Good food, good service great choice.

A bit of a wait for the food order to be taken, due to limited staff, food came quite quickly, nice chicken and ribs meal.

Very lovely service, good, fresh food, especially during the Easter holidays. The 8 ounce rump steak was nice and fresh, and our kids enjoyed their chicken breasts. Plus, the salad bar is always a bonus.

Great food and great service from Shelley. She went above and beyond to make sure our first time at Harvester was lovely and it was. Always asking if she can get us anything and her knowledge of the menu was great. A great Ambassador to the company.

We had a lovely family meal at the Harvester Gravesend. A Big Thank you to our waiter Evie she was an excellent young girl very happy and happy to help us, with a lovely smile even when she was walking around. 10/10 service from her.

We visited today and I must say Shelly was an amazing sever, she was extremely quick with our drinks, our food was perfect and as for the deserts Shelly served very beautifully presented and tasted amazing.

Great food and excellent service from shelley our waitress very efficient and very friendly. Very attentive and kept checking we was OK and was there anything else she could do for us.

Went out for meal as a couple was seated then waited for a while to order drinks. Ordered refills glasses took ages to arrive and salad bowls took even longer so long that mains arrived before I had even had chance to eat my salad. Chips weren't seasoned as stated on menu queried this and was given a pot of seasoning to season my own chips. Not once was we asked how meal was. The only thing swiftly actioned was being given the bill of which I had a voucher for. The waiter then had to process the voucher which I was never even given an opportunity to be given an amended receipt for. All I managed to get was a copy of credit card receipt after asking. Not the greatest experience won't hurry back.....

Visited tonight for a birthday surprise for one of our staff members, was served by Francis , such a delight to have on your team , nothing was to much trouble for him and he delivered all our awkward needs , 5* for Francis and hope he gets the praise he deserves , We had such a lovely evening

Had a lovely catch up with a friend. Restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere. Service was great, served by Shelley again. Food order taken in good time with the salad bowls and glasses brought over to us quickly. Great food and service.

We had a very enjoyable experience for a birthday meal thanks to Shelly. Food was very fresh and tasty. Arrived in a good time . Shelly was very friendly and professional , she attended to what ever we needed. Will most certainly return soon.

Lovely staff who kindly accommodated us on a Friday evening without a booking. The food was delicious with very generous portions and service was warm and friendly. The only minor downer was my friend only got 4 bits of strawberry on her strawberry waffle lol. The odd typical wannabe 'geezers' you expect on a Friday night that hopefully one day will realise they were just knobs but otherwise perfectly pleasant clientele. Would definitely visit again.

So under staffed one lady was left to run the bar on her own and had to run food to tables. Questioned the manager who wasn't interested instead kept going out the back for cigarettes. He came to serve at the bar eventually after multiple complaints from various customers then had to be shown the till by the one lady who was covering the bar. So poorly managed but couldn't fault the service from the ladies there really polite and they couldn't have worked any harder.

The place was completely empty but still couldn't be seated for 2 people due to been apparently short staffed also left stood waiting for 15 minutes just to be told this. Shocking for such a big chain restaurant won't be visiting any ever again

The restaurant was super busy, but through the chaos of the evening our server Shelley sailed through the business with energy and a smile on face. Amazing!

I had the Mediterranean Brunch. It was Super Delicious and the Staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Will most definitely be back soon.

They had ran out of spitroast chicken which limited the menu considerably, but the service and food made up for it (Although I had to keep chasing the waitress)

Came here with my cousin for a quick meal and service was great, food was good but chips were on the slightly overcooked side, apart from that was good. There was a older waitress (didn’t get the name) who was excellent and attentive and couldn’t of been any more helpful.

The staff were great especially the lady who greeted us, she made it obviously our table had been chosen carefully to meet my request that we be in view of the kitchen for our disabled son who loves watching people cook

Went to the harvester for a family meal and had Shelly serving us. She couldn’t have done more for us and is a real credit to your restaurant.

This Harvester is perfect for us, we have a son with autism and have always been made welcome. Service is quick and efficient which is what our son needs, especially when Shelley is looking after us.

Good food. Great fish and chips, Haddock cooked to perfection. Great waitress too. Staff seem happy which is nice. Had early lunch.

The food was exquisite but we did hve to wait quite a while to be served. The Manager who was inviting people in had an argument with the kitchen staff loudly, the waitress who served us was super and very friendly.

Great place to eat out at. Service is exceptional, tentative, helpful, and friendly staff always willing to assist. Large number of parking spaces available. Bar area is a little small but good range if drinks available with the beer being very refreshing and cold. Food is of good quality and always hot, which arrives quickly. Salad bar is as it is in most harvesters. Tables, cutlery, and glasses could be cleaner, but due to the high volume of custmoers and water marks from dishwashers, this is a problem most can live with. Will visit again as it's a pleasant place to dine at. Booking in advance is recommended as the place does get busy and you won't always get a table straight away unless booked.

Good food although we felt our waiter was over worked, while we were there we saw four tables being seated within five minutes of each other, how you expect him to maintain his brand standards when he is allocated tables this way when he was already dealing with six tables already. Think about your staff, they are part of the reason we visit!

Not at all Happy. Ordered our meals & told to help ourselves to salad bar all the bowls were hot half the dishes were empty no plates to put rolls on. There was a lot of bits of food on the floor. Getting back to our table Tried to butter the roll we found them to hard to eat. When our meals turned up they were all wrong they took them back to get it right this time with luck. When we got them there was no coleslaw on my plate just some lettuce levels & my wife had no sauce so she had to wait again. The meals were no to good chips were not nice. SO WE WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN. We decided to give it another try and I must say it was a big improvement. The meal was lovely. Although we DID NOT HAVE STAKE.

On an incredibly busy night, the staff really kept everybody served throughout. Our waitress Shelley is a real force of nature who doesn't stop and goes above & beyond for all the customers.
