With a long wait for food at the Harvester we came across here for lunch instead. Although it took a while for the food to come out the kitchen, my mate’s little boy was happy to amuse himself in the soft play area. When the food turned up we definitely preferred the chicken burger to the hamburger.

Harbour Kitchen is located in the middle of the small amusement park at Littlehampton beach. We stopped off for a quick bite to eat as our daughter was hungry. It’s reasonably priced for cafe food. We had a panini and drink each and it came to less than £15. Whilst the service was friendly it was incredibly slow. It wasn’t busy at all but it took almost 30 minutes for our lunch to come out. Surely it doesn’t take that long to toast 2 paninis? The food was nice - the paninis were full with ham and melting mozzarella and came with crisps and a side salad. This is a good place to stop for lunch if you have children as there is a soft play area amidst the arcade machines so you can have a bit of peace and quiet while they’re off playing!

Harbour Kitchen is my favourite place in Littlehampton. A very nice and friendly atmosphere, clean, good food and reasonably priced.

The venue is a simple canteen style but we found the fish and chips to be quite good and reasonably priced at just under 8 pounds. A bit of a wait for the food. Portion size was good and plenty of condiments available. I would prefer the food to come on plates rather than the wooden chopping board style platter they use. Drinks priced a bit steep at 1.99 for a bottle. And no tip box for staff who seem to be trying there best.

Had the double Burger, and i wasn't expecting much, but actually it was one of the nicest burgers i have had in a long time. Better than any pub restaurant burger i have had! From what i gather the other snacks were also great.

My wife and I were hungry and decided to have White Bait with brown bread with a plate of chips I am afraid we are used to a much better type of batter the food tasted of heavy fat & lacked taste we felt disappointed and we left feeling it was not value for money I liked the Naval tradition and all the ships which my brother had served non the less i think the establishment needs a new chef

We had never been to littlehampton before (we usually stay in worthing) and so we didn't really know were to go for breakfast, a quick search on google found this place so satnav on and away we went, unlucky for us we were to busy looking at where we was going we missed plenty of other places, now onto the food well where to begin? As 4 adults we wanted a full English breakfast so duly ordered at the counter and took our seats now to the food well i can only say that it arrived quick enough but for the price (£9 each) you didn't really get a lot and i don't know if it was because they were busy but a few items let's say were overdone, for £9 i really expect more than a sausage one piece of bacon a big mushroom and a tomato cut in half yes there was beans and a very crispy hash brown and what i assume was meant to be an egg, needless to say we didn't go back for a second breakfast the day after to be honest just park the car and walk to the Main Street there's better cheaper cafes on there plus a good old faithful weatherspoons which do a better breakfast than this place to honest and a hell of a lot cheaper, but don't take my word for it go yourself and find out the hard way like i did if you must

Never eaten here before and not sure if we'd go again. Food was ok. Very slow to come out but it was very busy. My son didn't like his over cooked burger and my panini had very thick un chewable bacon in it. Too many small children and too loud.

We love coming down to West Wittering and walking the dog on the beach, then heading to Littlehampton for a bite to eat. This is a nice place out of season - friendly service and an enormous portion of fish and chips! In season it's a little different and we try to avoid the area, but with young kids it's a great pretty much year round place to visit.

Very nice loose leaf pot of tea, muffin and sausage roll. Helpful friendly staff. Pricy ish but actually fair given the quality and the fact the prices are similar to other sea side cafe's in the UK but with good quality. Kid friendly too. Well worth it for a snack/tea break

Lovely friendly staff who even smiled when I knocked my coffee over. It is a pity that the fun fair outside doesn't learn from this venue. You can also put your young ones into a soft play area whilst you drink your coffee. The problem is it is run by Harbour Park, is tiny in size and is a complete rip off price wise!

Visited after school at 4pm when they offer half price for the soft play area for £1.50. Absolute bargain as the kids love it. The place is kept clean and tidy and the couple who run it are always friendly with the lady being especially nice and smiley with children. Sat with a coffee whilst the kids had their play. The parties they offer are also extremely good value.

good fresh food cooked well with good service. The food was unexpectedly good - the building looks dated and the aluminium chairs and tables outside give an overall impression of something really basic. There is also a large children's play area which means you can relax whilst eating!

I've been here a few times now but only because its convieneient when visiting the attractions. The coffee is ok and the food is average. Its pricey as well! Try £1.20 for a pack of 3 Jaffa cakes for instance!I ordered a medium latte, fruit shoot and pack of 3 jaffa cakes for nearly £7!

Went today for a couple of coffees, after waiting 5 minutes some young guy who had been folding napkins eventually wandered over looking most disinterested. I asked for 2 coffees and he said ' can't do hot drinks '. No apology or reason why. Needless to say with 2 other places nearby, West Park and The Waverley, where you feel welcome will not be coming back here.

We visited The Gun, as the kitchen was closed in the nearby pub we were heading to. What a result...The Gun was a great find. The food was excellent, the table servers were polite, efficient and friendly. Two large wines, two soft drinks and two lovely main meals for £60. Money well spent! Will definitely be back when next in the area.
