie chicken was well cooked and tasty.

Shelley our waitress was really nice and polite. We didn’t wait long for our mains or desserts. Only issue which is not reflected on Shelley at all is the air con got switched on and it became very cold. I will definitely return if I get service like I did from Shelley from other waitress Thank you

First time going harvester in an easy 10 years. On arrival it was packed I was a walk in and asked if there was a table for 2 coming up would understand if not. No hesitation or disgruntlement from the door host accommodating us immediately with what she described would only be a tiny table literally suitable for 2 which was cool with us considering we hadn’t booked.considering how busy it was food was still great quality/tempreture/presentation and in a reasonable timeframe. Molly our server was cool calm and collective very on the ball polite and efficient 👏 (you need to request feedback from your guests ) over all very well managed this evening from the front to back pleasant and compassionate lady chef even came to a table to apologise on a lack of dish ordered and helped the guest decide on an alternative I found this a 🤩 moment. We will be back and won’t wait 10 years 😂 and have recommended to friends and family who will be there Friday evening pls don’t call us a liar keep up the awesome job u all did tonight x Only 1 criticism menu was utter filth pls clean more regularly x

We really enjoy going to Gravesend Harvester. The food is good and the staff are always cheerful and very helpful. We particularly like Sharon as our waitress. Everyone, Ty, Vince, Jackie and all the others who greet you are all so friendly. Actually we were there 3 times last week!

Lovely food and amazing service from Shelly!

This was the first time I'd visited since pre covid and I was really impressed. We were greeted at the door, showed to our table and offered an alternative spot when it wasn't quite ready. The waitress made sure we were completely happy. It was really busy but we were served in a timely manner with the food piping hot and well presented. Our waitress knew what was going on in her section and made sure everyone was taken good care of. We never had to wait long but at the same time we were never rushed. The area was clean and fresh throughout. I was glad we booked in advance as it was so busy, so easy to do on the ap. I didn't know they did take away and will definately give that a go at some point. The only reason I dropped a star is because several of the tubs at the salad bar were empty and didn't seem to be refilled that quickly. In their defense someone did wander out to check the area but they didn't seem that quick in replacing the empty containers. The area was kept lovely and tidy though considering the amount of children that were in there having a good time.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The waiting staff work really hard but the food is very basic and second rate food cooked too much. I won't be going back.

We came for my brother's 13th birthday and had a great evening out! The food was fantastic - we had a variety of dishes cooked to perfection - I chose a new burger from the menu which was delicious (props to the chefs). Upon entering, you can tell the service is great - Phil the manager who showed us to our table was professional and welcoming, Shelley who served us was amazing; always attentive and cheerful, whilst Sophie behind the bar was very polite and friendly! Thank you, we will certainly be back soon!

We had a lovely meal out tonight. Food was great and came quick and was lovely and hot. Our server Shelly was amazing. She was extremely attentive and made sure we got our drinks quick and if we needed anything Shelly made sure we had it. Such a lovely polite lady.

Original order had a replaced item as not available, sauce not received, ice cream packed in the same bag as the other food, consequently the hot food was stone cold!’

Genuinely horrendous. Food always takes ages to come, lots of stuff not available and just Genuinely not nice. I've been here a few times and it's always been average. But recently it's awful. I will find somewhere else to go now when meeting family. Steak was raw (wanted medium well). Chicken was cooked on a dirty grill so tasted like coal, chicken looked rotten, just a bad experience today.
