This pub is SHUT due to ridiculous rents etc What a SHAME. Not many left like this. An old fashioned working man's pub you can play darts or pool in.

Customers are friendly (for the most part) but are hugely let down by some of the rudest staff I have ever met. One lady in particular likes to refuse to serve people for no apparent reason. Felt largely unwelcome as soon as we entered, with the mistake being realised as soon as we got to the bar.

Terrible place. Fights break out galore. Beer was reasonable. Drunk football lads being aggressive. Landlady sat eyeballing everyone. Not a great place

Nice place overall. I'd gladly visit there again.

Great town centre pub located on the edge of 5 Rise shopping centre ideal if you fancy a quick pint before doing your shopping or meeting friends there's lager and beer on draught live sport on a big screen TV and a Juke box,there's spirits and bottled beer and ciders if that's your taste,think they have wine in small bottles but best to check

Local cheap boozer but not much going for it. No beer other than Tetleys cask which is not the best.

Proper pub sky TV horse racing & cricket on 3 screens.

Friendly and if you like sports a gr8 place to go. Sky on and does change over for night trade eith dj & music. Gr8 atmosphere

Great pub clean facilities friendly staff and family friendly

Got a pool table, real ales, bandit for the gamblers. Great for watching big sporting events on a big screen.

Great down to earth pub. decent beer and prices. live music too at weekend. Really enjoy this pub.
