Worst coffee ive had for a while, burnt and very watery. Sevice is always really good however, as well as the cleanliness

Not sure where to start to be honest but I’ll give it a go. Service was okay not much to be said about that. Coffee was okay but definitely not “better coffee” as advertised, I’ve had a better coffee from a burger van down the market. Now we get on to the food… it’s what only can be described as prison food. You could have given this to a prisoner of war and they’d turn it down. Avocado was like pre mixed cement, I would be happy to use this for a house renovation but not for human consumption. A hard boiled microwaved poached egg all on top of yesterday’s bread. I’m only giving this 2 stars because of the cat

Nice but Expensive, Greggs in the Tesco would be better. The croque monsieur was nice.

Young staff doing a good enough job, and interactive with customers, but black Americano coffee diabolical - could near enough see daylight through it and could have passed for dirty dishwater. Might try one last time and mention this to them at point of order.

Place is looking very shabby and not very clean. The tables don't look like they have been cleaned for a while (4.30pm and not busy). Large latte is £4.05. Muffin £2.50 so more reasonable. They offer 6 choices of tea: English Breakfast, decaf and 4 others. I like Berry or fruit teas but none of these are offered so I asked for hot water. This was given (in a very small cup!) and free of charge.

Breakfast rap was nice , also was the pot of tea... nice chesterfield sofas albeit very tatty and tired looking ... staff very pleasant

The man made us buy something to then tell us we can’t eat in there and then kicked us out

the man told us to buy something from there to eat in the shop so we brought stuff but then get told we are unable to eat and it’s illegal to eat in there. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Monday morning not nice service.

Cost 30% more than any other coffee shop, even top notch ones. The coffee is VERY average at best.

After a bit of shopping I went into this cafe inside tescos Sunbury-on-Thames and found David Debbie and jessie to be absolutely lovely, service with a smile, the table area couldn't of been more clean . My sausage and egg roll was great and priced ok. Overall considering I went in to have a cuppa I found that to be a lovely experience. Great gang thank you

Poor variety just paninis and 3 menu options. Had posh beans more like posh Vomit! See picture. Bulbs are glass chandeliers and bumped my head twice as they hang to low! Sure they will be sued soon!!!

Very small for the price! Smaller than Starbucks but more expensive. Quality is good though

Banana cake is not fresh, coffee is not in good in taste.

Was in there yesterday for a hot chocolate, great drink, customer service was excellent. OMG you have to try the ginger bread man, it is out of this world lol

Awful experience in Sunbury TESCO/Harris+Hoole Café. The sandwich was heated and part of the cheese ousing out was baked onto the serviette inside the cardboard box.

Terrible customer service, terrible food!

I ordered a new York deli flatbread and asked them to take out the gurkin things. No problem they said. Gurkins turned up on a seeded roll. Interesting 😞

This place is awful. We came in just after it opened & it looked like the end of the day. It looks dirty, the floor needs sweeping & cleaning. The fella that served us needs a rocket up his bum & show some enthusiasm. He cant even be bothered to tie his apron so walks around with it dragging on the floor. His shoes are filthy. The sides behind the counter are dirty. Cakes etc are near the till with no cover over them so anyone can touch them, cough or sneeze over them. The windows are filthy. How this place hasnt been closed down I never know, disgusting.

Probably the most expensive coffee outside central London. £3.40 for a medium latte. If they reduced the price a bit, I’m sure more people would stop for coffee. I was there for 90 mins one morning and a total of 6 customers over that period. I’m sure other people were put off by the price.

Delicious coffee as always! Yummy bacon rolls and friendly, personal service. Our go to for our weekend coffee! 😊 ☕

No large coffee cups ridiculous

Nice enough. Cups are stone ware so cools to quick. Not doing such a good range of food now.

Nice vibe and nice coffee. Handy phone app with a loyalty scheme - buy 6 coffees, get one free. The only Harris & Hoole with a kitchen, as it used to be the Tesco café, so they used to serve full meals. That was stopped a few months ago. You can now get mostly cakes, porridge and sandwiches. Service is usually quick. Lots of seating, some low, some high. Handy place to wait in Tesco.

My first time in this chain of coffee shops. Furniture and decor carefully chosen so it has the feel or vibe of 'traditional' high street cafes like Costa Coffee, Cafe Nero etc. Actual coffee was decent enough.

What drink would you like. What size. Hot or cold milk. Which type of milk. Seemed to take 10 mins to order. Coffee was fine though.

Very friendly staff and good coffee but it gets very busy and noisy, not really suitable for anything that requires concentration.

Hi just popped in to pick up a quick coffee to take away, didn't taste it before driving away which is a shame as it's going straight in the bin. Tastes of liquorice a taste l like but not in coffee! This usually means the beans haven't been ground fine enough or not enough water has been used in the brewing. Should have known it wasn't going to be good when the person who just started put their phone which they were charging on the chopping board, then threw a dirty apron on and started serving. Let alone the sound of breaking crockery from the kitchen. Off to McDonald's for a better coffee!!!

Used to be good, not so much anymore since they gutted the menu and did away with the proper cooked breakfasts. They also run out of cakes by about 2:30 everyday. Too much cost saving and not enough customer focus. The coffee is still good, but with a Costa a short drive (or even walk) away, I know who’s loyalty points I get more value from.

Great coffee and cake, apart from that that’s about it, seats are dirty staff are friendly I always take away because of the dirty seats would rather sit in the car, shame really because it used to be really busy but I think everyone is thinking the same thing, gone down hill in the last year, shame

Tables and chairs were dirty and staff are rude one of them told me to hurry up.

Decided to pop in as had some time to kill before work. Wasn't impressed with the coffee. Luke warm and bitter. And had some grains floating on top.

Lunchtime menu not available at lunchtime 😂 lunchtime food stops at 13.30 on Saturday. Has gone down hill drastically over last year. Be surprised if manages to stay open. Bring back Tesco Cafe! BBQ chicken, Slaw and Cheese Flat Bread should be marketed as just the Slaw and shrivelled up Spinach Flatbread... poor choice should've gone elsewhere. 🤔😔

Nice coffee, but dirty tables and chairs

I remember Harris & Hoole as a quality coffee shop l, taking pride in the preparation and quality of their coffee. I’m not sure whether this particular branch is representative of the others, but it is effectively a Supermarket cafe serving anaemia bread, salty soup and burnt, barely drinkable coffee. Finding a clean table was almost as difficult as finding clean cutlery. On a positive note, the staff were friendly

Had the basic breakfast sausage burnt eggs like rock. When served plate was thrown across the table. Not a good experience

Dirty tables & floor. Jacket potato was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Staff not bothered. Will give it a miss in future.

Very glossy place with great decor, but coffee is sub standard and over priced. It doesn't matter what fancy patterns you attempt on my cappuccino, it's the taste that matters.

Been several times and each time they have messed up my order

Horrendous. Short staffed, and staff that were on duty lacked basic training. One staff member started laughing when she found the reason my food was delayed was because it was burning in the oven. Had to ask for my money back, but took ages to get the manager to come out from the back. Had to make a scene to get sorted in the end. And then suddenly, staff started appearing from nowhere to work behind the counter. Where were they hiding while the novice was trying to cope?

One of my last comment on their website was not a positive one, but today best cup of coffee ever. Just wish coffee was serve at drinking temperature like when they opened and not extra hot like other coffee shop.

staff are amazing, well trained, talented and above all friendly. coffee is the best I have ever had. price is a little high but I dare you to drink a Harris and Hoole coffee and go back to Costa or Starbucks and enjoy their drinks.

Enjoyed my chai latte. Staff were welcoming and the service was prompt, but the tables and cutlery were a little grubby for my liking.
