Stopped for an impromptu lunch with friends so hadn't booked but managed to get a table. Service was good and food was very good

Host who seated us is always friendly (small girl with glasses :) ) Our server this time was a lady called Shelley who was great. Always kept herself busy and couldn’t do enough for all the tables she was looking after. An experienced hospitality member, such an asset to your team :)

We had a lovely meal out tonight. Food was great and came quick and was lovely and hot. Our server Shelly was amazing. She was extremely attentive and made sure we got our drinks quick and if we needed anything Shelly made sure we had it. Such a lovely polite lady.

Genuinely horrendous. Food always takes ages to come, lots of stuff not available and just Genuinely not nice. I've been here a few times and it's always been average. But recently it's awful. I will find somewhere else to go now when meeting family. Steak was raw (wanted medium well). Chicken was cooked on a dirty grill so tasted like coal, chicken looked rotten, just a bad experience today.

Friendly welcome. Prompt and efficient service by Shelley. Good variety of dishes from which to choose. Steaks done perfectly. Happy to return.

We visited with our autistic son and was made very welcome. Despite the fact he doesn’t normally cope in busy environments, care has been taken to position us. The staff were all attentive and helpful. Food was hot and tasty. The staff all sang our son happy birthday and most of the restaurant joined in. Lovely atmosphere and totally made by the staff. The service I received is always grand at this place we had a waitress called Vikki and she was just wonderful. Very attentive, happy and kind, always making sure we were ok and had what we needed.

We visited on the way home from visiting family in Kent for a quick dinner. It turned out to be one of our best visits to any harvester we’ve been to. We visit regularly in MK where we live, and we wished we could take Vincent back with us to our local one. He went above and beyond to make our visit brill. He was so genuine and nice, and it was so refreshing to have a waiter serving us who was just comfortably himself. It made our whole dining experience much more relaxed and brilliant. We had an issue with one dish, and he immediately sorted it, with a smile on his face, and it wasn’t an issue (fussy MIL lol) - He made her smile, and laugh and was just genuinely lovely. We’d definitely go back again if we knew Vince was working, and we were in the area. Thanks Vince!

Great evening out at this recently refurbished restaurant. Ordered a starter, three mains, had one desert, drinks including a bottle of wine and a coffee. All served by one of the waitresses as well as the duty manager. Both very polite and entertaining. The best bit came at the end when I looked at the bill. All for under £100. Not a bad price to pay in these days of inflation. Definately paying this place a visit again.

Just want to send a massive thank you to Emma what a credit to the company she is. My Mrs has allergies and she was so accommodating... Place was clearly understaffed but Emma pulled it out the bag Well done harvester team tonight. Especially Emma ❤️

Great food and friendly staff. Lots of options on the menu and food service is pretty quick. Parking is easy and free and the restaurant and toilets are clean

We visited this harvester on Saturday and booked the breakfast with Santa for our two young boys. The experience was amazing for both the children and us as parents. Santa did an amazing job he stayed in character for the whole duration of our stay at the restaurant. He’s appearance was very realistic to the traditional Santa Claus and he was Very good with communicating with our children and customising their experience. I would 100% recommend booking in this experience at the harvester and specifically the gravesend one as the Santa does such an amazing job. My children received a Christmas pack by Santa which kept them busy through the meal and received a little chocolate treat to take home afterwards. The Santa’s grotto corner was very well decorated and I thought this made the experience even better. The service overall was very good. The waitress was quick and good at communicating and directing us where to go for our visit with Santa. Many thanks Santa!

The staff were very friendly. The server we had was fun and engaging. Great amount of parking. The food was as good as always. The selection of drinks options in the refills were great.

We had a work Christmas lunch here. Let’s start with the good points. The lady serving us was excellent and put up with a large party paying separately. The famous salad bar was very good. They had run out of prawn cocktail starters and the replacement tempura prawns was good. The negative was the turkey Christmas dinner. My turkey was the thin slimy strips you carve off the bottom of the carcass. Not a mouthful of decent meat to be had. If I was not in a large work group I would have sent it back, but i don’t. Want to spoil the atmosphere. I eat out a lot and I’m realistic enough not to expect high end food at this price. But. I do expect a decent mouthful, or two, of turkey in a Christmas dinner. I guess it will be another ten years before I visit a Harvester again.

Always such a lovely meal here. Amazing staff, friendly, always available and very accommodating with children. Special shout out to Emma, Jackie and Shelley for always making every meal an absolute pleasure.

Visited today with family, grandsons 18th birthday. It was clean, although being busy the staff were very polite and helpful. Service was very fast. Our mains arrived before we had chance to try the salad bar ( never known the service to be so quick). This didn't stop us enjoying our meals

Always book here. Even with a booking the table may not be ready. Place gets very busy.

Very pleasant experience. Our waitress Sheri was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Food was excellent and much improved from our previous visits. Would certainly recommend and will be returning very soon.

Restaurant very busy for the time of day, place was a mess, we waited 45-50 minutes for our food but was not advised of the delay. There didn't appear to be any management present and no front of house host. It seemed to be left to waiting staff to show customers to their tables. We had classic burgers which were very dry and tasteless. Overall a very disappointing visit.

We tried the new ultimate rib to share and it was amazing as too was our service by Shelley she is a credit to the company

Nice evening at Harvester, Gravesend 16/11/2024. Nathan the server was excellent, attentive and made our evening hassle free and enjoyable. Felt a bit out of order as we did not have cash to leave a tip, and no option was given on the card payment reader so thought I would leave a review for him instead. Food was okay, though chicken dishes were quite bloody in places and a bit rubbery and tough, though overall the food was edible and other meats nicely cooked. Prices have gone up too so would expect a higher standard in this respect. Manager please pass on our regards and thanks to Nathan that we appreciated his efforts.
