Lovely coffee, great bacon sandwich, well worth a visit and lovely service too. Had to leave quickly as I was running late so they gave me a box for take out!

Great value home cooking in Cannock. Lovely cakes too. Outside seating for fine days. Pedestrian area so leave your car in the car park or atvhome

Popped in late afternoon 3pm no longer serving hot food but only wanted a coffee. Not fresh coffee but from one of those push button machines which serves dreadful tasting beverages. If I’d realised before ordering I wouldn’t have bothered.

Just saw this coffee shop while visiting cannock. Had vegetarian breakfast delicious Lovely staff very friendly. Will be back to this little gem. thank you

I really liked this cafe untill I had a run in with some very rude, old lady who I now know to be the manager. She doesn't deserve her customers! Me and my dad were sitting outside with my baby enjoying a cappuccino when she came out and shouted at us for eating a burger from a truck. Fair enough if those are the rules but the way she spoke to us was disgusting! She could of been friendly and polite and I would've been fine with that. You would never have thought I'd spent any money with them at all. There's ways to address people and that isn't it.

First time we have visited here, we will certainly return. Staff are very pleasant and the food we ordered was lovely. I ordered a cheese and onion toastie and hubby ordered a ham salad sandwich. We didn't realise the meals came with salad and chips. So nice and not expensive!.

You always remember the best service you receive and the worst you don't remember the mediocre service in the middle, I will always remember this cafe for the worst service I have ever received. The owner was in the cafe and she ignored us when we went in we ordered drinks and some food, the drinks came after about 10 minutes, the food didn't come at all when we asked about our orders we were made to feel as though it was our fault they hadn't come we pointed out that we had finished our drinks and would have liked to have them with the food whereby she said that if we weren't happy perhaps we would like to pay for our drinks and leave as she had other customers who could use our table!! Never again will we visit this cafe we went to Costa where the staff are friendly the food and drinks were served quickly and with a smile.

What on Earth is this women doing running a cafe, went there to spend money only to be greeted by an old woman with an awful attitude. Disgusting way to treat customers.

I came with friends to try out a new coffee place as soon as we came in the staff instantly gave us dismissive eye judging us. The older looking lady so so rude to me and my friends and made us all feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will never be coming back wasting my money on such disgusting people. You really need to learn some customer service skills and learn not to judge a book by its cover.we’ve went to costa instead Your all snobs!!!

Poor food, horrific attitude. The least you expect from an establishment is that they’re polite and attentive. Food can fluctuate and mistakes can happen but to make your clientele feel like they’re putting you out by being there is dreadful. For a start, Staff rudely spoke to a member of our party when going to the toilet, not even having the courtesy to address them directly but instead making a snide remark when they walked past, same member of staff locked the door to stop people coming in, (but also locking customers in), a fire hazard if I ever saw one. Food was served on chipped plates, also refused permission for two young children (who didn’t wish to eat, merely have an ice cream) to sit down, despite the fact we would, as their guardians, have drunk and eaten once seated, unfortunately they seemingly fail to realise that you tend to the kids needs first as parents rather than your own. I hate places like this, they seem convinced of their own importance rather than trying to encourage new business. We spent close to £40, would have spent closer to £60 if allowed and also supported their cause by purchasing a home made toy for £6. Never again

We arrived with 4 adults and 5 children. Staff totally miserable and even refused us a table move. Food not even average Give it a miss by at least a mile photo of food left

I visited here spur of the moment, as I was hungry and thought id 'support small'. Staff were friendly enough, the decor and room is very basic, but the food was lovely! I only had a breakfast sandwich but it was really tasty. This, and a orange juice cost me less than £5 which I was pleased about. I think the decor could do with a uphaul but I will definatly be returning again. Thank you!

I eat here very often, because I know that I have never had a bad meal here, and never likely to. There is a different freshly cooked choice,from traditional meat sand fish dishes to European cuisine. It is freshly cooked and of very high quality. The desserts are freshly cooked daily, and to die for! Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Visited today with some friends and we asked if we could have another table next to our table of four as there were 6 of us in total. The owner is SO unbelievably rude and her attitude was appalling- it was as if we were a huge inconvenience to her. I said to her that if it was too much trouble we would go elsewhere and she just grumbled something and moved the tables. Drinks are just shoved down in front of you and tea cakes just passed with no interaction or pleasantries. Considering the competition for cafes in the area and that we wanted to go to a local small business rather than a chain coffee shop, I don’t think she deserved our custom. Will not return.

Often go here with my sisters because we always get a great cup of tea in a pot with China cups and saucers! There is a good range of hot and cold food, and the cakes are home made and delicious.

Met someone today in the cafe we were given a table we ordered drinks, we were in mid conversation when the owner, who is very rude, looks you up and down and thinks she is gods gift, shouted over another table that due to us having nothing to eat and she has customers outside who are placing orders for food for us to move upstairs, we both felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed by the way she went about this. but when we got upstairs it was more like a dumping ground/store room for tables, chairs, general tat and fridges, the poor staff are run off their feet whilst she tries to swan around like lady muck. Will not be returning nor will I be recommending this place to anyone. No matter what customers are ordering they shouldn’t be moved to suit her money grabbing needs.

On a road trip from London to Liverpool we stopped here to stretch weary legs and have a bit of tea. Chose this Cafe near a clock and War Memorial in a pedestrianised area.What a find!!!The Ruben Sarnie was beautifully presented, the Home Roasted beef was a pleasant change from the usual mass catering attempts you can get served. The Salad was superb, fresh and tasty. Service attentive and kind.The tea came in a beautiful pot with a Bone China cup and saucer. Fine brew.Price was to our liking two. Thank you for making a pit stop into a pleasant afternoon experience.

I am utterly astounded and angry after entering this place. The owner (I guess she’s the owner as she’s dolled up to the nines in a suit and blazer whilst the others are in aprons) has 0 concept of customer service and gives the dirtiest look I have ever seen. I walked in and received a look up and down. The owner was not doing anything yet still stood there staring at me, clearly waiting for one of her “skivvys” to do it. Eventually after realising they were busy and that I was staring right at her, she asked me what I would like whilst proceeding to look me up and down. Whilst she was talking she didn’t even give me direct eye contact, just dirty looks up and down. Made me feel so uncomfortable I felt like asking what she’s looking at and taking my custom elsewhere. I asked her a question regarding what coffee syrup they did and can you believe it... she had to ask the waitress. A manager and owner of a premises and didn’t even know what they sold!!! Also the artisan coffee is laughable. She charged me £1 for a hazelnut latte( which is questionable cheap) and then I realised it came from an instant coffee machine. Literally one click of the button, and that was my “artisan” coffee.

I work at the local college with a group of adult learners who are developing their independent living skills. We ordered a takeaway Christmas dinner (as we couldn't eat in) as an end of year treat. The dinner was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will look forward to being able to sit inside after lock down.

I walked in with my daughter and was met with what can only be described as the look of a demon who looked offended that i had step foot in her establishment. I have read similar reviews so its clearly not just me! I found myself a table and waited to order, and waited to order and waited to order...this went on for around 20 minutes unti i was finnaly asked what i would like by a young member of staff, my order was noted then taken to the counter where it was screamed at the chef behind the swiging doorway. The staff looked scarred of this 'Hannah' and my god i would be also. The staff were not switched on as tables were dirty, the food was bland and sevice was shocking. The place is also outdated and very dull on the eye, this place is fairly well located so could have been a hit but unfortunately this is far from reality. This service was no surprise when I found out that it is located in the second most unhappy place in the UK and i belive that title is thanks to 'Hannah'!

Me my mother and my 1 year have been coming nearly every Monday for a couple of weeks now, and the food has just been brilliant everytime. The food is a good price, with good value for money. The sweet potato fried are great, the sandwiches are always full and taste lovely. The lemon drizzle cake is to die for. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The best cafe we have been too for some and we just keep coming back now. We will befintily be coming again very soon!

Another great visit to Hannah's today. Really good coffee and the homemade cakes are to die for! Today we sampled the lemon cheesecake and the egg custard tart. Beautiful. Highly recommend.

I visited Hannah's for lunch last Sunday, and it was excellent.I went with three friends and we were all very impressed.The meat was tender and very tasty. All the ved were freshly cooked and we had a wonderful selection.The desserts were amazing. All freshly home made. We just couldn't fault it and will be returning soon.Thank you!

Although a limited menu it is always, quite understandably, well supported because it is excellent value. Staff always pleasant, food and drinks always good. What more can you ask.

Went in for a drink when shopping in Cannock. We both enjoyed our hot chocolate and we also had a mince pie .They were delicious- the pastry was beautiful. The staff were friendly and the cost was very reasonable compared to other coffee shops.

Went here last week for breakfast. Not exaggerating when I say it was the best breakfast Iv had for many many years at a cafe or supermarket. The mug of tea was also perfect as were the staff so welcoming and pleasent definitely recommend this place spot in and the best breakfast thanks

Food is marvellous Sunday roast the best place to go, the sweets are 5**** the staff , would highly recomend once u try u won’t want to go any where els

Enjoyed light lunch here as location is excellent in center of town. A welcome pot of hot tea, served in a china cup, made a pleasant change to most cafes around. We enjoyed a hot toasty but brought a pudding home for tea after other diners recommended it. Service was quick and efficient, with helpful, pleasant staff. Cost was reasonable, particularly as compared to other places, which we have found to be both more expensive and pre-wrapped !

Sat for too long waiting to be served at lunch time today. Very disorganised which is a shame because the food is good. Walked out and went to Sainsbury's Proberly won't bother again.

I know what my allergies are and I make them known when I order so there is no mix up. I ordered and very specifically ordered NO mustard (allergen) No mayo (allergen) and no dressings so my food came covered in Balsamic vinegar (you guessed it allergen) When I took it back to the counter they argued no one is allergic to dressings but agreed to remake it this time they pre-coated the salad in a dressing. Again I returned it, I am was so embarrassed as I was eating with friends but after two failed attempts I gave up and resigned myself to grabbing a pastry from Gregs at least they wont make me itchy for hours (or worse) I would not recommend this eatery to anyone unless you have 0 allergies!!

Nice place to come and relax in the town centre. Very clean and a nice selection of snacks and drinks. I had a bacon and mushroom roll with a cup of coffee for my breakfast and was very pleased with the food and service. Other people around me seemed to be extremely satisfied also.

Having not visited Cannock Town Center for while, not sure where to obtain light lunch but saw Hannah's in Center and looked clean, modern and inviting. We were not dissapointed as enjoyed lovely fresh, hot food. There was a good selection either of sandwiches or full meals. Service was pleasant, prices reasonable and a good atmosphere, with other customers taking time to compliment their food.

I hadn't been into Cannock for a number of years. Spotted Hannahs and thought we'd give it a try. Wonderful friendly service, the food wad excellent(especially the coleslaw). Very reasonable prices too. Having previously worked in a deli/cafe with second rate food and first class prices, I can honestly say that this place is well worth a visit and my friend and I will be returning very soon.

Customer service was terrible the owner was rushing us to order and had a bad attitude when I had to tell her twice within 5 mins that we were not ready. Sandwich was ok but salad was plastered in salad cream. Wont be going back there again.

Anyone looking for an afternoon tea at a great price £7.50 and £9.50. I went with two friends today, a lovely selection of finger sandwiches, home made cakes, scones with butter, cream and jam, tiramisu. The gentleman one was similar but had scotch egg, sausage roll and pork pie. Certainly worth the money. Great value and lovely staff.

Terrible food, the salad was old and not fresh. The customer service was diabolical and awful attitude from the young lad that works there especially when I had asked for fresh salad.

Very strange experience. Owner served us, she bragged on how all the breakfast ingredients were fresh and local so we were looking forward to try it. No choice of bread so we had to have white which we don`t like and then tinned tomatoes....all ingredients are fresh? No, and it was nothing special either, bacon was undercooked and egga overcooked. Not cheap either. Sorry but we will not return.

Don't know if it's coincidence but both times I have been in here they got my order wrong. First time they asked if I wanted cream with my mince pie. I clearly said no. It upsets my stomach. Mince pie arrived with mountains of cream. Had to send it back. Waitress looked at me as if it was my fault!

Amazing breakfast at Hannah’s, I struggle to find anywhere in cannock that does a nice veggie breakfast, excellent value for money I will be back for sure!

I popped in to Hannah’s today (Mothers Day) having used this place a few times and I know they do nice home made cakes and desserts. I thought I might be able to buy a single slice of cake for my Mum who’s in Cannock hospital, having just had a hip operation. How wrong I was. The look that the owner gave me and my partner when we walked in, could have killed.

Visited today for a snack. We both had toasted ham, cheese and Pineapple sandwich. It was deliicious. Lovely pot of tea. Really pleasant surroundings and excellent service. Definitely going again and will go for Sunday lunch

i chose the cottage pie from the specials board. excellent home cooking. staff were friendly and helpful. i noticed a lot of empty plates going back to the kitchen, and thats always a good sign. there was a family with a wheelchair, and the staff were always ready to open the door

Hannah’s is a perfect place to hold a baby shower. I had my baby shower in January. The room was perfectly sized for 30 guests. Buffet was outstandingly good, variety for everyone. Freshly hand made cakes. Ann the owner and all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for someone wanting to hold a classy get together. I have used Ann’s several times for food, cakes and Sunday lunch. Great value for money with great service. Thank you!

Who would believe this busy little coffee shop in the heart of Cannock can provide such amazing food.

I booked Hannah’s for my daughter-in-laws Baby shower on a Sunday afternoon. What can I say apart from the Buffet was amazing, the cakes home made were delicious, Ann the owner was very accommodating to anything we requested. We have 30 guests and the room was more than comfortable, we were able to move the tables and decorate it as we pleased, nothing was to much trouble. I have been to Hannah’s numerous times the food is delicious and the Sunday lunch is excellent and very well priced, if you haven’t yet been to Hannah’s it is well worth a visit centrally located in Cannock town centre.

Had Sunday lunch which is the only option on a Sunday, £7.95 each. Good quality and friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Cakes looked great too

I went in January 2019 for afternoon tea with 5 friends and it was a very enjoyable experience. The food was excellent with assorted brown and white finger sandwiches and a good choice of fillings. This was followed by scones with jam and clotted cream and various small cakes, and tea and coffee which was replenished as required.

Struggling when visiting area to find somewhere for a roast and about to give up we spotted the board outside these premises and ventured in.

On Sunday I called in on the off chance of having lunch and I was accommodated even though it was short notice. My meal was great for me - plenty and plain with no frills - just as I like it.
