Hanwell Kebab in City of London, Westminster

Shish kebab tasted off. When I raised it with staff member that served me (possibly the owner), he started hollering saying it's my tastebuds, his kebab is the best in the area etc. Really unprofessional and will not be going back again.

The staff are very friendly and it is very hygienic. The food is to die for, not just the kebabs but the burgers are all top notch. I found this place after asking on Facebook (Hanwell Friends) what is the best kebab shop and this came out time and time again. I have been buying food here for over 2 years now and I have always enjoyed the quality and the service. So pop in for a bite and a chat, you won't regret it. I promise !!! :)

Really good service, fast and amazing food. I recommend the chicken doner. The chicken was exquisite and had a lot flavour to it. Excellent place to cone to after a night out or for a quick on the go meal.

I ordered. Waited. Then was accused of videoing the guy cooking. Which I wasn’t. He then got aggressive so I left. This is not a safe environment. Please avoid at all costs.

The kebabs here are great, the service is really friendly and they make their breads fresh. Great choice for a kebab in Ealing.

Really nice! Quick service, the chicken doner was served hot with a great serving of salad and sauces. The best part was the naan which was freshly rolled out and baked there and then. Perfection! The restaurant is clean and service is very polite! Will definitely be visiting again!

portion was so small. paid £5 for a big portion and the box had naan and almost no meat pieces.

the fries are awful (they remind me of my old school dinner fries) all skinny and oily, and the chicken kebab had a piece of lamb in it that looked like it had been chewed! couldn't eat it, awful

Excellent. Food was hot on arrival.

Received two very thin rolls of lamb shush kebab. I also received 4 pieces of kufta kebab. Not satisfied with kebab. The quarter pounder was alright.

Disgusting customer service ordered 1 hour 45 minutes ago has marked it as delivered still not here and when I try and ring all they say is 2 minutes without checking with the driver then hang up! I order from this place a lot and have never had problems until today!!!

If your looking for a great tasting kebab look no further. At hanwell kebab house the bake there own bread and the meat from the spit is delicious. Good option of salad to boot

Food was great, service was great too but collection time not so great. i had to wait 10 minutes because my order was not ready If you want to collect your food and payment method is cash they won't prepare your food until you are there in person.

they forgot the hummus we paid £2 for and there were only three tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken shish

Based on my service and the food standard should be a zero as it was terrible food it was cold and the meat had more fat then meat! Calling them to complain the manager said it was what I ordered ! Bad customer service and food was even worse . Never ordering from them Again awful.

Food was freezing cold when it arrived the staff were very unhelpful took 10 minutes for them to answer the phone for me to complain than when I did get through i was told to call back im half an hour i was very disappointed with the whole service was disgusted and disappointed as ive ordered food from there previously I will not be ordering there again.

Never ordering from them again cold food, Donner was awful and the amount i paid for the large and receiving something i wouldn't even class as a small was ridiculous!

Ordered a large mixed grill kebab, it was one of smallest kebabs I've ever had. Hardly any meat and shisha the width of a pencil along with dry stale naan. Extremely dissapointing and shan't be ordering from here again!

Amazing food! Could not work out whether I preferred the lamb or the chicken shish but both were good as each other! Very clean which is a huge factor when it comes to food.

ordered at 8.10pm and it was delivered 9.20pm - a long wait considering its round the corner! and the food was stone cold and didn't have much taste at all. nan bread was fresh so that was one good thing, and delivery driver very polite and friendly.

Normally have all good things to say, but this time was not good at all, Chips Cold , bread was soggy an meat was hard, boxes chips where in where stuck together... really not happy at all...

Just lettuce in a large kofta kebab doesn't constitute as a salad. Woefully poor from an otherwise reasonably good kebab/burger place.

Food was delivered quickly but wasn't good quality at all. Chips tasted like they were cooked hours ago and just warmed up and chicken nuggets weren't nice. Burgers were edible but still below average. Won't be eating here again!

Chicken nuggets were great, really fresh and better than expected. Kebab was a bit warm, could of been hotter. Bad on my part when i ordered extra cheese i meant for it to be on the kebab not nuggets but yh i guess i should of said in notes. Overall was satisfied with meal, would defo order again.

Best kebab I have had in my life! Seriously good. I asked for no sauce and so glad I did as it would have covered the taste of the various meats.. and they were so full of flavour! Very fresh tasting, not greasy, well spiced. Will definitely order from here again. Delivery driver was very nice and friendly too.

Literally the worst business i've had to deal with in my whole life, not only did they get my order wrong but they shouted at me on the phone.. Finally when I had to resolve the issue through Just Eat to get my refund they lied to them and said that I didn't pay and that I threw a punch at their delivery driver!!!!!!!! Shocked is an understatement! I actually cannot believe that they are a business when they act in that manor, have never heard such ballshit. Do not order from this business, be prepared for abuse and lies!!

The delivery time and service are great. However, the food quality has gone downhill over the past couple of months. The portion sizes are much smaller too.
