Alright food, takes a while to come, took advantage of the bloke in front of me on the queue charging 11.50 for Burger Chips and Drinks even though a meal is stated to be 7.50. Only because the customer said large chips. Lack of customer service for what should be a simple transaction. Unfortunate experience might try somewhere else next time.

late delivery! apparently due to traffic but it's a 10 mins drive and it left late from resesturant love this restaurant but don't think I'll be ordering again anytime soon

My food was left outside nearly half hour as no one rang my doorbell.

We are regular customers, but our food took over 90 minutes to arrive and when it did arrive, was freezing cold. They were clearly understaffed but that isn’t our fault. Awful, which is a real shame because we have always been happy previously.

If you do have to order here I'd do it through uber eats or just eat so you at least have some comeback if they send the wrong thing/missing items. And you also won't have to deal with thier 'customer service'.

Just ordered direct, they took 90 mins to deliver, then delivered a lamb wrap, not the chicken kebab we ordered, when I called they accused me of lying and refused to admit they got it wrong. We also didn’t get the dips we ordered. All in all, terrible. Don’t order from this restaurant

We asked for a refund because we didn’t want food poisoning and they refused and said the chicken was fine when it’s clearly purple. Absolutely appalling.

I've ordered from these guys at least once per week since I discovered this absolute little gem! Food is amazing and incredible value for money. Very happy to extend my compliments and recommend them for a great little take out spot.

The Kebabs are delicious. The Donna kebabs are best if you pay extra for the pitta bread but on its own, the taste isn’t very good (dry).

Delivery time was 7.40pm - 8pm…. Food arrived stone cold at 8.32pm… Restaurant said it was heavy traffic, then the delivery driver was new… delivery driver said he had another drop off to make before mine… no apologies by driver or restaurant… they just don’t care, no attempt to make it right…Restaurant just full of BS excuses about delayed order, then the quality of food was poor… no taste to the hot wings, burnt (black) corn on the cob… stone cold burgers and fries… Won’t be ordering again

My delivery was late 19:25-19:45, it arrived at 20:00 so my food was cold. I ordered a Dr Pepper and received a Pepsi!!! What is going on? The service has really gone downhill this year :(

I tried the periperi chicken burger and fries a few times. Food is really nice. At times over sauced . The place has no atmosphere though and is usually empty when i go around 12.30 usually also manned by one person so if at back may need patience though door does chime. However when making food that is all he is doing so food never overcooked The customer service is so so. Basic. What would you like, eat in or take away and price but what else is needed. Gave 3 for service as may take few minuted to get attrntion and bear minimum customer service but food makes up for it

was missing parts of the order asked for a refund for the bits that were missing, was told when I phone the restaurant that they could not refund me had to go through the just eat app im still awaiting a response. Will also be leaving a very negative review on Google.

Absolutely a joke first time here and last time. Came in ordered explained everything on order was told 20 min wait as too many delivery’s so didn’t mind but half hour later we get out get home and one of the orders is wrong, ring up and ask for this to be changed will drive back and get it to then have to wait another ten mins. So the food already at home is already cold and still having to wait for a mistake that was not needed if followed the correct way on the receipt.

Hot and tasty just what we wanted, delivery on time! The chicken fillets were grilled to perfection and the fries were fresh and just right! The only thing I would say was that we got two portions of sweet potato fries instead of two portions of wedges! Otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller to other buyers unreservedly!

It's almost always late, really late. Today it was thankfully on time, but YET AGAIN it was missing items. This is maybe the fourth or fifth time this year. The food that does arrive is very good, that's why I keep ordering, but this is terrible. And what's worse, none of their phone numbers work, including the one listed on Just Eat, so I'm very annoyed. It used to be really good, a few years agon - on time, correct orders, good food. I'm sad to leave this review after having been disappointed yet again.

Ive come here 3 times. First time it was brilliant and the peri chips were amazing. Second was a delivery and they got it completely wrong. Tonight i ordered a donner box which they claimed to call out 4 times however 3 of us were listening and yet we are still waiting 30 minutes later. Great drunk food, horrible staff and service!

I recently visited hart peri peri and had a delightful experience, chicken burger was perfectly cooked and tender with right amount of juiciness😋. For Peri Peri Burger is a fantastic spot for peri peri lovers and burger enthusiasts alike. The flavors are outstanding, the service is excellent, and the overall experience is highly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for some deliciously spiced burgers. I’ll deffo visit again…in shaa ALLAH!

I’ll set the scene, a wild me was fiending for some munch and 2 hours into the am. I’m absolutely off my head at this point by the way, i look up and think i see the gates to heaven ‘Royal Peri Peri Chicken’ my life had hit an all time high. I thought to myself if i can get sum donar in me, i’d be able to hop in my stage 3 remapped toyota corrola 2009 and make my way back home listening to some ed sheeran wid the boys. I get served my food, mouth is watering and eyes are tearing up, ‘i’ve made it’ i thought, only such admiration and joy would only last 5 business seconds, i took one bite and almost had a heart attack, i spat it out so fast my wisdom teeth came through and i grew 16 years older. Instantly i thought about my kids and my ugly wife which i don’t have. Imagine. The food was so bad i saw into the future and took a look at my life and saw how depressing it was. Thanks Royal Peri Peri Chicken, now my car is in 2 pieces and my spine has a twin sister. Moral of the story is, don’t waste your time and end your life early by eating here. Luv.

It was a cold Saturday night at roughly 1:30am in the morning, after a hard shift a few of me and my friends thought we would stop at this particular food spot, as we occasionally enjoy trying new places, there is no other way to describe this food joint except simply my first bite a shiver grasped my body harder then when I first watched conjuring, I believe the doner meat tried to eat me back which was an interesting experience, I fear for my toilets safety when I wake up in the morning, if you care for your bowels and intestines I highly suggest eating out of the bin next door it will provide more nutritional value as stated by the homeless man when I asked if he wanted any food from this place. The homeless man said he’s eaten floor chewing gum that tasted nicer than the cheesy chips, somehow even the lettuce was under cooked and it doesn’t even need cooking, all in all, great experience the doner meat is most likely the remains of Steven hawking.

I bet any place in Hampshire to provide this quality of food for less than £10

No stars! I ordered my meal at 8.30pm and it’s 10.10pm and the order hasn’t arrived - no answer on the phone. Seems to be a fraudulent restaurant

Really need this kind of food in Fleet. My kids love their cheese burger and milkshakes. We recently ordered their new Smash Beef Burger - they are AMAZING! Grilled platter is definitely worth it.

Was disgusting. No flavour. Can’t describe how sinful it was taking the first bite of the ‘Chicken’. May have just been a bad experience but I would not even recommend to a starving child.

I bought the 12 piece bucket of chicken and honestly I could not describe the state of my life at that moment in time. The first bite of chicken that I took made me rethink my life’s worth and truly thought whether any of my life was worth living. I then ate the chips. I am telling you when I say this, my insulation In my third bathroom had more seasoning and flavour that that long pile of trash. Then I took another bite of chicken. I then proceeded to go to Halfords to Order a rope as I really thought my life had come to an end in that very moment. The coke was Aight. However the grease clogged my arteries and lungs resulting in my Nan getting third degree burns in her left knee. Overall not a spectacular experience but recommended to anyone who wants to live in a recovery hospital for their entire living. Gordon Ramsey can’t even save that. Nah jk it was Aight xx

We were in town last Saturday and went in for a bite to eat for lunch. Myself and my partner both had the Peri Chicken double pita. I ordered one with Fries and drink, the other without but the guy clearly Miss-heard me as we ended up with two meals. I was going to knock it down to a 4 star review as we had quite a long wait (prob 25 mins+) which seemed a lot considering there were only a few of us in the restaurant. HOWEVER… when the food arrived, despite being difficult to eat easily as it tends to slide about a lot lol, it was absolutely delicious. It really was. Clearly freshly cooked chicken, I had hot sauce which was perfect, it complimented the meal well. Good value, for both of us I think it was about £16 inc chips and drinks. Worthy of a 5-Star review on the basis it was great food.

The chips were very greasy to normal and not properly cooked. The driver was polite but delivery was 20 mins late despite ordering it earlier than normal.

I called the restaurant when the delivery was late. I was quite rudely told it was on the way. When it arrived it was incomplete. Two items missing. The food was good, the service was not. I was asked to leave a note and I’d be compensated on my next order. No idea how to leave a note, No advice on how to do so. Pretty sure I won’t order from here again as I’ve paid for food I haven’t received.

Missing a large popcorn and when I called the restaurant they wouldn’t provide it!

Food was late and when it arrived the sauce was leaked all over the bag! Very messy and the chicken had lost all its sauce!

I've ordered from here a lot before. This time was poor all around. Missing item, incredibly late, all the optional extras that we paid for were not added. No answer for 40 minutes when calling. Then gave me 20% off for next time. There will not be a next time.

Phoned the restaurant to find out where my food was as just eat was showing as delivered over 45 minutes later the food arrived, restaurant was not bothered about the massive delay, I ordered at 6.30pm and it arrived at 8.33pm I don't understand as they are usually really good

No salad came with the kebab box meal as per the menu. Also paid 50p extra for caramelised onions but what looked like a dollop of jar onions. Also 50p for a squirt of mayonnaise…

After waiting over an hour for when my food was meant to be delivered it was cold. Wet and the milkshake came without a straw so no way of drinking it until it’s melted. Boss man had one job to not put lettuce and tomato in the burger. Specifically asked to not have either. Takes an hour to get here and low and behold it’s got lettuce and tomato. Kept getting fobbed off over the phone saying the driver had only just left and he was coming and then waited another 30 minutes before he arrived and I only live 5 minutes away. When I’m only ordering a burger, chips and shake how hard is it to get that order right?
