I ordered fish and chips, however, it doesn’t taste fresh. It appeared like it was refried several times. Also, there’s missing and incorrect item delivered. Just a suggestion please. Instead of pouring the preferred sauce of the customers all over the food, I think it would be better if you have small sealed containers so that the fish and chips will not be soggy and there will be no sauce spillage. Kindly make sure as well that orders are correct and complete before delivery. Thank you.

Very small portion for a large kebab, very little meat.

Shish kebab tasted off. When I raised it with staff member that served me (possibly the owner), he started hollering saying it's my tastebuds, his kebab is the best in the area etc. Really unprofessional and will not be going back again.

Kebabs were cold and very oily greasy and the shawarma meat tasted horrible. The chips and onion rings were OK and at least they were hot. Even though the restaurant kept the salad and sauce separately as requested I will NOT be ordering from there again.

All the food was cold and dry, usually the food from here is amazing and i’d say is the best kebab shop in the area, might’ve been a bad batch but both lamb doners were so cold and dry, didn’t even eat half of both of them.

Food was very cold and the Greek salad was NOT a Greek salad but the same salad that comes with the kebab with 6 tiny pieces of processed feta ‘style’ cheese? Very, very disappointing.

I was looking forward to my food but my large donner was covered in chilli! 18 weeks pregnant & my meal was completely ruined! I asked for garlic sauce & ketchup. I was unable to eat it :( Shame as I was really looking forward to it.

Takes a little while to arrive but the food never misses. Absolutely top tier.

My wife and I have would have ordered from here probably over 50 times in the past year. Always the chicken sheesh kebabs and occasionally some chips. Really delicious and it seems less unhealthy than most other takeway options. That and it works out to be £5-10 cheaper on average.

The food was discussing and the sauce on the foods was very fat and not nice.the chips were burnt

The food was horrendous was gutted. I had a chicken shish kebab with garlic sauce I ordered a large …. Wasn’t large at all … the chicken tasted funny and was super oily and the garlic sauce was oily and congealed .. my daughter had Doner meat and chips …. Hardly any meat for what they charge and was dry and also tasted funny… I’m sorry but worst kebab I’ve ever tried I didn’t eat it and we binned it £20 wasted. Delivery bloke was nice tho

I have ordered so many times in this place and I liked it,,,but this time was horrible no meat all salad ,wrong order ,cold food.I am never gonna order from Hanwell kebab again never.

More salad than meat and the chips where hard

The sharwarma was so oily to the point where the wrapping paper was soaked in oil, the falafel was like rock. It was hard and dry. The absolute worst. I’m never ordering from this shop again.

Good doner kebab, beef burger & fries, although the salad (lettuce or onion) tasted a bit "off". Delivery arrived a whopping 30 minutes early, which was great !

We have ordered from here a few times but unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated. The lamb donner was fine but the lamb shawarmas were cold and we could taste where the fat had already set. The chips were not only cold but they had a texture as if they had been reheated and this made them difficult to eat. Disappointed with our order today.
