A bit late but good quality food

was a waste of money; we didn't eat the food. It was very dry, burnt, and the chips were missing. I would not order again.

Long delivery time, which you don't know until after you've ordered. Very small portion for what they described as a large kebab. Wasn't worth the wait.

I ordered my food a hour ago it took a while it arrived late after the delivery time the delivery driver was very rude to me the food is very cold and wet am not happy with the service

The app was showing that it was delivered on time, however I did not dictated the code to delivery guy. Because it was delivered very late meal was almost completely cold.

unfortunately there was very little meat and loads of chips. also the food was cold.

you're 10 mins away. you had a 40 mins delivery time. why did it come an hour and forty mins later? chips looked like they'd been cooking that entire time but were still somehow cold. outraged

Mix kebab is the way to go! Wish they added the option to add multiple sauces to the kebab tho - Chilli and Garlic sauce on a kebab is a must!

Got wrong item and I don’t seem to be getting any refunds anymore just told il get an email from just eat and never hear anymore about it. Not good enough. It’s is a shame as food does taste good.

Chicken kabab, chicken pieces and wings was very tasty but apart from that the rest of the food wasn’t great chips where soggy/greasy some of the chips was cold mixed in with warm at best the chicken burger a 3/10 was very dry bun was rock hard

covered in sauce children couldn't eat it and asked for no legs of chicken and received LEGS ...didn't read instructions obviously..I gave this place 2 chances won't be back!

Wow first time trying it and everything was delicious! Absolutely blew me away the Doner and kofte 10/10 the hot wings were amazing I should’ve got more even the chicken burger was lovely. Must say it’s not often 1 shop has everything on the order tasting and delivered immaculately. Faultless! Definitely will be coming back!

salad request was perfect though the kebab was freezing and hard it's still in the box wasnt nice at all never had a bad kebab from here before it's usually on point so was kinda disappointed and still hungry coz I couldn't eat it just ate the salad

Donor meat was massively overcooked was crunchy chips was soggy,greasy and bland the chicken nuggets however are great

was prepared to wait the 1hr foe the estimated delivery but to come even later that that is making me want to use one of the other delivery companies if if feel I can get a better service...you need to improve

My food never came and they took my money

I gave the delivery driver a tip, gave him £20 and said give me £5 back, when i looked at the £5 note a quarter of the note was missing, rung the restaurant and got passed to 2 different people that couldn't understand me, I use this restaurant quite often and not happy with the way I was spoke to. I always tip the delivery drivers so don't expect to be give a £5 note that has 1 corner cut off so don't no if I can use it.

Large chips !!! You are definitely delusional. I ordered large chips, and got literally a small chips compared to other restaurants. Never again will I use this place.

my order was not delivered they driver ignored my call by cancelling it. I called the restaurant they also don't pick up.their phone.

Food was horrid - meat was cold and had hard bits in it. Chips were soggy and the driver ignored instructions and rang the bell instead of calling

Absolutely disgusting putting my sauce on my food All over it like that is revolting and on both foods. And to top it off I asked for salad you gave me two tinney little boxes disgusting I want my money back. That food just went in the bin I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. If it looks like that then what else have u put in it.

hour and a half to make and never deliver a kebabe and chips,called multiple times to ask what was happening on the last call they marked it as preparing,on delivery and delivered all at the same time... appalling service won't use again!!

Food arrived freezing cold. Chips were stale, meat ice cold, clearly all the food has just been left on the side or on the bike for goodness knows how long! None of the food is fit for consumption and when we called the restaurant they just said, next time we order they’ll “sort us out” whatever that means?! Absolutely disgusting treatment and now we’re out of pocket by £45 fuming! Will never order from here again.

Restaurant never delivered food. I called them 2 hours later and they claimed they had tried calling me to cancel the order. Complete waffle. Also they said they had no drivers.

Took 2 hours to come, arrived barely warm, had to request several updates and call for it to actually turn up. Huge shame, ordered from here for years, haven’t had this issue before.

If I could I wouldn’t even give one star the staff was very rude over the phone when we were inquiring about our order we call a number of times where they would cut the phone off and not answer any call. the food also arrived late and cold as well as the food not being so great
