Hard Rock Cafe in York

Coffee was nice but lacked vegan/vegetarian options for food. The Waitrose section had almost no vegan options.

Staff too busy restocking to serve customers. First time I've seen a queue at 10pm at night in the drive thru because the service was so slow and they just kept getting orders wrong. Depressing that even when they don't offer a gluten free bun they still can't get it right by not sticking the cheese to the box and providing the correct burger. Cold fries it is then after queueing 10 mins to get the correct burger.

Food was too expensive. It's only worth it if you get a deal or the buffet. I made the mistake of ordering an individual pizza for £14 and a deal for my son which was £10. The deal got him a child's pizza, some chips, a dessert and a drink. I was surprised that my pizza was the same size as his without any of the sides. The staff were great.

Over inflated prices but still forgot the chicken nuggets and not even a happy meal box

Driver turned up with no food, person on the phone when I tried to sort out the order blamed the driver. Trying to recieve a refund, will not be using again. Very disappointed
