We often visit here and the waitress Emma always looks after us. She always remembers us and even remembers our orders and always goes out of her way to make our experience nice.

Sadly really quiet here in the morning, especially considering the breakfast here is superb. The greeting and service by Sheri was very warm and welcoming, and will definitely be telling my friends to come here for breakfast.

Nice little harvester , waited a little while to be served, but it was a busy Sunday so understandable. Servers were polite. Food was lovely and hot, I had the new tacos on the small plates deal . Really filling and a nice change . Gutted they don't do crackerjack prawns anymore 🥺 Overall nice meal with my girlfriends

Honestly the experience was absolutely amazing. I went in with my family of 5 and the service was absolutely top notch. We were served by Tyron who was very warm, friendly, and made us and the kids feel sooo welcome. The kids absolutely loved him. It was a very busy time when we arrived, and even with the demand for his attention from multiple customers, he was never phased, always had a genuine smile and kept us all in high spirits. The food was good and restaurant very clean and high standard. What an absolute pleasure!!

Went to the harvester today for a catch up with a friend, we were put out the back of the restaurant away from everyone else and forgotten about. It took 10 minutes for a waiter to come over and take our order, he didn’t seem very happy to be there, didn’t ask very many questions, he went off to get us bowls for the salad, didn’t even ask if we were ready for food, we finally ordered after being there for about 15/20 minutes, he was very abrupt. Didn't get our drinks for another 10 minutes and they were just plonked on the table, our food order finally came out and it was freezing cold, couldn’t find anyone to complain. Then we sat there for 30/45 minutes waiting for the bill, we finally had to ask someone else for our bill. Was not a very pleasant experience, been here multiple times before and have definitely had a better experience before. And to top it off we weren’t even told our waiters name.

We had a family meal here The food was ok However there was no spit roast chicken available after we ordered so half our party had to reorder Service was poor food not prepared as asked Drinks ordered never came

Unbelievable service from waiter/ waitress, chef and manager!! My grandson has many allergies and some rare ones. But the staff were amazing at dealing with this. All extremely professional and the food was perfect. Thanks to all the staff, looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this restaurant

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience on this visit. When we arrived we were told what table to sit at, we had to find someone to order drinks, when the lady did eventually come over, she didn't introduce herself, just took our drinks order & put 4 bowls down on the table (there was only 3 of us), before we had been asked if we had been to Harvester before & did we know about the salad bar but not this time, the bowls were just plonked on the table! When we came back from the salad bar our drinks were on the table, we ate our salad & waited for the waitress to come back to take our food order, she didn't return so again, I had to find someone, a waiter came across, took our order & promptly disappeared. Our food came, it was ok but not great & after the service so far, I couldn't be bothered to complain. To be honest, the place looked grubby & the staff really didn't seem interested, it was like they didn't want to be there. It is a shame as we have been before & it has been good but I won't be returning.

Ladies toilets were disgusting. Despite me bringing it to the attention of staff no one cleaned them and only 1 cubicle had toilet roll. Food and service were good

Came here with my brother this evening and must say since my last visit the device and standards have dropped, I came in as a walk-in for a table with a service, I waited 5 minutes to even have a staff member attend me at the front desk and to be told walk ins aren’t allowed and you have to go to the bar and find a table. I have booked here many times and as an employee in the company I don’t think I am going to return for a while.

Always have a great time. Food is great and service is good too, staff are friendly and food comes out quickly.

A busy Saturday lunchtime. We were running late, so we were a bit rushed when the food took a while to arrive. Otherwise... would deffo go back!

Food was delicious but the waitress (Shelley) was outstanding. So friendly and efficient.....worth coming back for service like that.

If you are like me and a finicky eater, you may have to wait a bit longer. For example, the last two times we have been there, ordered and explained, got put on their order epad thing, then when it came it came it had sauce all over eat when it stats plain no glaze and well done which it wasn't so it went back and corrected which I'm glad they sorted but means my family ate while I was waiting. When I did get it I enjoyed it to a point. As in wasn't the best they done for me before. But shout out to the front of house/server bloke who sorted it out and gave us a little reduce in price.

Have been a few times lately as love to be served by Joe, but this evening we visited to try new menu, we was served by shelly she was very busy, but still very friendly and efficient, food was good pork belly great, tacos a nice add :) will be back . Overall the food was good, unfortunately the first lot of chips were not hot. After complaining new hot ones were served to us.

The Pita Garlic Bread it costs 5£ Ridiculous!

The portion size was like a kids size 5 chips beans and a piece of chicken not work £8.99

The RiB Eye steak needs a big improvement, the one I had served was of poor quality never worth the £24+ that I paid.

Service was good, food was wrll cooked and priced reasonably . The only issue would really be the salad bar . Several of the choices hadnt been refilled ( cucumber, lettuce to nane a couple) and only had soggy bits left in bottom. They were busy but someone should of been keeping an eye. Edit 6/1024 Ordered take away delivrey via Just Eat , very dissapointing , told via app that would be about 30mins , waited for over an hour . One of the meals was meant to have halloumi fries, but came with normal fries . All 5 of the meals were meant to have free mixed salads and we got none . I guess if you want meals then go in and eat as it looks like there is no checking or care for meals you order online .

Had to wait over 1 hour for our dinner, took ages to get our drinks, salad bar was nearly empty as no one had filled any of it up, and no jacket potatoes, apparently under staffed?

Food was nice (chicken) fresh and laid out in a box. Salad a little basic when they have a salad bar.

Service way too slow, nearly 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive! Salad by was empty and wasn’t refilled during whole visit! We was left with our finished plates on the table for 30 minutes, Other customers walked out due to lack of service! Food was average,

Our server Shelley at the Gravesend harvester was great, (not the first time she has served us, we go quite often) but she is always quick, patient as 2 guests were a bit late and honest about the food which to me is the sign of a good server. Shelley is always polite and cheerful, it's always a pleasure to be served by her. The food was good but as often happens some items weren't available but Shelley knew what there was left and told us. Definitely go again and would recommend.
