Went there for a date with my fella tuesday night, i ordered Chicken and bacon waffles from there and ive woken up today with food poisoning, have tried calling them to get through and make a complaint so i didnt have to make a review but they never picked up time i called (5)

So we are at present waiting for our food, ordered our drinks thirty minutes ago, there they were sitting at the bar, no one bringing them over so I collected them myself. Food was nice but warm, overall sadly not such a great experience. Oh and salad bar was empty 😞

Very hit and miss. Sometimes it's horrible food and sometimes it's REALLY horrible food.

CHECK EDIT TO SEE WHY IT'S A 5 STAR! I went here 2 days ago, Some staff were nice especially my waiter, it took 20 minutes just to get my salad bowl! It was quite busy but still should be a little bit more organized. No forks or plates. And had to wait 2 hours to get our food! When I got my food I had another waiter, she was rude and when we asked for salt she rolled her eyes at us and number " for f sake". When I got my food it was good. But it needs to fix their waiting times because it was bad. Normally not this bad, I'm Disappointed in harvester today, I'm going again soon to give harvester a second try, will post an update. 2 stars harvester., you made me disappointed. EDIT - I Went on Wednesday, and it was amazing! I ordered the mixed grill, took 7 - 10 mins and BOOM! It was there. I order dessert and it was amazing! 🤤 Now, Of course I will be back for another plate. The staff were nice and was not rude through out, and in total it was worth the price, only £50 for 2 people ordering the same thing. I Sometimes think that harvester is bad, but normally it does not disappoint! I Love Harvester

Very bad slow service from emma ,we came in to use the lunch time deal well before 4pm and because of bad service food arrived after 4pm then was refused lunchtime deal. Spoke to a male manager who said sorry but that was it. Horribly to think our client comes every week and to be treated this way.

Food was nice. I am very upset, however, nobody told me that I had to register my car. I received a fine in the post today. It would be helpful to customers if the colleague working front of house made customers aware of the parking registration. This has now turned what was a fun memory into an annoying one!

My son took his son for a meal during half term,it was very busy and he was not aware that you had to register vehicle and at the time of ordering he was not told you had to register vehicle. He has received a parking fine and this has spoiled what was a pleasant afternoon.

Been here a few times now and this is the best Harvester. Salad bar fresh and varied and the quality of the food is excellent. Always busy but the staff are amazing. So much nicer than our local Harvester in Brentwood. Would definitely recommend 😊

The WORST RESTAURANT i ever been to. Me and my Family have been waiting for almost 2 HOURS but people who came after us gotten their food and it was just annoying.

I'm absolutely disgusted at this place. Booked a table at 12pm for a 6pm slot for me and my partner to go. By 1pm I still hadn't received a confirmation email yet on the app when I booked it, it gave me a conformation number. So I proceed to ring the restaurant to find out if it had gone through however no answer. So I left my name and number and still weeks on are waiting for someone to get back to me. I then carried on phoning from half one till 5pm making over 30 calls to which every single one was ignored. So we make the trip to the restaurant to be greeted by an extremely long que that carried on outside the front door. We started queuing and waiting for about 20 mins. At this point our booking time slot had passed and me and my partner wasn't happy. We finally managed to speak to a woman on the desk who told me I didn't have a booking despite having the number and she didn't have any tables. She was extremely rude, did not have any compassion at all nor did she even seem bothered at all. There was no eye contact or not even a simply apology. She turned round and told us to either sit at the bar and eat or find somewhere else at which point we decided to go elsewhere. Over a week on from coming here I've now received a parking fine of £100 for parking for 20 mins without registering. These 20 mins were spent queuing to get into the restaurant and speaking to the extremely rude woman in the red dress claiming to be the manager. And at NO POINT did she tell us that we had to register my number plate on a tablet which being so busy with customers queuing we did not see. I have rang the branch 7 times since receiving this letter and still no one will pick up the phone. I've left name and number and yet still no contact. I'm absolutely disgusted and won't be paying a fine I wasn't made aware of. I would like this sorting.

We had a great meal here for Sunday lunch. The staff were helpful, the food was very fresh & nice and hot. We had Jacqui serving us she was absolutely brilliant!

Really nice since it's been done up. Staff are excellent and attentive, good was fresh and really tasty, atmosphere was buzzing because it was busy. It's pricey now, definitely not low budget, but the food reflects the price.

Don't know why but the gravesend harvester seems to operate better than dartford and the food better too. They seem more on top of the cleanliness and food quality. Maybe dartford short staffed but this has been our experience on the last 2 occasions to both.

Shelley was a brilliant host got me and my daughter today. I made a huge mistake and came to the completely wrong restaurant and they accommodated me and still sat me down to help us out. A happy jolly lady will visit again and hope we get Sheri to serve us again even though the ice cream machine wasn’t working she recommended a lovely pudding which was great thank you Sheri

We attended last night for a dinner. Upon receiving a child’s grilled chicken meal we noticed the chicken was raw. We politely asked for it to be changed and I was told by a female manager that it’s not raw and it’s in my head. The chicken was still pink. We waited a further 40min to receive the new food which by then my child finished from our plate. Very unhappy with the comment and unprofessionalism regarding it. Raw chicken is no joke and should be taken seriously.

No rotisserie chicken at all at 4pm on a Sunday says it all really and was told a 50 wait when asked how long the excuse being too many people have ordered it seriously 4pm on a Sunday that's why people go there and it turned out to more that 50 mins mote like 90.

Another great meal at this Harvester. The staff are very friendly and listen to how you want ya food cooked and really go that little bit extra to make your dining experience more enjoyable.....

We visited here last night, I understand harvester is exactly a fancy restaurant. But the service was awful. Our food took ages to come out and when it did it was stone cold. But the waiters/waitresses never asked us once for a drink they would come to our table and leave so quick we’d never got the chance. Then when we made a complaint at the end. And asked for the card machine, the waiter then took ages to even get the card machine for us to pay. The manager was very apologetic and gave us £10 off. But I’ve never had such an awful service.
