Happy Valley in Tunbridge Wells

All the food we have had from here has been consistently good in the past few months. Good amount of chicken in curry and other dishes, lovely satay on skewers, chow mein is delicious. Recommended

Our local Chinese delivers quickly and the food is always stinking hot. Our family likes sweet & sour chicken balls, won ton soup, duck pancakes, black bean pork, special chow mein, shredded chilli beef, smoked chicken, and the seaweed starter. Have had it over over a decade now and it’s honestly never failed us. Popular so ring early.

Undoubtedly the best Chinese food that I've had in over 5 years. The ingredients actually tasted fresh and the dishes were not overly salty or oily either - which is not usually the case. A definite 5 stars! Finally found a Chinese restaurant in Tunbridge Wells (well... close to it) that I can actually enjoy!

Great take away in the evening. Delicious food as before. Would recommend loved the chicken curry. Will be back soon

We ordered a home delivery yesterday evening was told 30 minute wait. Bang on 30 minutes lovely older man at the door with it. Arrived piping hot, I cannot fault the food at all. Lots of meat in the rice and chicken balls not greasy at all. This will stay our new local, since ours got a 1 hygiene rating we thought we'd try something new. Highly recommend the curries, packed with meat and veg. Well done happy valley! 5*

We have a meal from here at least once a fortnight. The Special Curry is really nice, as are their Steak & Chips. The portion sizes are very good too & my wife & I usually share one portion between us. Never had no problems with delivery. As a regular customer they know exactly where we live. Can be busy in Peak hours, with deliveries taking up to an hour, but well worth the wait

Tasted like dishwater thought is was a bad day... Tried i again but nothings changed so i would avoid if i were you.....

After waiting 2 hours for a cold meal after I was told 45 mins, was blamed for not answering my phone! Well I was on my phone!! Surely the driver would just knock at the door!? Easy problem solved, no wait they didn't tell the driver my door number So now I've a cold meal and and the blame falls on nobody bu5 myself

Having lived in the area for over 40 years and have always supported this take away and local shops. I have to say that the food has gone down in recent months / past year. Tsangs Garden was always great but now Happy Valley is not Happy Value - the food differs from each visit - from just acceptable to disappointing. Sadly, after many, many years of supporting this take away - this last meal on Saturday will be "our last supper".

I stopped here tonight on me way home been there loads of times but this time I hadn't got any cash on me so paid by credit card got a set meal and a drink £9.90 she then said I had to pay .50p as it was under £10 which I paid food is good but come on guys10p short really will I go back again don't think so not after my last visit I won't I do under stand banks charge them but as so many people have cards and wish to pay that way banks charge businesses to deposit cash sure it would make more sense to take cards and not cash love mr cheeky in Kent

The title nearly says it all. The Happy Valley is a takeaway Chinese located in Rusthall and serves the area well. It is often busy which demonstrates the fondness with which it is felt in the local area. The staff are friendly and speak excellent English. As to the food; it is a takeaway and a cheap one at that. However the food is "OK", certainly would not gain Michelin Stars but is edible and quick.

Great choice and the food is always excellent. Nice people delivery always on time and food piping hot.
